05/07/2025: Run away, guys! Textbook customer service… if the textbook was about how to treat people badly. An unforgettable place… for all the wrong reasons.

04/07/2025: We ordered a Margherita pizza and a carbonara pasta. The pizza wasn't delicious, but the pasta was good. They offer water, but it's not free. According to the receptionist, they charged us 6 euros for taxes. While we were paying, he treated us extremely rudely while counting our money. We left, and he continued to talk to us.

TOO MANY PEOPLE START HAVING BREAKFAST IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER WHERE THEY SERVE YOU. I'm changing my review. We're back to the dawn of the old times with a counter of abundant mixed desserts. The only flaw is that you need to add an extra assistant on Sundays, she can't handle the customers alone if she has to be at the coffees and serve sweet and savoury items. Any advice? Add a sign that says (the tables are free and have no extra charge. Leave the counter free) one of your regular customers

13/01/2025: Abbiamo mangiato del buon Sushi. La qualità del pesce e dei prodotti serviti non è male, il prezzo adeguato. Proposta senza guizzi o invenzioni particolari ma con buona scelta. Il servizio ok, anche se un pochino lento. Il sabato sera con il locale completo può comunque essere accettabile. Considerando anche che è facile da raggiungere e che ha un bel parcheggio vicino mi sento di consigliarlo.

02/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo in un clima gradevolissimo creato a partire dal titolare fino al personale. Posto incantevole sulla collina, con un livello di cucina e di carne davvero rilevante. Vorrei abitare qui vicino per andarci ancora.

07/07/2025: We stopped for a cold drink, beautiful view undoubtedly. Decent schiacciata for €6, generous toppings (PS. if you take the one with tuna be careful of the oil that comes out everywhere like a cascade!). There was also a blackboard on site with various combos available, 2 drinks and a snack.

04/07/2025: A quiet place where you can have breakfast, where you can drink a coffee/cappuccino, the staff is very kind and nice. I recommend this place if you visit the Pitti Palace. <3

13/02/2025: The room with 2 beds. There is no small fridge or a boiler I do not recommend it. I would not return. There is no reception. You need to have A cell phone to enter by entering a code.

29/05/2025: Unbearable owner. I feel sorry for the employees

29/05/2025: We entered hoping for a pleasant moment, but the experience was immediately ruined. The owner (I suppose) was rude from the first exchange, without any apparent reason. There was almost no one there but the few customers were badly spread out in the outdoor area, so I asked a gentleman who was getting up "ah are you leaving?" in a very calm tone and in fact the gentlemen got up and even made jokes. She turned around and replied "Well, if there are only 2 of you and you make me get up the people who are here too..." in a very annoyed tone. We were shocked, also because we had "booked" and were just waiting for 2 of our friends who were leaving work. Too bad, the place is also nice. I feel sorry for the employees. But the customer management, in this case, completely ruins the experience. Personally, I will not return. And I would not recommend it to anyone. IN FACT I RECOMMEND THE WINE CRUSHER IMMEDIATELY NEXT TO US. SUPER NICE BOYS, THEY WELCOMED US VERY WELL!

24/06/2025: The place is very well located and the food is spectacular. The prices, while not low, are also not expensive, and you can enjoy a good meal affordably. The staff is splendid, 10/10, attentive, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommended.

07/07/2025: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff Ameet was welcoming and attentive, which made the experience feel truly relaxing. The location was excellent, with easy access to tram station for all attractions. Price to me seems very high, I stayed for two days so it did not felt that much but I would definitely not stay more than two days for this price which was on the higher side compared to similar accommodations in the area. I would give 5-stars if rate was not as high. Pros: Large, comfortable room Friendly and helpful staff Great location Cons: Higher price point than comparable options

24/05/2025: Good pastries, shame about the cashier who has a problem with being in front of the public...it's just not her thing🤷acidic foods are not recommended to avoid making the situation worse😉

22/05/2025: On May 1st of this year I was here like a few other times to buy take-away pastries and have a coffee. The young lady who served me the coffee used offensive phrases towards customers who had just left the pastry shop in a loud voice from behind the counter: seen and heard with my own ears, maybe next time she will use the same attitude with me and I really don't like the idea!!! Among other things, the cream puffs bought on this occasion did not have a different flavor between the various flavors, the flavors were quite flat not really identifiable, let's say sweet and vanilla but not with a very precise flavor.
