02/03/2026: The pizza is very good and well-topped, but the wait is really too long, more than an hour to serve a table of 4 people... The waiters are kind and do their best to compensate for the shortcomings in the management of takeaway and table service.

08/02/2026: Not enough staff for the amount of work, good pizza bases, poor toppings.

07/01/2026: Special restaurant, with the option of an à la carte or buffet menu. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended. Excellent traditional Peruvian soups.

21/04/2026: I've had to wait an hour and a half for a pizza by the metre in very few places. I understand it was Saturday, but if you can't handle that many people, it's better to offer fewer covers.

19/04/2026: I see from my old review that I've been going to this restaurant for 8 years... Unfortunately, I had to change my review from 5 stars to one star because while it's true that on a bad Saturday you can end up waiting an hour and a half for a dish, it's also true that at least an apology to the 14 angry diners would be appropriate... Too bad...

24/11/2025: It's a wonderful place, vibrant with many initiatives and deeply rooted in the local area. It has a small café that's often open. Many activities are offered (gymnastics, music, theater, creative projects, lunches, etc.).

09/04/2026: this was the absolute best meal my wife and I had during our beautiful Alghero stay! My wild boar ragu was excellent and the lemon sorbet was the best my wife ever had. The traditional desert... just everything was beyond delicious ...and the host and chef made us feel at home. We HIGHLY recommend this ristorante!! We went twice.

29/12/2025: You don't find places like this anymore (especially for those of us who come from Florence). The menu is simple, but everything is delicious and made with authentic ingredients. The fried chops reminded me of my mom's. The atmosphere is familiar and truly puts you at ease. Excellent price.

22/12/2025: The hotel we stayed at directed us here for breakfast. It is indeed a very busy place, especially in the mornings. However, the tea and coffee cups and plates they gave us were dirty, poorly washed, and had clearly visible large stains. We took the cups to the counter and asked them to replace them properly. They replaced one of the cups, but apparently thought the stains on the other one were “normal” (a male waiter with an earring—his name was probably Lorenzo—and a dark-haired female waiter who did not speak English). The male waiter started shouting, slammed the cups on the table, pushed them toward me, and said, “Only the outside is dirty, the inside is clean.” He did not replace the cup and said something in Italian to the other waiter (most likely something offensive about us). After that, no one working there apologized or did anything to make up for the situation. When I asked to speak with the manager, they said, “He is not here right now.” As a result, there are no clean cups in this place! If you ask for a clean cup, they shout at you (and most likely curse at you in Italian, assuming you won’t understand). I do not believe that a place that finds it acceptable to serve drinks in dirty cups can be hygienic in its other products either. It is sad that such disrespectful people work in a venue that has been operating for over 100 years. I would not recommend this place to anyone—complete disappointment. In my opinion, it doesn’t even deserve one star, but unfortunately there is no option to give zero star!!

02/09/2025: Politeness first. My mom and I came in for an aperitif. We ordered two non-alcoholic drinks, and my mom politely asked for some snacks. The bartender replied, "I only have two hands," with an annoyed expression. Rudeness is synonymous with ignorance. If dealing with customers is a problem, then I highly recommend changing careers.

02/03/2026: Excellent Sunday lunch at Nuovo Ranch in Osteria Nuova. Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, ideal for families with children. Excellent food, generous portions. Impeccable service: friendly and very attentive staff. A wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

01/01/2026: A nightmare New Year's Eve dinner: terrible food, served cold; poor-quality wine and undrinkable sparkling wine, drunk either from plastic cups or aperitif glasses (also undrinkable), which we had to rinse out by pouring the contents into either a water or wine glass, as we chose! All for €65! P.S. At 9:45 PM, all that was left was dessert, while we sat at the table waiting for midnight!

23/12/2025: A truly elegant and comfortable setting: large spaces cleverly divided into numerous private areas for couples or groups, beautifully coordinated designer lighting and furnishings, open-plan kitchens, and a focus on artisanal cuisine as the primary suppliers. A place to converse and feel at home, with contemporary Tuscan style. Congratulations!

28/10/2025: I've eaten here on several occasions with friends and family. The place is simple and clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The dishes are varied and well-prepared. A must-try in the area, and more... in short, a guarantee... any occasion is a good one to return to! Francesca
