08/04/2024: Small bar where you can have breakfast for 2 euros. 1 euro for pasta (good quality). 1 euro for good coffee. Lunch break at a competitive price. The first courses are not bad although a higher quality pasta should be offered. Friendly staff especially the blond boy at the bar.

04/05/2024: It looks like a normal bar but makes an exceptional, original, championship tart. The award won at the Florence Crafts Exhibition 2024 is well deserved. The other desserts are also good but try the experience of the tart with apricot jam and peaches in syrup. A variant that brings a new freshness to the traditional tart. It tastes like fresh fruit and not sugar, it has an excellent soft and light pastry. You can't stop eating it. Even my daughter who eats almost no Italian cake loved it. Love at first sight.

31/07/2024: I haven't eaten such bad baked goods for a long time, the pistachio cream is artificial and sweet, as if I was eating butter with sugar. The cannoli with hazelnuts is hard as a rock, and the cream tastes as if it had been left there for 2 days.

09/07/2024: Da ristoratore sono rimasto contento del servizio del Bistrot. Non è semplice mettere alla stessa tavola un celiaco, un vegano ed una intollerante al lattosio. Il cibo è preparato con cura anche se suggerirei di spingere un po’ più nei sapori, talvolta troppo delicati. Il locale è bellissimo ed i ragazzi di sala ed il proprietario, gentilissimi e professionali. Il cibo si può sempre migliorare, con lavoro e studio, ma la gentilezza è un dono che ormai non si vede più nemmeno nella ristorazione. Ottima carta dei vini con rincari onestissimi Se ricapiterò a Fiesole ci tornerò di certo

05/08/2024: La location molto bella e particolare dentro una serra , piacevole per le sere d 'estate. Per la cena niente di entusiasmante,porzioni veramente scarse e prezzi molto alti. Personale gentile.

22/07/2024: La pizza non è buona. È peggiorata tantissimo rispetto agli anni precedenti, credo ci sia stato un cambio di gestione. La ripiena non sa di niente eppure era la migliore che ci fosse in giro anni fa. Ingredienti molto scarsi.

02/08/2024: Pranzo di coppia domenicale; prenotato all'ultimo minuto abbiamo trovato disponibilità ed il tavolo a noi riservato era in posizione appartata rispetto alla sala principale dove sono presenti tavoli per più commensali. Scelto piatti di pesce accompagnati da un ottimo sauvignon bianco. Tutte le portate sono state ottime, cottura perfetta ed abbinamenti particolari che ci hanno molto soddisfatto. Anche i tempi di attesa, benchè il locale fosse pieno, sono stati nella norma. Prezzo importante ma giusto per quanto mangiato. Consigliato

21/07/2024: Immerso nella campagna con un panorama mozzafiato (tramonto incluso), il locale offre quel giusto equilibrio tra semplicità, cortesia e buona cucina. Veloce e attento il servizio, tavoli ben distanziati di cui alcuni lungo il giardino per chi desidera ancora più riservatezza. Accettano anche i cani, semmai chiedete un tavolo di quelli nel giardino. Prezzi medio alti ma tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato molto buono. Nella calura di luglio un posto che consiglio vivamente anche per il gradevole venticello che arriva dal verde circostante.

30/07/2024: Unfortunately, with the heat, the tables outside are not for dining, even if the sun is shaded with the umbrellas. Inside, there is air conditioning. The dishes are decent. The prices are higher than average.
