12/05/2025: Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante con alcune amiche e devo dire che, a parte la vista panoramica straordinaria, l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva: personale gentile ed educato, cibo buonissimo e rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

21/09/2025: I'm giving one star because the dinner was awful: spaghetti with clams, incredibly salty, and the mixed fried food (so-called), one shrimp, a piece of fish I didn't recognize, and pieces of squid sold as calamari! Shame on you all for all this crap for €30.

07/09/2025: We found the staff to be wonderful, friendly, and very efficient in their service. The restaurant was well-equipped, tidy, and clean, and the food was excellent. The restaurant is geographically located in a beautiful place. Kudos to both the owner and the staff, thank you for a wonderful evening with friends, both for the food and the excellent atmosphere.

28/10/2025: A real Pizzeria. One of the best pizza and the best prosecco ever tried. Normally they don't serve by glass 🍷,but the waiter was very nice and he offered us. Is a must to try the pizza and salads( they come in pizza Dow crust) . The gnocchi al forno , the best so far ♥️

PS Ristorante, nestled in the quiet of Cerreto Guidi, is one of them: a place where every dish tells a story, and every detail is attended to with rare delicacy. Chef Stefano Pinciaroli's touch is immediately recognizable: creativity, respect for the raw ingredients, and a balance that surprises without ever forcing. Among the dishes that made an impression on me, "Quella che manca"—roast beef with lamb gelato, cherries, and a brown stock—is pure elegance on the plate: flavors that intertwine and balance gracefully. "Se vuoi far come ti pare...", with buckwheat crepes, Livorno prawns, chocolate, matcha tea, and borage pesto, is a gesture of courage and poetry, capable of surprising and captivating. (And I don't like buckwheat!) And then there's the famous "Bianco e Nero," so good it deserves a second helping—a dish that captures the very essence of this cuisine: balance, technique, and sensitivity. The experience is accompanied by carefully curated amuse-bouche and a small pastry that closes the experience like a caress. The warm and refined atmosphere welcomes you with discretion. 22/07/2025: An experience that would have deserved an extra star if the price hadn't been so high. The location is enchanting, inside a villa that's often the venue for events or weddings. The restaurant is an ultra-luxury establishment, even boasting a green Michelin star (for sustainability). The dishes are refined, and the menu is undoubtedly high-quality. The dish that made the chef famous, chicken livers with dark chocolate puff pastry, is one to remember. The only downside is the price, as it was more expensive than other restaurants with actual Michelin stars. In short, a highly respectable restaurant, with a menu that may not be cutting-edge but is truly top-notch, and for a few dozen euros less, it would have deserved five stars.

16/08/2025: The location and the parking can be misleading... from the outside I wouldn't have given it a cent (even though the place had been recommended by acquaintances... from Turin)... The schiacciata, the cantucci, the cereal biscuits, the torta della nonna... everything delicious and fair prices.

02/08/2025: We got cappuccinos and four croissants (two an then again two) with pistachio filling and it was perfect. Fully filled so we were super satisfied! It was really cheap, coffee was also good and service was nice, overall would recommend!

11/11/2025: It's hard to find a traditional trattoria in Florence. Here, they cook like they used to, simple but authentic food, cooked to perfection! We stopped for a quick lunch: appetizer and side dish while waiting for the first course. The spaghetti was freshly prepared, perfectly cooked. The owner is also a very friendly cook. I will definitely be back. Recommended.

Inside the place there is also a cafeteria where you can enjoy excellent croissants of various flavors accompanied by a good coffee or cappuccino. Excellent quality ingredients. 26/06/2025: Great pizza and great ingredients. Quiet and clean place. Ample parking. There is no table service but there are placemats and cutlery (in sanitized paper bags) to use. Wide selection of beer and soft drinks. Friendly and helpful pizza chef. I recommend it
