15/08/2025: The service is excellent, as is the food. The waiters are always kind and attentive.

01/08/2025: I always go to this pizzeria, which is very dear to me, for excellent food accompanied by friends and family. Unfortunately, last night I had to change my mind. I ordered, as usual, the focaccia special one, immediately noticing that, when it arrived, the center was completely burned while the outside of the pizza was completely raw. Being so hungry, I ate it anyway, hoping it was just an illusion. I didn't even have time to get to the coffee shop before I had to go to the bathroom to vomit up the awful pizza I'd been served (I won't go into details, as it's not a gram of dmax). A word of advice: if the pizza is cooked poorly, don't serve it to the customer, but rather remake it from scratch to serve a proper pizza. A terrible experience, it will be a while before I return, reluctantly.

05/11/2025: I had dinner with friends. I must say the atmosphere is very pleasant and perfect for a small group dinner or an intimate evening. The restaurant is located just steps from the national team's training ground in Coverciano. The owners are very friendly, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

01/11/2025: I was recently at this hotel and can’t say enough how excellent the Staff and accommodations were. Treated like family in all aspects. The room was clean and safe. Parking was very simple and easy to get to the local train. Breakfast was great as well as the restaurant attached to the hotel. There are lots of other places in the area for eating, but there was no need, they had it covered. Will definitely be back when in Firenzia.

27/10/2025: Very clean, quiet hotel close to the T1 to go directly to the center of Florence. There were 4 of us with our 2 children in a spacious family room (double bed and 2 single beds). The breakfast is very complete with attentive staff (they bring extra products just for us if we need!). We also appreciated the bar where we could have a cocktail or wine in the evening accompanied by olives and a small aperitif "buffet"! For the evening, the restaurant downstairs is delicious and the service is impeccable! A memorable stay! Thank you Hotel Alex!

13/10/2025: I spent a few days in Florence with my mother, and this was the best restaurant we ate at. We loved it so much and were so comfortable that we returned several times. The service was excellent, they were very friendly, the food was quality, well-priced, and the dishes were plentiful. Although there were many dishes we didn't get to try, we highly recommend the mixed fries, the grilled salmon, and the tiramisu. The wine was excellent.

The pizza dough was hard and lacked salt. We didn't finish our dishes There is no variety of wine on the menu - there is one type of red wine In short, a place with a nice atmosphere and good service but disappointing food

05/12/2025: Delicious pastries, I dream about them at night. The croissants are divine; the dough and the filling are truly generous. I've never tasted better croissants. Beautiful interior with frescoes on the ceiling, always clean bathroom, and super helpful and friendly staff. The prices are fair: €1.50 for a pastry, something I'd pay €5 for. It's become a regular.
