A huge, well-appointed space to while away the time. It's so spacious and stocked with products it feels like a duty-free shop. There's even a McDonald's. Worthy of mention is the fact that the bathrooms are on the ground floor and not only accessible by stairs, a courtesy appreciated by those with disabilities and mobility issues. There are also plenty of them, and they're clean. It should be said, however, that there's a shortage of staff, and the young woman serving customers, who is excellent and very kind, is clearly struggling because she has to do everything alone... more respectful staff management and the number of customers would certainly be commendable.

17/04/2026: We spent the weekend in Florence with some friends and didn't know where to eat, but we stumbled upon this place by chance. A very comfortable atmosphere and excellent food, plus it's very close to Florence Cathedral. Prices ranged from €15 to €20.
31/03/2026: Very kind, smiling and friendly staff, excellent desserts, rice cake absolutely worth trying, if we were to return to Florence we will definitely not miss the opportunity to return.
