06/03/2026: Perfectly cooked steak, quick and very friendly service. Right next to the Arno but away from the hustle and bustle. A great memory of Florence.

21/02/2026: One of the few places open in the early afternoon. Warm welcome, rustic and comfortable atmosphere, delicious bruschetta with truly toasted bread and well-seasoned tomatoes, and delicious focaccia. I love the checkered tablecloth, which is now found in very few trattorias.

07/10/2025: Scammed tourists. €8 for a cappuccino and a Coca-Cola, and then they made up things for the surcharge because the price list said less. Won't come back.

02/05/2026: Very disappointed with the service and the price. It's very expensive and the restaurant feels like a cafeteria. Too expensive for what you get. 3 euros per person for the cover charge, and you have to pay for the bread too.

21/04/2026: From the menu brought to your table, only a few dishes are actually prepared, and you only know when the waiter tells you. The waiter was very stern, and didn't even ask if I wanted wine. The chicken liver crostini were only good for foreigners, the zucchini were swimming in oil, and the braciole remade with tomato sauce were tough and the tomatoes were of poor quality. The cost was €40.

06/03/2026: Excellent food, delicious XL pizza, very efficient table service, kind and courteous service from everyone. The homemade desserts are highly recommended. Well done!!

24/02/2026: The pizza was very tasty, with just the right amount of crunch (at least for my taste). The desserts were homemade (mostly) and really good. The torta della nonna was excellent. The service was quick, and the waiters were kind and courteous.

12/04/2026: I don't recommend it. I went to this restaurant after seeing their ads promising fresh fish and freshly cooked dishes. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. I ordered mussels with pepper, but the mussels were dry and flavorless; they had been cooked and recooked, and there was no pepper whatsoever. It's truly disappointing when a place doesn't live up to the hype. I expected much higher quality, especially considering the price. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic gastronomic experience.

12/04/2026: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The dishes didn't live up to expectations or the photos. The peppered mussels were completely tasteless, with no hint of pepper, and the mussels were dried out, as if they had been cooked multiple times. The same problem arose with the steamed mussels and clams, which weren't fresh and tasteless. (I reported this to the waiter, but received no response.) The first courses were also rather bland and flavorless. The only positive note was the Catalan-style pasta, which was good. Overall, however, it was an experience I wouldn't recommend. The prices were excessive for low-quality dishes, which were well-presented but disappointing in taste. All show and little substance—a shame.

25/04/2026: Fried roll sushi, it wasn't hot or fresh... strawberry on top, not even... The people weren't smiling, the place seemed dirty and didn't smell good :( Too bad, I'd been here a few times before, it wasn't like this...

12/04/2026: Very cute. The ravioli are delicious. The sushi... good, but I trust my kids' judgment because I don't eat it.

03/06/2026: We stopped by by chance and it was a huge pleasure. Places like this with that old-world feel no longer exist. It was wonderful to see the dedication of the young man who runs it. Well done, and congratulations again. I hope to return one day.

31/05/2026: Myself and family drove by admiring the lights, they were inviting, so we planned a visit the next night, we arrived early about 7.30, before they were about to start cooking but were welcomed, and invited to sit in the bar till they were ready, the smell of a wood fired pizza oven was really nice as you can see them prepare the pizza and cook it too, staff were friendly and helpful. Pasta was nice according to the wife. And kids were happy too. Noticed quite a few were getting takeout pizza too, so tried that as well a few nights later. Tiramisu was really light and fresh. All together a really good experience here in lovely Tuscany, Defo recommend the place Andy, tracy, Kian and Dylan

30/12/2025: The restaurant, near Piazza del Duomo, consists of a two-story restaurant (the first floor seemed to be connected only by a staircase) and a shop selling fresh flowers and small furnishings (I noticed mostly items resembling modern antiques, inspired by the 1950s and 1960s). The coexistence is subtle and elegant: it doesn't clash at all; the decor helps. The staff is quick, attentive, and kind. The dishes we ordered were of excellent quality and beautifully presented.

29/12/2025: A Florentine gem for a Frenchman! La Ménagère is a unique spot in Florence, blending flowers, refined decor, and fine dining. The setting under the vaulted ceilings is sublime, especially with the magnificent Christmas decorations. As for the food, everything was excellent, from the perfectly executed risotto to the signature tiramisu with its dragonfly motif. But the special mention goes to the bread: as a French person, what a joy to finally find bread with flavor and salt! It's the only restaurant during our entire stay in Florence where the bread was delicious and of high quality (a welcome change from the traditional Florentine bread without salt). A detail that makes all the difference. A must-try! Remember to book your table ;)

29/05/2026: Ordered three pizzas through Glovo which arrived practically cold, dry and practically unleavened. I don't know who the pizza chef is but he doesn't have the means to serve a pizza and there is not even a way to make a complaint through Glovo. I strongly advise against this pizzeria through Glovo.

29/09/2025: Prinz customers since 2012, today I'm changing suppliers because the new incompetent representative hasn't passed my order for the umpteenth time. Once he said he forgot, once he said I wrote too late, once he said it was Sunday and he hadn't seen it, the last time he said he passed the order but he doesn't know why it didn't arrive. I was left without water for Saturday lunch and dinner, and without water for Sunday lunch and dinner. In all this, I called the area manager and was told, "The warehouse is closed today because it's Saturday, what do I do? I'll make you water?" I felt like I was being taken for a ride after all these years together... so I send you my regards.

19/12/2025: Bar near my house. Well stocked and very cheerful. Excellent coffee, excellent desserts and savory sandwiches. My kids love going there for snacks.

06/08/2025: Friendly, professional, and approachable staff Always open, closed on Sundays. A somewhat hidden spot deserves more! Spread the word!
