16/06/2025: Good pizza and quiet and clean environment

02/06/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance. From the outside, I was a bit skeptical, but when I entered and an employee immediately approached me and escorted me to my table, I was surprised. The service was very good. We ordered two different pizzas (Speciale). Since we had already visited a few pizzerias and tried various pizzas, our expectations weren't exactly high. When the pizzas arrived and we took the first bite, we both just looked into each other's eyes and said, "WOW!" The taste and consistency of the dough were a world of their own. Dear pizzeria, you really achieved the WOW effect; one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

04/06/2025: Basic self catering without frills. No toaster. No hairdryer. Old eu power sockets not modern 2 pin. Take the skinny 2 pin adapters and mozzy killers. Lovely views. Restaurant good first night not so good the second. (Stone cold plates) Wedding party excluded us from parts of the castello for 3 days. Bed comfortable. Air con in bedrooms. Kettle fridge and hob, microwave. WiFi good. Apartment 36. A welcome pack would be a bonus. Refused a tiny bit of milk for our arrival to make tea. Told to go to the shop. Quiet place (when no wedding) furniture a little tired and garden looks better on the photos than actual.

07/05/2025: Absolutely loved our stay. The castle is so charming and has so much historic character, the views are incredible and the staff so helpful and lovely. We ate at the restaurant most nights during our stay as the food was delicious, we wish it was open for breakfast and lunch as it’s that good. The room we had was large and spacious and we chose a room with air conditioning which was great. As the castle is self catering, there are shops including a co-op 10 minute drive by car to get essentials. We bought our daughter on this trip and the cot was comfortable and had a nice mattress and bedding, the staff also provided a highchair which was great and at a great height for the table which was easy for her to eat. This is our third time staying and loved every moment and will be back again soon.

03/06/2025: Yesterday morning I ordered a caffe latte (deca. without foam), but now I'm pretty sure that the coffee they gave me contained caffeine! Because it's now 04:39 and I still can't sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!

25/05/2025: Nos encontramos espontáneamente con este restaurante en nuestro recorrido por la Toscana. Una velada fantástica. Tortelinos caseros, sopa toscana, un filete perfecto y una jarra de vino. ¡Gracias!

08/04/2025: A large and beautiful bar, excellent service, very rich display case, it only has one flaw in my opinion! The puff pastry based pastries are too greasy and too rich in margarine that half is enough! I really try and try to take them again but they always taste greasy, heavy, margarine. The day I find a bar that makes flaky pieces leavened with butter it will be a miracle, because that margarine you use is full of hydrogenated fats, do you know where you should put it?......and don't tell me stories that the stuff comes out better etc, because I do this too!

27/05/2025: Old, rubbery, badly reheated cuddles, thrown on the not-so-clean table. Served in dirty bread baskets without even a napkin underneath. Wine with cork shavings included. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

21/05/2025: Crazy place... great value for money... very good and fresh food. I went to this place with my girlfriend and we had a great time, the waiters are very kind and friendly.

08/05/2025: My tour group went to a cooking class/dinner here. We all immediately started taking photos of the amazing views. They were breath taking! We were welcomed with information on their history and the business. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and answered all our questions. I want to come back and spend the night! Our group enjoyed being led by their chefs to create a five corses meal. Preparing the meal was laid back and fun for all and it was delicious! We enjoyed their amazing wines also. They made the night even better because they were able to make gluten free options for me and vegetarian for another person.

17/06/2025: Such an underrated place! A hidden gem that definitely deserves more hype. The place has an in-house florist and houses a gorgeous collection of vases and tableware. The coffee was great, the food was pretty nice and the ambience was just on point! Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a good coffee/breakfast and a chill spot.

16/06/2025: Many places nearby serve far better lunch food, and they have much better service — all for a significantly better value. After many good restaurant experiences in Florence, we found this place seriously lacking. The food was overpriced and unappealing. Much of it was left on the plate because it was so unappetizing. The server never inquired about the food quality nor whether we wanted more or dessert. At a table for six, we found the environment enjoyable; however, you can have a far better dining experience elsewhere. Keep looking for many superior restaurants, many at a lower cost.

04/05/2025: In data 25 Aprile 2025, in compagnia di un folto gruppo di amici provenienti da varie parti d'Italia, ho soggiornato per 3 giorni presso questo Agriturismo incastonato nella splendida campagna toscana dotato di ampi parcheggi privati, piscina e corredato da ampi spazi verdi molto ben curati. Avendo optato per la mezza pensione abbiamo potuto gustare l'ottima cucina, varia e abbondante oltre alla colazione altrettanto buona e abbondante. Lo staff capitanato dalla gentilissima titolare sig.ra DANIELA affiancata dalla efficiente sig.ra ERICA e da tutto il personale che sono stati di una professionalità e gentilezza assoluta con l'aggiunta di un particolare che può sembrare insignificante ma che invece non lo è: tutti sempre sorridenti!! sicuramente ci ritornerò. 01/05/2025: Primi adeguati al prezzo ed al palato. Trofie buone ma stracotte. Vino buono, peccato che dopo la seconda bottiglia (specifico che eravamo 10 adulti) abbiamo tentato di rifilare una bottiglia scadente con la scusa che fosse finito. Dopo averlo rimandato indietro magicamente siano riapparse le etichette con le labbra rosse. I secondi sono ingiustificabile. La grigliata mista non all'altezza. La bistecca poi ..... Pre-scottata , dentro fredda e servita su una griglia con carboni ardenti con il tentativo di ripristinare una temperatura edibile. Dolci buoni anche se non bastano a mitigare la delusione. Consigliato a stranieri . Il servizio sufficiente anche se gli antipasti sono stati serviti quando il pane era già finito a causa dell'attesa. Spero che per gruppi meno numerosi l'attenzione sia maggiore. Esperienza che non Consiglio. Non credo di tornare. Spero di essere stato esaustivo sul complesso della mia esperienza Spero sia di incentivo per migliorare. Saluti

14/06/2025: I change my previous review positively. I find everything I'm looking for in the bakery. Hot breakfast pastries in the morning, soft, fragrant and full of seasoning. The savory ones are also excellent for a snack or a snack. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended bakery.

03/06/2025: The kind shopkeeper lady was a truly lovely person who made our first vacation in Italy unforgettable. Despite the language barrier, she went out of her way to help us with genuine warmth and kindness. As a sweet gesture, she even offered us a few cookies to make us feel welcome. Her hospitality set a beautiful tone for our entire trip, and we're deeply grateful for the encounter.

10/05/2025: Disaster and pure rip-off!!! We had booked 2 rooms on booking for single use... 1 day before I received information that the price had now increased to 60€... then on the day of arrival, after endless discussions with the landlords (note only in Italian!!! - so very difficult), we only took 1 room and even had to pay an extra 20€! It's better if you counted the money, didn't want to give any more money back!!! I discussed it with the lady for an hour and told her what I thought! The rooms facing the street are also very loud! Never again !

02/05/2025: Our experience was wonderful, Maria is charming, very loving in her treatment. He kept our backpacks for us at no cost, for the whole day. He advised us on the places we could visit, information that was very helpful. Of course we highly recommend it!🍀

26/05/2025: I love this place! I always get their bowls and wraps. Although I found the acai bowl too liquidy and sometimes the tomatoes were not very fresh, other than that, I would recommend it. The staff are also nice.

04/05/2025: Delicious place! The Rosalia bar was a discovery of these days spent in Florence. Very close to the Duomo, very cheap compared to average but this does not affect the quality, on the contrary, they have super genuine and quality products. A staff of girls always smiling and available in a place where you can see the common sense of the genuine without speculation. Thank you! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE
