We went here for dinner. The raw vegetables were truly excellent and of high quality! The udon and other first courses were delicious, with gourmet portions. We really appreciated the welcome and the glass of prosecco. Recommended!

Weird menu ! They wanted to make each recipe different to the norm. My tagliolini were lovely even with crumbled dry egg yolks. Chris's carpaccio was lovely even if the extras were different. Her salmon main was dry, served with bread buns that had been charcoaled. Rock hard!! My fillet of svolpina was tasteless but the gazpacho sauce was nice. If you like non-conformist and a strange menu then give it a try. I won't go back .

The food was delicious, the service great and the staff was delightful. It can be pretty noisy inside because of how the restaurant was furnished, but that literally the only nitpick one could find

Everything was excellent.
Excellent ingredients and truly well prepared. We tried the orecchiette with mussels, clams, and squid ink, the raw seafood, and the tempura-fried tuna (excellent).
I would have just added a splash of color to the orecchiette, as the mussels, clams, and yellow cherry tomato sauce gave the dish an undeserved paleness. The only shame was the dessert (a semifreddo that arrived half-warm). In these cases, a discount at the register would be more than appropriate and appreciated.

Finally, in Viareggio, you can find modern cuisine and a ambiance that blends tradition. Dishes are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service is warm and attentive.

Unfortunately, little attention was paid to my allergy; the dish I chose was remade and the entree was not replaced.
Desserts need revising, cheesecake bordering on unpresentable.
