We can't rave enough about this family-run restaurant. An exceptionally good two-course lunch menu at a very good price, very friendly owners. You couldn't better fulfill the Italian lunchtime rule (look for a restaurant frequented by lawyers and construction workers).

There were four of us and we dined at Pentola D'Oro at Via di Mezzo 24/26r. I must say that the quality of the dishes, the service, the atmosphere, and, last but not least, the value for money are quite rare to find in Florence. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back soon. Congratulations!

Excellent dinner, as was the wine. Lampredotto meatballs, tartare, peposo, and pappardelle with wild boar were truly exquisite. The staff were top-notch and incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. We truly felt at home! The price was right for what we ate. A must-see in Florence. We'll definitely be back! Excellent!

An excellent restaurant that reflects Tuscan flavors and traditions. We enjoyed every course, from the starter to the dessert; the quality and authenticity of the flavors were evident. The selection focuses on traditional dishes, simple yet delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The quality-price ratio is fair. The place is quiet and has a nice atmosphere: it wasn't too noisy, and the tables are large and spaced apart.
We felt welcome, and we'll be back.

A place I would recommend without hesitation. I would return every time I visit Florence. Run by its owners (mother, father, and son), who are incredibly kind and friendly. Because they have only a few tables, they can interact attentively with each customer. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and experience they offer. The pasta is 100% homemade, made with excellent ingredients. This is the place to experience authentic Italian cuisine. It's worth venturing a little outside the city center for a more personalized and family-friendly lunch or dinner.
