I came here with my cousins and had such a great time! I got a Hugo spritz and it was so refreshing. Would 10/10 come back again.

Very nice place with excellent service and cozy outdoor seating right by the bridge.

Had a nice wine tasting in a way you don't often see, where you are also interactive. The view was beautiful too. The only thing was that I found the €40 p.p. a bit pricey (via GetYourGuide).

What an incredible experience at the Firstglass flagship store in Florence! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at home. Cristiana, Jamie, and Guido were beyond kind, warm, and welcoming- the kind of genuine hospitality that makes shopping feel like catching up with old friends. Their knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was clear they truly care about giving every customer a memorable experience. This flagship store sets the bar for what exceptional service should look like. If you’re in Florence, this is a must-visit. Can’t recommend it enough- grazie mille to the whole team!
