29/09/2025: 'Pasticceria Buti Siena' is famous for its 'caramellato' - a pastry made crunchy with caramelised sugar filled with a Chantilly cream. I benchmark the bakery's standard with an eclair, which proved to be acceptable. And the short coffee hits the spot! A tasty 8 out of 10.

29/10/2025: L'osterai di fuori is a true culinary experience. A typical Tuscan restaurant with old-world flavors. Simple, high-quality cuisine. Every meal features a specialty dish not on the menu, and the wine list is top-notch.

12/10/2025: Excellent choice for dinner in Montelupo. Food was good, service was good, not too much waiting, our timing (~7pm) worked out good. I had the spaghetti con vongole (with clams), done nicely with the right amount of food. Their recommended red wine was an excellent choice. The only part we did not enjoy was the noise level, due to a large group having a reservation at the table next to us. That's normal, they were having a good time, nothing wrong with that, but cannot say I enjoyed it.

29/09/2025: I love Peruvian food, but I never thought it would be in Italy! It was my first time seeing a Peruvian restaurant in Italy, so I popped in! It's run by Peruvians, so the flavors were authentic and delicious, but the portions were so big I ended up leaving some, which was a shame. 🥲 I ordered the classic ceviche and anticuchos, and they were delicious and satisfying! ❣️

12/10/2025: A small but welcoming place. The Etruscan rabbit was exceptional, and the beef was delicious. The side dishes were also delicious. The desserts were the final touch: exquisite tiramisu and a surprising hazelnut semifreddo. The waiter was very professional and helpful.

01/11/2025: Gluten-free heaven! The restaurant offers its entire menu gluten-free, but without sacrificing quality. Numerous awards, including AIC recognition, attest to this, and the restaurant itself. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you immediately feel at home. Generous portions, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere are always present.

01/11/2025: In my opinion...a must-see, along with the Duomo, Palazzo Pitti, etc., etc. A gastronomic monument in Florence is Alfredo's restaurant. Top-notch food, a well-kept, clean, and comfortable venue, not to mention the entire staff...from the waiters, especially Camilla, who is cheerful and witty yet professional! Lucia, a wonderful hostess, and her son, who completes a stunning setting. 10+ 😘

15/11/2025: This is my first time here, and I'm craving some meat. What can I say? A place with meticulous attention to detail and a unique culinary experience. The quality is truly evident; I tried the menu with a first course, steak, and side dish, and it was a delight! The tagliatelle with steak ragù are unique; beyond the freshness of the pasta, the flavor of the ragù, and all the perfectly balanced ingredients make it spectacular. The meat is juicy and cooked to perfection, as per Tuscan tradition. The beans are creamy, hot, and flavorful, delicious (I'm not a fan of beans, but these absolutely blew me away). The prices are in line with the quality of the dishes, and honestly, it was money well spent. The owner is kind and attentive to the product he offers. I'll definitely be back.

Impeccable service from Gabriele and the other ladies who led us on this fantastic culinary journey with professionalism, courtesy, and the smiles on the faces of happy people. We'll definitely be back, and not just once! We paid a fair price.

06/10/2025: The food tasted ranging from passable to very bad. The tartare was okay, unremarkable, and had a very odd sauce/crunchy flakes combination (what is that?). But the burger and shrimp pasta were inedible. The fries inside the burger were overcooked, and the patty was dry (no one asked how well done it was). The pasta was undercooked, with a mess of shrimp and meat (pictured), reminiscent of a poorly prepared soup. It was made with fish broth. It tasted worse than it looked. Worst dining experience of my entire stay in Italy. I highly recommend it. UPDATE: Dear restaurant team, As you yourself have acknowledged, the mistake in the order was yours, not ours (the wrong dish). Distorting the facts is the last thing one should do in such a situation. As for the composition of the dishes—beyond the list of ingredients—the balance of flavors and their compatibility are what truly matter. Unfortunately, this aspect is frankly poor (it’s a pity the photos don’t quite convey it, but perhaps they’ll be enough for someone). I consider any further discussion pointless — choosing to visit your restaurant or not is up to others.

19/09/2025: The food is of excellent quality and, above all, very tasty. The service is truly friendly and professional. The ambiance, right on the beach, leaves nothing to be desired. There's also plenty of parking. The wine list is comparable to that of the area. We will definitely be back next time.

23/08/2025: Beautiful, well-maintained seaside location with onsite parking. We've had tastier (raw) appetizers elsewhere, but the first courses were very good! Very friendly staff. Recommended!

03/08/2025: I returned to this place a second time and was enchanted once again. The food is delicious, with clearly high-quality ingredients. The attention to both presentation and service is truly outstanding. The location is incredible, with a stunning view. I didn't take photos of all the dishes, as I was too busy enjoying them. I will gladly return and highly recommend it!
