Amazing restaurant with a surprising fish menu with delicious Apulian influences that make the difference. The meat is also tasty and of high quality. The environment is very refined summer and winter and the service is precise and professional.

We were there for my birthday and the evening was splendid, thanks to the excellent service, quality food and wine. We were served a welcome bubble. As an appetizer we chose the octopus. We then had two first courses shared with my girlfriend, one with white truffle (served at the table) and the other a spaghetti with cuttlefish liver and anchovy sauce, both exceptional. Then the Florentine steak was simply excellent. To finish we had two tiramisu and, after dessert, a nice gin and tonic to finish. The attention of the dining room staff made the dinner even more special. Honest prices for the quality of the raw materials and the central location in Siena. We highly recommend and will be back for sure! Thank you !

Ambiente particolare, raffinato ed elegante (qualche problema di umidità sui muri, dovuto al fatto di essere parzialmente sotto terra) a pochi passi da Piazza del Campo. Servizio elegante, cibo raffinato. Ampia scelta di vini e cantina nel tufo, usata anche per gli aperitivi.

Ottimo, era una cena sociale con oltre 30 persone ma il servizio è stato perfetto, le portate e i vini di buon livello.

Ristorante a cento metri da Piazza del Campo dove con un ingresso minimal si accede in un bel locale con tavoli apparecchiati molto bene. Menù limitato ma questo non è un difetto ma dovrebbe essere garanzia di freschezza e di piatti collaudati. Una bella carta dei vini, non solo locali ma anche regionali e con una buona selezione di esteri. Il mio voto non entusiastico e’ dovuto ai pici con ragù bianco di cinta senese tra i più deludenti che abbia mai mangiato, piuttosto insapori e con un incomprensibile brodetto sul fondo del piatto.

Bellissimo locale con staff che ti fa sentire a proprio agio appena entrando. Menù di carne e di pesce. Più classico il primo, con molti riuscitissimi estri il secondo. Il gestore di origini pugliesi accoglie con la passione del sud. Abbiamo provato degli ottimi primi (su tutti una cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi) e buoni secondi di pesce. Qualità delle materie prime che si sente. Cantina superlativa in cui ci si diverte a sbizzarrirsi. Prezzi in linea con quanto servito.

30/03/2024: Seeing the sign of this restaurant from the outside, it doesn't inspire much to enter, but once you're seated you change your opinion. The food is good but the only thing... I thought the portions would be bigger, but I still come away satisfied. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.
22/03/2024: Let's say that from the outside you wouldn't think that you could eat really well here, but the quality of the food, of the combinations of flavors and the search for raw materials is really high. I ate a cardoon flan on a bed of tomato and melted cheese that I was tempted to lick the plate, a fried cod on a bed of excellent puree and seared port, tasted the platter of non-random greetings and cheeses certainly from producers of " once " .....young and nice guys, if I have to nitpick the service is a little slow but then again the kitchen is really small but you have to wait a little when then you are amply repaid for the wait Well done! A good example that with a certain amount of commitment even such young people can create a quality restaurant which is increasingly difficult to find Value for money 🔝👏👏
