The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and layered; definitely worth ordering.
Spicy Scallops with Asparagus Cream and White Garlic. Baby squid and clams with asparagus cream and white garlic; overall okay,
but slightly less memorable than the previous two dishes.

LAY LAY My first impression was: It looks so ugly? Will it taste good?
But one bite and I was completely proven wrong!
Paired with peas and bergamot sauce, it's incredibly refreshing and balanced.
Beef tenderloin was very tender, and the doneness was perfect.
The foie gras was a little too rich for me.
Foie gras dessert was something I'd been wanting to try before I even came! Both the appearance and taste are great, it didn't disappoint! 🍏🍐

Likely to be delicious LOVE'S : Passion fruit + hazelnut chocolate + caramel crisps. The balance of sweet and sour is excellent, not cloying at all – a big plus!
Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal; it's a restaurant worth making a special trip to try!
They also have a branch in London, so I'm a little curious if the quality there is just as good.
