23/08/2025: Really great food. In particular the dishes with royal perch. Adequate price.

22/08/2025: It was very hot, and we mistakenly ate outside. It would have been perfect for the evening. A little less so for lunch, so it's better to eat inside. The children, however, were able to play freely in front of us.

30/08/2025: A truly welcoming atmosphere with a splendid veranda overlooking the Lucca motorways and Lucca itself. Perfect for both intimate lunches and dinners and medium-sized ceremonies. Traditional dishes from Lucca and Tuscany.

19/08/2025: Beautiful place located on a hill, not particularly easy to get to. Good food and decent portions. The least pleasant aspect was the rush with which they took our plates while we were still eating; we had to stop a different waiter each time. Good wine selection, lovely outdoor terrace.

02/08/2025: Until a few years ago, everything was very good and reasonably priced. It was rare that something went wrong or not all the dishes ordered were good. The service has always been professional and friendly, and the restaurant is quite well-maintained. Lately, the quality seems to have declined and the prices have increased. This is clearly a choice dictated by the current market and constant price increases. Overall, it remains a good restaurant.

29/08/2025: We ate very well, generous portions, the tortelli were superb! And what can I say about the huge platter.... The explanations of the food by the staff were exceptional, the friendliness and friendliness were all excellent!

16/08/2025: I'd already heard good things about this place, famous, as the name suggests, for its piadinas. Indeed, I must admit that the dough, hand-rolled on the spot, is truly worth it: it's flavorful and has a soft yet crunchy texture. Furthermore, the quality of the ingredients is exceptional. Another plus is the variety of combinations offered, ranging from cured meats and cold cuts to various cuts of meat, fish, vegetables, and even a sweet version. The place also offers a wide selection of burgers, always at fairly reasonable prices. I personally chose a simple yet quality piadina with Parma ham, smoked scamorza, and boscaiola sauce, accompanied by an amazing craft beer, Machete, which I highly recommend. To top it all off, I'd highlight the kindness of the staff and the establishment itself, which I'd describe as clean and welcoming, ideal for those looking for a relaxing meal.

14/08/2025: A very nice restaurant with very good food. At first glance, it seemed a bit unassuming, but as soon as we walked through the door, we were pleasantly surprised. We were offered a seat on the cozy terrace in the back garden, which is a really nice place to sit, but it's also very cozy inside. The food was fabulous, and there was hardly any wait.

31/07/2025: Amazing and highly recommended. The location is elegant and relaxing, just the right amount without being overbearing, making you feel at ease. The attentive, never-invasive service, always with great courtesy and friendliness, truly enhanced the experience. But the real plus is the cuisine: dishes that are astonishing in taste and presentation, truly astonishing the palate with their combinations, the quality of the ingredients, and the culinary technique. In short, a restaurant that exudes love for this profession, a passion for making diners happy and welcoming, both with the food and the service. For a dinner for two, including two appetizers, two first courses, and a glass of red, the total bill comes to €80, more than deserved for the experience and the quality of the food offered.

03/09/2025: Family-run environment, you feel at home, not to mention how good the pizzas are, my partner and I for the two weeks we stayed nearby, we made a regular stop at the Il Cielo pizzeria ❤️ delicious pizzas, truly in my opinion the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, not to mention the desserts, I fell in love with their berry cheesecake 😍

23/08/2025: We've been coming to the restaurant since we rented the house, and I've NEVER had a bad meal (over 5 years). A welcoming, intimate place, fresh fish, simple dishes beautifully presented, and courteous and professional staff. One year we ate under the tent; it was very romantic. I highly recommend the chef's mixed seafood platter and the seafood steamer, and for dessert, the tulip with cream and fresh fruit.

20/08/2025: Total disappointment. I relied on the reviews and was wrong. They brought a bottle of water without a cap, and that alone is unacceptable. I didn't like the food (since the menu is limited, I expect the few items on offer to be impeccably prepared), and the quality/price ratio is absolutely not there. I won't be returning.
