Overall, I had a positive experience. I really appreciated the availability of vegan and gluten-free products, a thoughtful approach that isn't found everywhere. The gluten-free tarts are really good. It's a shame, however, that they don't offer gluten-free brioche: an even wider selection would be a real plus. The drinks are also excellent: the cappuccino is well-made and the Illy coffee is high-quality. The only thing I would improve is the service. I've had one person start serving me and then a colleague takes over to finish my order, creating some confusion and lengthening the wait. Also, sometimes the staff lingers among themselves while there are customers to serve. I would expect service to be a little more attentive, organized, and professional. If I had found the service to match the quality of the products, I would have happily given it 5 stars. Otherwise, the quality of the products is good, and I would gladly return.

Friendly staff. Try the breakfast pastries, they're good (I tried the apple one). The cappuccino is well-made, with a thick foam, and cocoa powder available on the counter for you to add as much as you want. It's a shame the foam doesn't last until the end of the drink.

I ordered a gluten-free savory platter and was truly satisfied. Everything was made to order, with great attention to those with special dietary needs. The products were fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented: very soft tramezzini, flavorful panini, and truly delicious pizzas. You can sense the care taken in the preparation and the attention to avoiding cross-contamination. It's wonderful to find a pastry shop so well-equipped, where even those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can enjoy an aperitif or party without sacrificing anything. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, safety, and great flavor! 🌟

Nilo's is one of my favorite pastry shops. This summer, they introduced a new feature that really won me over: gourmet iced cappuccinos. The Coconut Matcha and Golden Milk are delicious, fresh, and thirst-quenching, perfect for hot days. I especially recommend them to those who don't like coffee but still want to treat themselves to an original and different beverage, hard to find in other cafes. The pastries are also always excellent: fragrant, fresh, and made with quality ingredients. You can sense the artisanal care in every product, from breakfast to desserts. The staff is always kind, smiling, and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the counter is meticulously designed, with a wide selection of products that encourages you to try something new every time. A place I recommend both for a special breakfast and a break during the day. Kudos to the entire staff for their quality and commitment to always offering new ideas!

Very nice pasticceria with all you can imagine for an Italian breakfast. Not even that, they also have sandwiches.

Everyone is so kind, and they have lots of vegan and gluten-free options. I ordered a vegan creme tart and a vegan and gluten-free one for our wedding anniversary, and it was beautiful and delicious. Our guests loved it, and the celiacs said it was delicious. We also chose them for our daughter's baptism a few years ago, and they never disappoint.
