Smiling and kind staff, excellent products, very clean pastry shop, pastry chefs are always available to satisfy all customer needs. I travel often for work but I must admit that what I find in this pastry shop is difficult to find anywhere else. Thanks to all of you for making me happy my days

I have known the Nilos pastry shop since it opened and I seem to see, however, that in recent times the quality has dropped, I am talking above all about the behavior of the staff who always seem to be nervous and almost annoyed at having to serve the customer. They rarely smile and say hello but even worse when I, the customer, who is in front of the counter (both for desserts and for the cafeteria) is not taken into consideration in the slightest. Another shortcoming I noticed is the hand dryer in the bathroom, which seems not to have worked for some time now. I can understand that maybe the money isn't available to have it fixed or to buy it new (or other reasons) but at least be careful to put a roll of paper, instead of "forcing" the customer to repeatedly shake his hands and dab them on his clothes. I put this thing last, not for importance but because I think it is more of a difficulty than my personal reception but since I have also worked behind the counter and the various owners have always told me to be careful not to create annoying noises that could disturb the customers, I would therefore like to underline this: what I am referring to is the banging of saucers, cups, glasses, cutlery... in short, the crockery in the bar area, making it resound loudly throughout the entire place. I can understand that you can have a bad day and therefore without wanting to use more force than necessary or that perhaps being in a hurry you rub objects excessively, but I understand that it is really a habit behavior given that it has happened all the times that I've been there. Be patient but some people are very sensitive to external stimuli, such as sounds in this case. I would therefore ask you, as far as possible, to pay more attention to perhaps avoid losing customers. I speak on behalf of many neurodivergent people (yes, we exist and we like to come for breakfast in bars too). I hope you read my review and thank you if you work to resolve these issues

Beautiful pastry shop in front of the pine forest. Very good pasta. Wide choice of Easter eggs and handcrafted doves.

Rossano is a very good pastry chef, kind and very attentive to everyone's needs and above all to the quality of the raw materials.

We were there by chance during Carnival: a vast choice of desserts and also various savory options. The zeppole and the Maritozzo are special and all the girls are truly unique in their kindness and friendliness! We will definitely come back to visit you!

Ho soggiornato qualche giorno in via Fratti e ho trovato per caso questa pasticceria: ottimo caffè Illy e dolci superlativi . Da sottolineare la qualità delle brioche e i gusti innovativi! Ottimi prezzi. Da provare assolutamente!!
