23/08/2025: I hate to write a negative review, but unfortunately this was my experience. Very poor service, table of 4, my first course arrived, and the other 3 after almost 7-8 minutes, so mine got cold. While we still had the pasta to finish, the second course already arrived (not normal). Then for a coffee, we had to wait more than 10 minutes. The quality of the food was very poor. I just hope I was there on an unlucky night.

20/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for an evening with friends. We dined outside in a completely normal atmosphere; the food was excellent; I personally had very good ravioli and an excellent Florentine steak with beans and spinach. Unfortunately, the service wasn't the best. However, it's still a restaurant worth returning to.

21/06/2025: It must be admitted that the cecina is exceptionally good, but the pizza can also be recommended, especially with sausage.

The agriturismo is just 20 minutes from Florence and about an hour from Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and Lucca. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and they produce excellent wine and olive oil: absolutely worth trying!"

20/07/2025: We have been loyal guests at Ulivello for years – and are always delighted. Federico and his team are warm, attentive hosts who, with great attention to detail and Tuscan hospitality, have created a place where you immediately feel welcome. The menu is small but fine – featuring classic Tuscan dishes, beautifully prepared. The value for money is simply outstanding. We would particularly like to emphasize the consideration for allergies: Our son suffers from a peanut allergy and can enjoy his food here without worry – that's not something to be taken for granted and deserves a huge thank you! The house-made olive oil, wine, and especially the Prosecco are real highlights! Ulivello is always a culinary and human experience for us. We always enjoy coming back – grazie mille!

05/08/2025: We went to this place one evening while visiting Arezzo and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly :)

29/07/2025: Truly enviable location, great customer service. Friendly staff. The cacciucco was decent, the Russian salad was delicious. I didn't try the starters. The desserts lacked vibrancy. Perhaps they should be more daring with their dishes.

29/08/2025: Last night I walked past the restaurant and saw that the set menu price was €15 and €20. I asked the waiter (a gentleman) if there were €10 and €15 menus like I'd seen in reviews two weeks earlier, and he replied that those were lunch prices (his colleague next to him seemed a bit incredulous, but I trusted him). Today, for some reason, I decided to call before taking a bus there (I was far from the place but really wanted to go). The person who answered very kindly told me that that price (€10) hadn't been available for a while and that the waiter had made a mistake. One thing to note: when I spoke to the waiter, I had also shown the review and said it was a recently added menu, so it wasn't a quick question, but rather I insisted on the price. I imagine the food is excellent, but I don't like the idea of ​​someone giving me information just to make me come back and feel pressured to pay more to avoid looking elsewhere, or worse, mocking me because one customer is as good as another. I'm not giving fewer stars because I didn't eat, and I don't think that would be a fair criticism. I won't go there. Hospitality is essential to me.

07/08/2025: The biggest disappointment. It's not possible to stand in line for hours for a sandwich, and when you get it, the bread is stale. Missing ingredients, very stale bread, and the price is quite high. It doesn't even compare to other places that don't have the same marketing, but that make high quality products. Really very disappointing
