02/11/2025: I particularly enjoyed the delicious crostini appetizer with chicken livers and mushrooms, along with the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's a lovely little place nestled in the countryside with a beautiful veranda overlooking the greenery. The price is also fair; I highly recommend it!

22/10/2025: We stayed for one night, but it is definitely worth staying longer. The place is based on values of environmental quality and sustainability, and it is simply exciting to visit places like this... The room we stayed in was modest but well-invested and well-maintained. The dinner was simply masterful, such clever use of simple ingredients, creative and simply delicious! The breakfast is also generous and very refreshing. In addition, there is a eco store with a selection of products and even a small café. For those who visit in the summer or during warmer months, there is a natural pool, which was fascinating to see. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: A historic venue with a well-presented table setting and a well-crafted, balanced menu. The names of the dishes are a bit overstated, but the hearty fare arrives. The dessert, a cheesecake with marron glace and persimmon, amazed me with its balance of flavors, presentation, and texture. The only small adjustments were down to personal taste: perhaps too much "pampering" between each place setting, at the beginning and end. The green and white stripes of the decor are far from modern, as are the ceramic napkin holders. The wine list is much appreciated, as are the option of 375cl bottles on some.

14/10/2025: It's a nice place to sit in the square. The service isn't very friendly. They just shove the menu in your hand and aren't really willing to explain anything. The restroom is really dirty. The food isn't anything special and is quite expensive.

08/09/2025: We came from Grosseto at the recommendation of a celiac because, in her opinion, the gluten-free pizza was very good. The flavor is good, but the crust is thin and quite crispy, very different from the classic Neapolitan pizza. The gluten-free pizza also had a similar crust: thin and not very elastic. I gave it four stars because we also ordered two mixed gluten-free appetizers, and they were fabulous. We noticed that most of the other guests ordered fish, and the aroma was very inviting. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes, but not the pizza. :)

04/11/2025: We used to frequent this place years ago when it was in another location, but now it's truly spectacular, completely new and fresh. The same old Tuscan pizzas, crispy and made with high-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back to Porretta Terme.

04/11/2025: A truly excellent pizzeria for meeting friends or dining with family. High-quality ingredients, a good selection of menu items, fast and friendly service, and a local business. We tried several different pizzas, and they were all exceptional. A wonderful selection of several types of beer. Very pleasant atmosphere, great prices. Can recommend.

17/09/2025: As Swiss tourists, we felt a little out of place at first, as we were the first guests of the evening. Despite the language barrier, we were treated with the utmost respect by all the staff. The selection of paninis is huge, so there's something for everyone! This paninoteca is mostly frequented by locals, which makes it extremely authentic! I'd be happy to return! P.S.: I enjoyed the best coffee of my entire Tuscany vacation here.
