If you're looking for honest Sicilian food in unpretentious settings, then this is the place. I ate there twice and I'm extremely picky. The heart and soul of this gem is in the food that comes out of it's kitchen. Doesn't have the biggest wine list, but who cares? It's the food that counts. Avoid the tourist traps in the center and eat authentic.

Very good. However, tasting "I do it myself" appetizers is to be avoided. Three of us, 2 adults and a little girl, spent €50 on the starter alone... I was a little disappointed by the goodness of the dishes.

La nostra esperienza è stare perfetta. Questo grazioso ristorantino è delizioso, luminoso e arredato in modo carinissimo. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono ti accolgono con gentilezza e grande cordialità, conducendoti in un viaggio alla ricerca dei sapori più autentici della cucina palermitane. Abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti squisiti: sarde alla beccafico, carciofi alla viddadredda, baccalà fritto, caponata, zucca in agrodolce. Un trionfo di sapori e di colori. La pasta alle sarde che è seguita è stata la più buona della mia vita. Prezzi onestissimi. Un'esperienza del gusto davvero incredibile, il miglior ristorante dove ho mangiato in questi giorni a Palermo. Complimenti alla signora in cucina, al giovane proprietario e alla bravissima ragazza in sala.

Locale vicino alla stazione centrale di Palermo. Personale giovane cortese e molto disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccelso. Ottimi gli antipasti (caponata di spada, fritto di calamari e triglie, polpette di sarde, insalata di mare, zuppa di cozze), buono il risotto al nero con tartare di gambero e splendido il baccalà a sfincione. Sublime la chiusura con la cassata al forno.
