Macinato In Palermo

The location is quaint and welcoming, the staff is not only professional but also extremely kind and attentive, the quality of the food is excellent, respecting an excellent quality/price ratio!

The sandwiches are very unique and the portions are generous. The place is very well-maintained and decorated with a retro video game theme.

We went here because it was recommended. It's a must-visit for lovers of geek culture and good food. We were told we'd find the best burgers we'd ever had, and we were actually surprised by the quality of the selection: fresh fries, ground meat patties (not the usual regular, pre-packaged ones), a good variety, and, most importantly, the option to build your own burger. A special mention for the veggie burger: cheesy, tasty, and balanced. For me, who always seeks out vegetarian/vegan options, it was truly the best I've ever had, both in Italy and abroad. We'll be back when we return to Palermo, and we've already recommended it to friends who are stopping here!

Unfortunately, it was a bad night... the place didn't have much air conditioning. The electricity would come and go every 2 for 1... The staff was very kind but poorly organized... we ordered a sandwich and a pizza, and the pizza arrived at least 10 minutes before the sandwich... unacceptable... the sandwich was nothing... the pizza, the flavors were missing. I ordered a fondue... but there was no fondue at all... canned mushrooms... dough was nothing... I thought that by asking what was wrong, they would make a nice price, since the pizza remained whole, only one slice was missing, but nothing of the sort... Unfortunately, it's a matter of taste... so try it and believe it 😬

Completely disappointed, I ordered on Glovo. I asked for the order for 8pm and the restaurant prepared the order already at 7.15pm, the delivery driver collects all this shortly after... plus everything arrives at my house cold, potatoes unimaginable, cold sandwiches, cold cheese sticks, disappointed I had high expectations

Phenomenal, all run by guys who are all friends, a super nerdy place, and the quality of the food and attention to ingredient combinations are always spot on. It's now a regular stop almost every week, an addiction. Always treated divinely, even with more special requests, Macinato is now family 🧡

Impeccable service: professional, friendly, and capable of making you feel welcome from the first moment. But it's when the food arrives that you truly understand the quality. Excellent quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and a skillful balance of sauces and accompaniments that enhances every bite without ever overpowering the flavor of the meat. A true meat lover will immediately recognize the difference: here you'll find quality, generosity, and a quest for flavor that leaves nothing to chance. The staff were polite and very friendly. The dishes were exquisite, and the portions were very large. We'll be back.

This downtown spot offers delicious gluten-free burgers and safe fries, with no risk of cross-contamination. To top it off, a chocolate dessert with a warm center and melted white chocolate. I highly recommend this place; the staff is helpful and friendly.
