11/07/2026: I visited Sikulo in Palermo and had a decent overall experience, although there were a few things that didn't entirely convince me. The restaurant is welcoming, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a quiet dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful, although the service seemed a bit slow at times. The food is good, with simply prepared dishes and quality ingredients. Some dishes were better than others: you can tell they put a lot of attention into the kitchen, but not everything was perfectly balanced in flavor. The portions are just right, neither too large nor too small. The prices are slightly above average, not excessive, but still a bit high compared to what you'd expect for this type of restaurant.
