13/04/2025: Customer of the restaurant, I kindly asked for a glass of sparkling water after buying cigarettes and I was given still water, more ears and more courtesy are needed!!

05/04/2025: I believe it is the bar that serves one of the best coffees in the city, if not the best. The work culture shines through, which the staff carries out with professionalism and continuous commitment. They manage to give excellent service.

13/04/2025: A dir poco spettacolare! Abbiamo cenato più volte qui e preso sempre la pizza. Oggi abbiamo deciso di provare un primo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi e soddisfatti. Servizio impeccabile, atmosfera accogliente e una vasta scelta di piatti. Ormai uno dei nostri locali fissi. Se potessi, metterei più di 5 stelle, consigliatissimo.

11/04/2025: There were two of us and we ordered menu of the day. Nouvelle cuisine style dishes with very small portions and disappointing desserts too! I ordered a glass of wine and was presented with an almost finished bottle. I had the wine brought back because it was terrible when I tasted it!!!! Terrible value for money. No courtesy was shown (even though we had made our concerns known) by the restaurateurs. We didn't like it so we won't be going back

06/04/2025: Fantastic location, even if the entrance is not worth it. Compared to the rest since we were there during the rainy days and it felt like we were going for an enduro!! Excellent quality pizza (products, dough and cooking) friendly and professional staff

10/04/2025: My boyfriend and I ate terribly. I recommend trying the dishes, because the pasta tasted like nothing. The raw seafood was edible, but the quantity was small and it wasn't worth the price. Wasted money.

04/05/2025: Una tavolata di quattordici persone, ci siamo alzati tutti soddisfatti, antipasto misto buonissimo, i primi uno più buono dell’altro, io ho gradito molto la “ la Margherita “, la mia amica celiaca è stata coccolata e accontentata in tutto, una menzione speciale alla caponata, ottima. Lo consiglio vivamente.

14/04/2025: The square is simply beautiful with the façade of the Grand Hotel Borsa. With marvellous flowering trees in front of it. No car traffic. But a few dogs. Café Borsa is an unagitated, relaxed place. Practical furniture outside (Coca Cola ;-) ). So nothing stylish. They never serve Tramezzini (although it's on the menu, but maybe it's been cancelled in the meantime). But there is non-alcoholic beer (bravo!) - unfortunately not at all common in Palermo. I like to go there for a caffè or una birra analcolica.

05/04/2025: I have been using them for several years, quality products, from starters to main courses everything excellent, very good rotisserie, very kind staff and a special thanks to Miss Francesca who is their strong point with her cheerfulness and professionalism that she shows every day.

04/04/2025: The staff, some less or more, are quite friendly. The owner is a thin gentleman with glasses, behind the counter insulting the tellers and looking at the customers in an irritating way and it's not nice to see these things, unlike the boy at the checkout who is always very kind and helpful. In recent months prices have increased and quality has worsened.....what you buy never weighs even though the prices per kg are displayed! A mignon €0.70/0.80, a biscuit with Nutella €150, a sandwich €0.50, a cardoon €2.00.....etc I bought some arancinettes which in theory go by weight, I paid for them by the number, 5 arancinettes with butter €4.00 and what's more they were acidic and when I reported it I was told that it couldn't be and the smell of acid is the aftertaste of the béchamel sauce!! I threw it all away.....the smell was very strong and it is truly ridiculous and not very serious not to admit a mistake. I have been a good customer for years but now I only go to buy the bread which is still good today and is sold by the number as always 🤷🏼‍♂️!! I'm sorry, you started off very well and continued until a few months ago.... now it's just a continuous disappointment for us customers

01/04/2025: We spent a very pleasant evening with friends away from Venice. The good Roberto recommended us an excellent tasting menu and enlivened with his kindness. All service staff were attentive and courteous. Additional note, we tasted an exceptional Colomba made by them. Until we meet again !!

01/10/2024: On our 4th visit, I realized that this place deserves a review. We have become familiar with the daily specials and have our favourites on the list every time we visit. Mine is the baked pasta of anellini with stringy cheese and generous meat and tomato sauce and ham chunks and eggplant. One portion fills me up. They always have seasonal veggies on hand and oven roasted potatoes or fries. This is more like upscale pub food for an italian bar. The owners are kind and helpful. The roasted chicken was lovely but salty. They always give you fresh bread and a great choice of beer or wine. You have to ask for tap water. It is not served automatically which is typical for most places here with most people preferring mineral water. They have great coffee snd fresh baked pastries all day , too . The prices are very good in fact. This place has the best value of any place I have eaten. It is in town on a busy street with tables outside so its never boring. The interior is decent. This by place is always a welcoming eatery and off the usual restaurant trek, but seriously good comfort foods.

Ottima esperienza 🤩: locale molto curato, pulito e ordinato; personale gentile e professionale e la bontà delle pietanze ordinate è stata la ciliegina sulla torta 😋😋😋 ottima la presentazione e soprattutto molto soddisfacente la quantità e soprattutto il sapore! Il prezzo assolutamente adeguato 👍🏻 Complimenti a tutti 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

15/12/2024: Ambiente molto curato, a partire dalla mise en place. Ottima l’ attenzione al cliente, non scontata per viaggiatori singoli. Il menù è ben strutturato, prevalente offerta di pesce con qualche intruso di carne. Personale molto gentile, ottimo il vino consigliato. I crudi di pesce ottimi, ben fatto il secondo. Buono il caffè peccato non aver assaggiato il dolce.. sarà per la prossima! Il conto in linea con il servizio offerto, adeguato. Se passate da Monreale è sicuramente un posto da prendere in considerazione se volete coccolarvi..è una coccola è sempre meritata.

17/03/2025: I have purchased various types of products, all excellent. Delicious brioches, arancini as well, the bread is offered in various types. I tried the simple baguette and the bread topped with olives, all of which were delicious. As for the pizza, I would like to point out that the piece mentioned by some reviews at €5 each probably doesn't take into account that it is a portion of Margherita seasoned very well with mozzarella and tomato. In addition to being excellent (it doesn't even look like gluten-free dough) it has the dimensions of a 22x12cm tray, so it is a portion of pizza, not 1 small pizza. I don't understand the negative comment. I also tried some sandwiches filled with wuster paid €1.00. I ordered everything the day before and found everything ready the next day, well packaged to face the plane journey. Perfect service and kind salespeople. I will definitely return

15/02/2025: I went to this place for Valentine's Day dinner, I tried the fish menu: delicious dishes and top quality raw materials. The environment has an elegant and particular style. Kind and attentive staff. Excellent experience, I recommend it.
