Excellent pizza restaurant just steps from the agora, the vibrant center of the medieval village. The modern restaurant has a beautiful two-level terrace garden where you can dine in the warmer months. The menu features traditional Sicilian dishes using local, locally sourced ingredients. The pizzas are delicious, with a dough made from a blend of whole-wheat flours, naturally leavened for 48 hours, making them highly digestible.
I recommend the cinnamon, pistachio, and black cherry loaf covered in chocolate, and the Nutella pizza for dessert. The staff is friendly, and the owner, Natale, is hospitable.

A wide selection of traditional Sicilian and Madonie dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. Among the pizzas, the "Sicilia e i suoi sapori" (Sicilia and its Flavors) is delicious. The hospitality is warm. The panoramic dining room also creates a truly special atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant, excellent quality, traditional and plentiful products. Helpful, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. At the end of the meal, we were offered coffee and various homemade liqueurs. I had dinner at the restaurant with a group of Calabrian bikers, "Cavalieri in Moto." Recommended.

We visited this restaurant with my family just off the square. They have beautiful views and the restaurant looks very nice. The owner is a helpful and smiling gentleman. The restaurant has very nice photos of the dishes. The dishes really look and feel luxurious. I had pork ribs because I love them, they were dry and absolutely tasteless. My wife and children had grandma's pasta with beef and pork ragu, it was great. Pork tenderloin in a pistachio and almond crust was also great. Pasta with mushrooms was completely tasteless. So some dishes were very good, some were weaker. Anyway, nice staff.
