29/04/2025: Ancient farmhouse from the 1400s, complete with a watchtower, where we also stayed. In the tower there is in fact a quadruple room with bathroom. Overall comfortable room although not adequately heated. Friendly and helpful staff. The place is truly enchanting, I highly recommend it

21/09/2024: Atmosphere is fantastic. The service could have been a lot better. For the location and pace of Palermo it was snail-like service. The server seemed disinterested. It was a turn-off for a total bill of $80 Euro. We also asked for fresh olive oil in a bottle (as we saw on many other tables) and the waitress brought packets in plastic. Very disappointing for all the rave.

26/04/2025: I've been going on holiday here to Balestrate for a long time now and the hermit crab is now a guarantee among my favorite culinary destinations. The quality of the products and the service are excellent. If you are in the area I recommend it.

18/04/2025: Conosco il posto da tutta la vita, ci vengo spesso per il gelato (buonissimo), ma ci ho fatto anche qualche aperitivo, e un paio di volte è capitato di mangiarci la pizza. Il personale di sala è sempre molto capace e cordiale, e stasera non sono stati da meno. Una volta finito l'aperitivo, alcuni di noi hanno deciso di fermarsi per cena e ci hanno gentilmente spostati all'interno del locale, dove hanno preso le ordinazioni e in pochissimo tempo è arrivato tutto. Io ho deciso di dividere con mia sorella una pizza con mozzarella di bufala, salmone e pesce spada affumicati, valeriana, pomodorini gialli e burratina, con bordi ripieni di filadelfia. Siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese quando ci hanno portato i piatti e la pizza era già divisa, e per ogni metà avevano messo una burrata ciascuno. La pizza era buonissima, sapori equilibrati e impasto morbidissimo. Le altre persone al tavolo sono rimaste super soddisfatte dei loro piatti (un panino e una porzione di involtini di pesce spada) e a fine pasto ci siamo anche concesse un gelato nella zona bar, incuriosite anche da alcuni gusti nuovi (inutile dire che fosse buonissimo). I prezzi sono abbastanza nella media per un ristorante in riva al mare, ma la qualità del cibo è certamente alta.

06/04/2025: Non sono riuscita ad accedere al locale poiché non accettano i cagnolini in sala . Davvero inaspettato un rifiuto per questa motivazione. Allucinante.

01/12/2024: Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.

29/01/2025: I celebrated my birthday at Fusarancio and it was one of the best. There were twenty of us and the service was excellent, my friends were very satisfied with the cocktails and were kind enough to package the rest of the cake for me in plastic packages (it's not for everyone, many don't care). I have been there many times, especially in the summer, and there is a beautiful atmosphere. The owner is really kind, funny and above all patient. I will always go back

19/04/2025: I was curious to try it because I had heard about it often. It disappointed my expectations. The place is nice, welcoming. The food is plentiful and honestly normal. I didn't like the meatballs so much, they were a little dry, but the milk croquettes were very good. The service was very slow, though almost all the tables had already finished lunch. The price, for me, is high for what we ate

27/03/2025: Wir hatten einen schönen Abend in diesem Restaurant. Die Bedienung war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut - die Auswahl auf der Karte war sehr gut. Besonders beeindruckt war ich, als ich an einem anderen Tag einen Salat zum Mitnehmen bestellte. Auch hier wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Insgesamt verbinde ich mit diesem Restaurant eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

05/12/2024: Bellissima location, un bel ambiente raffinato e confortevole, personale ECCELLENTE. I piatti davvero gustosi con un ampia varietà di scelta e in più il fuori menù. Consigliatissimo per eventi, ma anche per una cena rilassante con il proprio partner o con amici. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del cibo.

17/03/2025: Pizza buona, leggero ritardo e un errore di consegna, avevamo ordinato una pizza con il pistacchio e ci è arrivata con la Nutella. Per il resto nulla da dire

08/03/2025: Il 5 marzo ho festeggiato il 18° di mio figlio Ernes, tutto è stato perfetto, tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli, fotografo, dj, cibo ricercato e squisito. La location bellissima. Abbiamo ricevuto i complimenti da parte di tutti gli invitati. Con questo voglio ringraziare il signor Ezio Iraci per la sua gentilezza e tutta la sua famiglia e tutto il personale per la professionalità. 03/01/2025: We went for the New Year's Eve 2024 dinner, to say something rubbish and a compliment, a horrendous menu devoid of quality, not to mention the DJ was a first experience in my opinion, music without any logical sense, without talking at midnight (no count down), the staff on the other hand were nice and professional, but this is of no use when there is nothing basic. I'm sorry but I don't recommend 110 euros stolen. I will definitely never go to this place again.

05/09/2024: Wonderful desserts, we have visited many cities and we live in a city with many pastry shops and yet this little jewel was a revelation that goes straight into the top 3 of the best pastry shops I have ever entered, everything was to our liking, everything had a balanced taste and the flavors stood out perfectly, truly an excellence of this small inland village to be cherished, the environment was very tidy and clean and the service was polite and kind, nothing short of 5 stars , an infinite number of stars!

01/10/2024: Historic shop in Castelbuono that produces simple and delicious biscuits. One leads to another. My favorites: riccioli, excellent for dipping, and cannellini beans, also valid as an end to a meal with coffee
