17/01/2026: Personally, I don't enjoy hearty cakes, and so I sadly did not enjoy this cake either. However, my girlfriend liked it very much, and the employees were friendly. They were closing when we arrived, and wanted to offer us one entie cake.

15/05/2026: I ate at this pizzeria and was truly satisfied. The pizza was excellent: light dough, fresh and flavorful ingredients, perfectly cooked. The appetizers were also truly worth it. The service was impeccable: friendly, fast, and always available staff, capable of making customers feel at ease right away. The atmosphere is well-kept, welcoming, and pleasant, ideal for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

14/05/2026: We came last night to try this new all-you-can-eat concept. We had a great time, and the guy who accompanied us on this experience was the icing on the cake—very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the length of time we had to wait between orders. I hope it was just a fluke, because the idea is great and seems to be working. Well done!

30/08/2025: After years of regular patronage and a cuisine that has proven reliable over time, I returned one August evening with my father [in his eighties] and a friend. Leaving aside the unfriendly greeting [which has become almost routine lately] upon our arrival, in 53 minutes of waiting we weren't even bothered with water, bread for the wait, or even a request for an appetizer. Nothing! As soon as the wait staff arrived, nervous and irritated by my comment that other diners had similarly complained about the service, with the same nervousness and in a manner that was, to say the least, rude [this is far from Osteria Urbana], the waiter loudly asked me to leave, walked away himself, and didn't even deign to offer us a reservation! Only Giuseppe tried to remedy the situation once we left the table, but the damage was done, and too much spoils. I won't be returning. One can understand the stress of a crowded dining room, but in any self-respecting establishment, at least water and an appetizer while waiting, especially when the guest is elderly, seems frankly appropriate. Terrible treatment! Date of visit: August 2025

16/08/2025: Highly recommended for both meat and fish...excellent quality and service...sensational pasta alla norma!

12/03/2026: The gelato is always very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, but this year, alas, the prices are exorbitant and unjustified in my opinion. €4 for a brioche with gelato, which in all of Palermo averages €3.50-€3.60, seems way too much. Remember, a 50 cent difference isn't a small amount, and you can obviously do what you want with your own money.

01/11/2025: Excellent product quality! I've had the granita twice and was extremely pleased both times. The brioches "col tuppo" are delicious and go perfectly with the granita! Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: I've been a customer for 6 years. The pizza is excellent, made with top-quality ingredients. The chicken is truly delicious, with fresh potatoes and a small rotisserie included. The prices are excellent, the service top-notch, and the staff are very welcoming and professional.

11/03/2026: You know that feeling when you walk into a place with chairs after climbing a mountain and all you want is to rest a bit? Well, that's what happened to me when I opened the menu and it took me more than 10 minutes to choose from the many delicacies described. The appetizers? Forget the classic ones you find everywhere. The pizzas? In addition to the classic ones that are a must-have, there are the special ones, which obviously, if they have that name, must have a reason. Right? Plus, for a small surcharge, you can really put the icing on the cake... er... burrata on your pizza. All quality ingredients. The service is excellent.

20/03/2026: Really good and authentic Italian food made from simple and fresh ingredients with a nice wine selection to accompany the meals. So good we ate there twice!

20/03/2026: Enjoyed a couple of the appetizers including the capponata and the fried cheese; both were very flavorful and enjoyed by everyone. The entrees arrived a little out of sync with one another but the pasta with red mullet was perfectly cooked and extremely tasty.

19/05/2026: Delicious food. We've been there several times for dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. The owner is a wonderful, cheerful person, and the rest of the staff is very kind and helpful. We highly recommend it ❤️

17/05/2026: Terrible service. First, they told us we could sit at a table in the shade, but then they told us to move to one in the sun. After waiting twenty minutes, they didn't even bring us the menu and didn't come to take our order, which is why we went there in the first place. I don't recommend going.
