25/08/2026: I'd like to highlight the pizza dough expertly crafted by pizza chef Giampiero: soft, highly digestible, flavored with premium flours, and locally sourced or top-quality ingredients. I especially recommend the "La nostra Parmigiana" pizza, which I believe is unique in Palermo. The eggplant is not only visible (it disappears in other places with modern solutions like unbearable chips), but it's also noticeable on the palate. We also enjoyed a delicious "La Capricciosa." We were welcomed into an elegant yet understated setting by extremely kind and professional staff, especially the excellent Domenico, who provided excellent advice and served us a fine De Bartoli natural wine. Miss Mary Claire was also very kind, as was the entire staff. We'll be back!
