01/07/2025: A perfect evening, to remember I had the pleasure of dining here in wonderful company, and both times it was an unforgettable experience. The first time we were struck by the warm welcome and the impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive. The food? A journey of flavors taken care of in the smallest details, from appetizer to dessert. The second time, in addition to the usual excellence of cuisine and service, we were surprised by a breathtaking view that made the evening even more special. 21/07/2025: A very elegant venue, located in a quiet and pleasant square. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for both a dinner with friends and a more sophisticated aperitivo. The food is truly delicious: well-prepared dishes, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful, yet unobtrusive, presentation. The cocktails are also excellent! The service is young, friendly, and attentive—we felt pampered throughout the evening. We'll gladly return!

26/06/2025: This is a hidden gem, the food is beautiful and the service is outstanding, good choice of wines, you can in the beautiful outside courtyard or inside. We ate the Amberjack and the Swordfish, both meals were stunning and the desert was stunning. Highly recommend.

16/08/2025: After many years I returned to rediscover the tastes of the past and I was surprised by the same quality and courtesy of everyone. The salmon pizza is the best I have ever eaten. The green coral pasta is spectacular and the sfincionello is a delight for the palate. I will return soon.

11/09/2025: Best pizza I had on the island. Very popular place amongst the younger groups and families. The menu is big and there is something for everyone and every appetite. Get there early if you want the sfincione siciliano. They run out. Its a must, as it is a classic!

14/09/2025: I was at La Locanda del Marinaio in Cefalù two weeks ago and it was fantastic! The food is excellent, with generous and incredibly tasty dishes, truly mouth-watering. 🍝🐟 The place is welcoming, and the owner Francesco is a wonderful person: kind, helpful, and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Cefalù.

12/09/2025: It was our night in Cefalu And we ended up having our dinner at this Restaurant. My God, What an amazing experience of flavours we had. I ordered their cod fish with Panko and eggplant mousse. It was so delicious. My husband had their fish pasta, which was exceptionally good. Though the portion size was small, I had still recommend this place for their delicacies

18/08/2025: In one of Palermo's most charming and tranquil squares, you'll find a restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide (no stars) but with a highly captivating description that opens up many expectations. In practice, however, you'll encounter many problems. You've chosen the six-course tasting menu: the following dishes received particularly poor marks: Calamarata, 'nduja sauce, eggplant, Ragusano DOP, basil mousse, and wild fennel: a very bland and unremarkable dish. Double-marinated veal fillet, smoked tomato, black pig cheek, Sicilian Pecorino DOP wafer, fresh oregano It's practically impossible, even allowing for any kind of error in the preparation, to serve such a tough veal fillet. Not even the many supposedly intriguing additional ingredients managed to produce an acceptable dish. Grilled leek, brown vegetable stock, vegetables, marjoram. Unspeakable. I thought of an unlikely "raw vegetable dish." The staff is extremely kind and patient, but professionally, they still need to hone their skills in the face of the challenges that this now disillusioned industry presents. The sommelier, in particular, must radically rethink his professional perspective. Wine of choice: Grillo di Sicilia: good. Bill for two: €290. Advice to the owners: radically rethink everything because if the strategy focuses on passing customers, who once met will never be seen again, you can't build a minimally credible proposal.

16/08/2025: Just wow! What an amazing restaurant! It is part of the Michelin guide and for sure it deserves a star! One of the best ones I have ever been. Delicious food. Cozy atmosphere. Splendid service. Unique flavors. If you are considering going, just do it 😁

20/08/2025: I really liked it. You leave the center of Palermo, a 24-hour chaos, behind. You enter a quieter, more relaxed world... less noise, with the sea just a stone's throw away. Relatively simple service, not pompous or overly elaborate. Average prices (not excessive, but not low either: I'd still call them fair). Good food, simple but carefully prepared, and accompanied by a variety of sauces. Fud Bottega Sicula (here in the seafood version) is a good guarantee of quality.

20/08/2025: Highly recommended! I've tried various flavors and they're truly excellent, you can taste the quality of each ice cream's flavor! Also slushes and more :) What can I say? You have to try it to believe it!

06/08/2025: Actually this place deserves zero stars. The owner is racist, not welcoming to strangers, he almost kicked me out because I wanted a pad Thai without egg. I did not eat there in the end and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Shame on you.

04/08/2025: The service was so lively and fresh. Trust was immediately established. After ordering, drinks were brought immediately and the food arrived soon after. The wife's pizza was juicy and warm as it should be, the flavors went well. The dough was ripe and delicious. I had grilled chicken with fried mushrooms and peppers. Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy and ripe, the mushrooms were delicious and the peppers were delicious. Very tasty and enjoyable. It was also quiet and cozy in the evening. I recommend!!!

06/09/2025: I ate kus kus at this very popular restaurant and wasn't particularly impressed due to the cramped seating. I've known it for a few years, and I must admit that it used to be better, both in quality and quantity. The price isn't cheap, so I expected more.

30/08/2025: Tried the takeout. I've never had such good seafood couscous. And the service was quick and friendly. Congratulations.

28/08/2025: Highly recommended place. We were served by Marcos, a very friendly and helpful guy who speaks Spanish and understands German. We discovered the restaurant by chance on our second day in Palermo and returned the next day to try their pizzas again, which were really good. We ate on the terrace, with a very pleasant atmosphere overlooking the square, although the interior also looked cozy. It will definitely be a must-stop on our next visit to Palermo.
