Everything is fresh and authentic: cakes, pastries, and baked goods. The staff are truly knowledgeable and attentive to the tasting experience. Highly recommended.

08/10/2025: This place is so good that over 2 weeks we have been back 4 times. We keep trying other restaurants but they don't live up to the hype. Great food, great service, great prices. The staff make most experiences great and this is no exception. Can highly recommend the fillet which we would call a Scotch fillet. Either with the green peppercorns or the porcine mushrooms. The pork knuckle is an eye opener. Ah and the wines... L'Amuri Nero d'Avola is our favourite.
08/10/2025: Dinner organized for friends from Lombardy passing through Palermo for work. The owner gave us excellent advice on the options, from the freshest seafood appetizers to the exceptional spaghetti alla chitarra with sea urchins. He personally took care of a guest with celiac disease, serving dishes suitable for her food intolerance.
The staff were extremely friendly and prompt.
Highly recommended, especially because it's located in one of Palermo's most beautiful and evocative squares.

14/10/2025: The restaurant boasts a refined atmosphere and friendly service. The menu is varied, with a selection of traditional dishes and pizzas. Personally, the pizza wasn't to my taste: neither good nor bad. Overall, it was a decent experience, but it could offer a few surprises depending on your choices.
03/10/2025: Never again poor quality pizza local with a lot of wood smell smells of smoke I'm sorry I would not go to this place again prices.......... Glasses oven very smelly 😥😥😥

14/08/2025: Very good desserts, decent deli food; last year they made mushroom and vegetable pizzas, and other deli items that you don't see at the counter anymore. Coffee is expensive at €1.30, a problem with many bars, unfortunately.

The locals call it "Da Mimmo."
It has a lovely outdoor terrace, perfect for the warmer months. Its specialty? Its taralli, imported directly from Puglia: fennel and raisins. Outstanding.

05/08/2025: I went last year and wasn't very impressed, but this year I saw so many improvements that I gave it five stars, even though that's excessive for now, but I want to believe they'll improve even further. I recommend trying the sautéed mushrooms, which are as good as those at Filaga, but they also come with a pizza/focaccia cut into pieces and at a surprisingly low price.
The pizza is excellent, and the fries are generously sized.
I recommend anyone passing through Lercara to try it at least once.

27/10/2025: The welcoming staff seated us, and after a few minutes they offered us a Spritz accompanied by crispy fries. We chose from the menu: bigoli with sardines and a mixed fried fish. Both dishes were very well cooked, the fried fish was pale yet well done, and both courses were generous. The price was fair. At the end of the meal, after drinking coffee, the staff offered us limoncello and lemon sorbet to finish. My wife and I highly recommend this place.
19/10/2025: There was a free aperitif beforehand. The pizza was delicious and arrived quickly. Everything was good!

10/11/2025: Very good pasta at more than decent prices, especially in such a location. A pleasant surprise was only €1 for a coperto, below average for Sicily. The downside is the slightly long wait, but maybe that's the charm of swordfish dishes 🐟
