16/11/2024: Palermo aveva bisogno del ritorno “a casa” del Charleston, nel cuore del centro città dove i ristoranti di questo livello si contano sulle dita di una mano. La nuova sede dell’ex bar Mazzara è elegantissima e la cucina è straordinaria, frutto degli studi dello chef Verde che si percepiscono in ogni piatto. Continuando così è certo che arriveranno tantissimi riconoscimenti. Ma la cosa più gradita del nuovo Charleston è l’incredibile clima, una coccola per il cliente: si respira davvero l’affiatamento tra tutti i componenti dello staff e da un ambiente del genere non possono che nascere cose altrettanto belle.

19/04/2025: Después de una buena experiencia hace dos días nos estafaron cuando volvimos. Pero empecemos desde el principio. Fuimos allí a cenar las dos veces. La primera vez fue muy amable y cordial. Incluso recibimos un poco de vino en la casa cuando tuvimos que servir una mesa. Cuando fuimos allí la segunda vez seguimos la recomendación de la camarera y pedimos pescado para todos nosotros y un entrante para compartir. El arranque fue tan bueno como el otro día. Se dijo que el pez era 1. 5 kilos para compartir para todos nosotros. Vino con dos ensaladas de lado. El pescado estaba bien, pero nada especial. Estaba crujiente pero quemado y aún había escamas en él. Estábamos un poco decepcionados después de la buena experiencia anterior. Cuando los platos estaban vacíos, todavía teníamos hambre. Decidimos cambiar de lugar y pedimos la factura. La suposición más alta fue de 85 euros para todos nosotros. Desafortunadamente estábamos lejos. El proyecto de ley decía 153 euros para alimentos que no hicieron el trabajo. No conocemos ningún pescado que sea tan caro. ¡Mira la cuenta! ¡Evita este lugar!

08/03/2025: Family atmosphere, simple and traditional cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. The final "White Eat" is truly the icing on the cake!!! Excellent quality fresh fish off the menu. Interesting and worth-trying traditional dishes on the menu. Pleasant discovery. Compliments.

16/03/2025: Brief stop, but I feel like writing a review for the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and for the beautiful atmosphere in the outdoor area, where we enjoyed a coffee and a juice one afternoon during a walk. I would have gladly returned to try the dishes, too bad it was the last day of the holiday.

21/04/2025: Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the good reviews that led us to visit the restaurant. The service was unfriendly. The only good thing was that there was a spot spontaneously. Unfortunately, the two meals were only convincing visually. The pistachio sauce pretty numbed the tongue, not creamy at all. The eggplants made me and my partner's tongues itch. Price/performance is not right.

18/04/2025: Local in the central area, with essential but welcoming furnishings. One of the best cafes I tried in the city, the tarts were nothing exceptional, while their "charcoal" croissant was a pleasant surprise. The service needs to be reviewed again, a little distracted and awkward. I'll be back to try their pancakes.
