24/07/2025: We dined at this restaurant this evening, but I couldn't wait any longer to leave my review. When we arrived, we were greeted by exceptional staff. Knowledgeable, competent, but also super kind and approachable. We completely trusted them and couldn't have made a better choice. We chose one of the available menus and received appetizers including frisée, vitello tonnato, meatballs, pulled pork, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses. The main course was entrecote with sweeter cuts. I can't find a dish we didn't enjoy. The meat was AMAZING. The super Federica served us: helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

30/07/2025: Mancavo da un paio d'anni da questa storica pizzeria: l'ho trovata rimodernata, ma la qualità è quella di sempre, cioè ottima. Intanto, il sistema di prenotazione telefonica ed automatica mi ha sorpreso, perché non è qualcosa che nemmeno in città più grandi è arrivato, oppure in locali più accorsati o blasonati (leggi: "costosi")- non me ne si voglia, è un complimento, dato che questa pizzeria ha davvero una grande storia- quindi nessun problema per me, ma capisco che chi sia un po' più grande di età potrebbe incorrere in qualche difficoltà, non fosse che c'è anche la possibilità di parlare con un addetto del personale. Venendo a noi, niente antipasti, solo pizze (purtroppo niente foto) e dessert per sei, e ho avuto la sorpresa che mio figlio ha gradito il bordo della pizza, cosa che invece di solito lascia a noi il compito di finire. Birre artigianali alla spina davvero gustose, servizio molto rapido anche se, va detto, eravamo tra i pochi seduti ad inizio serata, ma dieci minuti sono comunque significativi per sei pizze oltre che per gli altri avventori nel frattempo arrivati.. La mia pizza, salsiccia +bufala + pomodori (niente funghi) aveva un delicato equilibrio e una ottima consistenza, impasto morbido e gradevole: da tempo a Bari dove ho domicilio non gustavo una pizza così buona, tant'è che vale più la pena prendere il treno e tornare a Molfetta per gustare una pizza come si deve, che non ordinarle dalle pizzerie via via sempre più costose e, qualitativamente, abbattute. Menzione speciale per il personale cortese e gentile, location climatizzata e possibilità di stare anche fuori. Che dire, spero di tornarci presto . 08/07/2025: An elegant basement restaurant in Locorotondo a short walk from the central plaza and public parking garage. A long and excellent wine list from which we were recommended a lovely puglian red. Our zucchini flower starter was delightful and the grilled sausages and veal cutlets that followed equally good. Excellent service throughout and a reasonable bill.

25/06/2025: The attentive service, the excellent food, the good wine, and the pleasant ambiance are all worth highlighting. A visit to Bina's is the culinary highlight of any stay in Locorotondo.

02/07/2025: The restaurant inside is very nice, elegant, excellent service, and I can say that I liked it a lot because they treated us in an exclusive way as in restaurants, usually, it doesn't happen anymore. Really good tagliatelle with summer truffle and excellent Florentine steak, you could cut it with your eyes, the baked potatoes perhaps a little too toasted. The very natural ice cream. Very good wine The price is adequate for the quality of the food. Keep it up!

23/06/2025: Another very positive dinner in this restaurant with a pleasant and decidedly relaxing atmosphere. I found all the culinary proposals interesting, with dishes cooked and presented very well. The tartare with flakes of a super local pecorino cheese was very good, the tomato pudding was excellent, the tagliatelle with white rabbit ragù and also the ravioli were very good. The dessert was good (brownies with strawberries) and the suggestions for pairing with wine were good. The price, in my opinion, is not high for the quality offered. It is certainly one of the places I like most in Mugello and that I feel like recommending

The grass-fed meat is top-notch, the spaghetti in bianco is a fairytale worth telling... the cured meats and cheeses made by them are amazing. El servicio amable, la comida creativa, la atención al detalle, el diseño interior del restaurante eran simplemente perfectos. Disfrutamos de 3 almuerzos - no podíamos permanecer lejos.
