01/12/2025: It's a real experience! Donato truly knows how to inspire. Every time my wife and I go there, he's always ready to amaze. The homemade bread, the many interesting options, the work behind each dish...everything is top-notch! The sisters serving are also top-notch, especially Domenica! A must-try! PS: He pays close attention to intolerances and allergies, so highly recommended from that perspective too!

09/12/2025: I visited Tenuta La Vallonea for Annalisa's graduation in Nursing, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. The setting is meticulously designed, with a warm and refined atmosphere made even more charming by the Christmas decorations, which created an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered for the event was refined and well-balanced. Each dish was carefully presented, and the flavor combinations were surprising: Corned beef carpaccio with savory cheesecake and cooked must: delicate yet flavorful. Rocher in phyllo pastry with yellow date coulis and artichoke confit: original and well-executed. Capunti with crusco peppers, baby cuttlefish and cod: a rich and flavorful first course. Sardinian fregola with cardoncello mushrooms, crumbled pork, and cream of candied pumpkin: a very balanced dish, perfect for the season. Slow-cooked veal fillet with agretto vegetables: incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. A selection of fruit and desserts, and finally, a cake, served with care. The service was professional and attentive from start to finish, without ever being intrusive. Overall, Tenuta La Vallonea confirms itself as a splendid venue for important events: beautiful, well-organized, and capable of offering refined cuisine without being overbearing. An excellent choice for celebrating a special day.

30/11/2025: This restaurant offers traditional Apulian cuisine, with traditional dishes presented so you can feast your eyes on them before you eat them. The dishes are scenic, carefully crafted, and sophisticated, but their beauty quickly gives way to flavor, thanks to the excellent ingredients for which Puglia is so renowned: olive oil, tomatoes, and, of course, fish, and much more. The service is elegant without being pretentious, and the food is accompanied by an equally impressive selection of local and national wines. Finally, every meal begins and ends with a treat: a small appetizer offered on the house (sun-dried tomato puree with capers) and a taste of the typical "sporcamuss" (small, sweet, and sour biscuits) provided as a fitting end to the meal. The atmosphere is relaxed yet informal, and perhaps the restaurant is more suited to a clientele aged 30 and up, rather than a very young crowd. Suitable for those who consider a good meal an experience to be enjoyed, alone, as a couple, or with friends. Highly recommended.

24/07/2025: We dined at this restaurant this evening, but I couldn't wait any longer to leave my review. When we arrived, we were greeted by exceptional staff. Knowledgeable, competent, but also super kind and approachable. We completely trusted them and couldn't have made a better choice. We chose one of the available menus and received appetizers including frisée, vitello tonnato, meatballs, pulled pork, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses. The main course was entrecote with sweeter cuts. I can't find a dish we didn't enjoy. The meat was AMAZING. The super Federica served us: helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.
