07/04/2026: If you're looking for the authentic taste of the Orient, this place is a must. The handmade noodles undoubtedly make the difference: the ramen has the perfect consistency, perfectly elastic and able to retain all the flavor of the broth.
I tried the shrimp tempura version and was impressed. The shrimp were incredibly crispy, not at all greasy, and created a wonderful contrast with the rich, fragrant broth. The presentation was also meticulously crafted, with the classic naruto, perfectly marinated egg, and flavorful shiitake mushrooms.
You can taste that every ingredient is fresh and carefully prepared.
Atmosphere: Welcoming and authentic, ideal for a relaxed dinner.
Details: The selection of Asian beers is also excellent (an ice-cold Singha pairs perfectly with the savory ramen).
The staff is friendly and the service is quick. If you're a ramen lover or want to discover Asian cuisine beyond the usual sushi, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!

13/05/2026: I ordered soy noodles with vegetables, but they arrived broken, overcooked, and with very few vegetables. Honestly, I think I would have made them better at home. The sushi, however, was enjoyable. Disappointing.

12/07/2026: If you want to eat excellent Chinese food, Beijing is the place to go. I recommend the ramen, which was truly excellent, but be patient because it takes a while to get to your table.

20/07/2026: Very disappointed, this restaurant is no longer what it used to be... We stopped for lunch in that heat, the air conditioning was off. I understand that there were few people and they didn't want to spend money on the air conditioning, but at least let it be at the minimum... it was sweaty... the drinks were barely chilled, I had to ask for ice three times and he even told me how much ice... The stir-fried pasta with shrimp and the grilled spaghetti were the exact same thing, only brought in different containers, the grilled ones were not crispy at all and the grill was barely warm... The soy spaghetti was a little too dry and lacking in seasoning, the only good thing was the shrimp Shao Mai.

22/06/2026: I'd been missing for a while and, honestly, I was worried it might have changed management. Luckily, that wasn't the case! I found the same quality and care I remembered.
I ate divinely: a first course prepared with love, like those homemade, rich in flavor and attention to detail. The frying was excellent, light and dry, a clear sign of using fresh oil and not endlessly reused, as unfortunately often happens elsewhere.
The service was kind and professional, the portions abundant and generous, without those "counted" dishes that are too often seen these days. The prices are also absolutely fair and in line with the quality offered.
I highly recommend this restaurant: places like this are becoming increasingly rare. When you find a place where you eat well, are welcomed with courtesy, and spend a fair amount, you have to appreciate it and return. Congratulations to all the staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

08/07/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was very chaotic, and the table service was sloppy and inattentive. I found the quality of the fish to be rather poor, especially considering the prices. The pieces were excessively large, full of rice, and the quantity of fish was very small. Overall, the quality-price ratio was absolutely inadequate.

04/06/2026: Excellent all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant (€20.90 including service). Orders are placed directly from your phone at your table, with the option to reorder every 15 minutes. The dishes arrive quickly, are generous portions, and offer a wide variety. There's a great selection, and everything we tried was delicious.
The servers are very friendly, and the service is efficient. The decor is also quite exceptional, in a very successful modern art deco style. The restaurant is spacious and suitable for both couples and large groups.
I didn't take many photos, as I was dazzled by the food and the atmosphere, but here are a few.
If I'm ever back in Bari, I'll definitely return! 🍣✨

22/12/2025: Hotel in the heart of Bari, just steps from the seafront and Bari Vecchia. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is varied, both sweet and savory, featuring traditional Apulian products. Pierangelo at the front desk is very friendly and professional.
17/12/2025: Great location, but the rest isn't four-star.
The room I was assigned was small, musty, and very hot.
The breakfast room was inadequate.
