Traditional Apulian appetizers, carefully prepared homemade pickles and pickles, earthenware terrines filled with all sorts of delicacies cooked in the open-fire oven, outstanding pizza and "schattata," baked orecchiette in earthenware that alone are worth the visit, along with the variety of beers. It's certainly worth the trip a few kilometers: the inconvenience is well worth it.
