15/05/2025: Pizza and dough were good, we didn't try the ultra-light dough, as it wasn't available. Fried food and appetizers were lacking. The desserts weren't very good: the tiramisu had very "soggy" ladyfingers and the lemon delight wasn't a lemon delight.

06/06/2025: The meat ribs were cooked completely wrong, even though they were requested rare they were served overcooked so the meat was stringy and tasteless.

29/05/2025: The Buongustaio pizzeria in Valenzano is a small, welcoming establishment with about 40-50 seats inside, which increases in the summer thanks to the outdoor tables. The pizzas are good, well-cooked and prepared with an electric oven. The service is efficient and fast, even when the place is full. The only negative note: too much noise inside, with really annoying noises and shouts that ruin the overall experience a bit. Prices are in line with the area.
21/05/2025: This restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. The service is always excellent, making you feel right at home. Their pizza is absolutely delicious—crispy, cheesy, and full of rich flavor.
