14/07/2026: There were nine of us for dinner. The owner recommended the burrata and homemade grilled mortadella from the start—absolutely delicious. Then we had grilled vegetables and a horse stew with burrata, all very tasty. For our main course, you go to the butcher shop in the same room and choose your meat to grill—quite an experience! The meat was spectacular, and you finish it on a hot stone at the table. I highly recommend the bombetas (small, filled pastries) and the sausages. The service was excellent and friendly, and the place is frequented by Italian locals. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent selection, pizzas with various types of dough; we chose the Neapolitan one, which was truly delicious. Friendly and helpful staff.

The table service meticulously presents each dish. At the counter, you can choose the meat you'd like, accompanied by an appetizer if desired. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are all worth it. The quality of the cured meats, cheeses, and meats is superb. Totally satisfied. Recommended.

The food is excellent: artisanal gelato, fresh pastries, single-serving desserts, and delicious savory options like toasted sandwiches and appetizer platters. Every time I've tried something, it's been truly delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality evident in the details. The staff is friendly, kind, and approachable, always available to recommend the daily specials and make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is refined and clean, ideal for a relaxing break or a chat with friends over a good coffee or a light cocktail. Borgo 35 is a must-visit in the historic center of Terlizzi: authentic flavors, a pleasant atmosphere, and a welcome that will make you want to return. I'll definitely be back! Top quality ingredients, the staff are professional and reliable, making you feel like part of the family. If you've never been... fix that right away!!!

03/01/2026: Small but very quaint and tastefully decorated, except for the painting. The bench needs updating: it slides on the floor. The bathroom is small but well-maintained. The place is a bit cold. The food is the same as at all the other bars.

10/05/2026: A very welcoming place, with a tavern-like atmosphere and a friendly host. The appetizers weren't up to par with the meat-based main courses. A sad note: in 2026, a restaurant can't afford to not have gluten-free bread or desserts available, despite having been informed the day before, when booking, that someone with celiac disease was present. Being in Terlizzi, they should spend more to give their guests a good reason to return.
