The location is excellent, right in the main square beneath Terlizzi's Clock Tower, with outdoor seating that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant, especially on sunny days. The food is excellent: artisanal gelato, fresh pastries, single-serving desserts, and delicious savory options like toasted sandwiches and appetizer platters. Every time I've tried something, it's been truly delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality evident in the details. The staff is friendly, kind, and approachable, always available to recommend the daily specials and make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is refined and clean, ideal for a relaxing break or a chat with friends over a good coffee or a light cocktail. Borgo 35 is a must-visit in the historic center of Terlizzi: authentic flavors, a pleasant atmosphere, and a welcome that will make you want to return. I'll definitely be back! 03/01/2026: Small but very quaint and tastefully decorated, except for the painting. The bench needs updating: it slides on the floor. The bathroom is small but well-maintained. The place is a bit cold. The food is the same as at all the other bars.

12/04/2026: Bad experience. Slow service, completely frozen fried zucchini flowers, and inedible assassina...the flavor was only garlic, nothing assassina! Horrible taste!
