01/06/2026: We've been customers of this restaurant since it opened... Last night we returned after a long absence, and after a while we can only confirm everything we've always thought!!! Pure in name and in fact!!!! The highest quality, excellent raw materials, impeccable service!!! Kudos to the scallop and foie gras nigiri, the unagi, and the tuna belly nigiri!!!! But really, whatever you choose from the menu will be delicious!!!! You can never go wrong with them 😉

09/03/2026: A small tasting menu, as small as for two mice, cost 70 euros, and we left hungry. But bringing two microscopic pieces of nigiri, gyoza, or bao for two people is shameful, and not even a second course of fish or meat. The ingredients are high-quality and good, but not enough for the price paid...
31/01/2026: This place is so beautiful and delicious! We were here about a week ago and it didn't disappoint.
We tried several dishes; the edamame and wakame were truly delicious, not to mention the tako, an octopus tentacle with a truly delicious sauce.
Not to mention the udon.
Average price.
Highly recommended. I can't wait to go back.

16/02/2026: This restaurant is spectacular, both aesthetically and for the service, and (especially) for the cuisine.
My husband, I, and our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter had dinner here on Valentine's Day.
The dinner was delicious; I think I ate the best uramaki (small balls) of my life.
The chef was incredibly kind; he even prepared a special first course for my daughter, orecchiette with tomato sauce, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
The first courses were equally spectacular, beautiful in appearance and refined and balanced in flavor. The risotto was delicious, and the wagyu ravioli were delicious.
The rosé served was so popular that we even purchased it privately due to its quality, which is now rare for this type of wine.
The desserts were the perfect end to the meal, and the salted caramel tart was definitely my favorite.
If I really had to find a flaw, I would have really appreciated having a countertop in the bathroom where it was a bit complicated to change my daughter, but since it's not a "family-friendly" restaurant, I understand the lack of one.
01/02/2026: The appetizer and the first three courses were excellent. Unfortunately, the fourth course—a rather basic medium steak with mashed potatoes—was neither offensive nor impressive, and the overall experience started to go downhill from there.
The service staff tried their best, but for such an expensive restaurant, the appearance felt somewhat unprofessional. For the first course, we were served by a gentleman who seemed to completely ignore presentation and fine-dining standards.
Desserts were absolutely disappointing. My girlfriend was really looking forward to tiramisu, but instead we received a warm, mushy dessert with mulberries that was basically inedible.
Overall, the experience was good, but some courses definitely need refinement, and I would honestly remove the desserts from the menu for now. I wouldn’t give this place a Michelin star yet, but there is clear potential for growth.

09/05/2026: One of the best all-you-can-eat options I've tried so far. Excellent rice quality (not too heavy) and tasty fish. Special mention for the salmon nigiri and shrimp tempura, crispy and not greasy. Friendly and helpful staff.

01/06/2026: I had high expectations for an à la carte sushi place, but the food was good, yes, but the same as other all-you-can-eat sushi places! Nothing exciting for the prices; in my opinion, an à la carte menu should leave you with a taste and a memory of dishes you don't find at a traditional sushi place!
Anyway, the staff was friendly and the place is beautiful.
10/05/2026: Our favorite sushi place in Bari. We've been going there for several years and have always had a great experience. The food is truly delicious.
The rolls are spectacular, and the gyoza and matsu udon are top-notch.
Highly recommended, very quiet inside, and reservations are recommended.

17/03/2026: Very tasty special rolls, we highly liked the Uni Royal Roll, the Viaggio tra Messico e Giappone roll, the Rainbow Fatty Roll, and the Salmon Shiso e Wasabi Roll. Very original mixes in tastes. However, pieces are a bit small.

12/06/2026: Food: They took away a starter from a table whose seasoning was sour, and brought it to our table, feeding it to a girl. The food was cold.
The guy (in charge) was unhumble and unprofessional.
Service = 0 friendliness
This isn't the Matsu of a few years ago!
15/05/2026: Its a but hard to order for people whom dont speak italian. Otherwisw really nice and tasty, just small portions.
They also serve in the “siesta” which is really nice.

10/05/2026: I went there yesterday with my son. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The service was impeccable, prompt, and polite, with good timing (I've been to places where they didn't give you time to finish the appetizers before they brought you the first course). The dishes were very well presented and excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, and I'd definitely do it again.
5 stars are definitely deserved.

09/03/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday, elegant place, very long waiting times, inattentive and very distracted staff, dishes ordered and never arrived, average food.
08/03/2026: We ate at Hanami on a Saturday night; the atmosphere is very elegant and refined. The service appears good, but sometimes dishes marked as delivered aren't actually delivered, and they have to be reordered, causing confusion at the table. In terms of speed, you can't beat a packed house on a Saturday night.
The food is okay, but given the price, I expected something more refined and unique.

10/05/2026: I visited this restaurant with my family for the first time.
Finding parking wasn't easy, but as soon as we entered we were greeted warmly. At first glance, the place made a good impression: spacious, well-kept, and clearly recently opened.
Our table was in a room with mirrored walls that didn't look too sharp, a detail I appreciated.
To order, we used the QR code and filled out the order with pen and paper. I really appreciated the fact that, after taking the order, the waiter left a copy of the order at the table.
However, there were some lapses during service: one dish never arrived, while others were brought to us by mistake and then sent back. For another dish, we had to request service because it hadn't been delivered. Overall, the service was good and quick, but not impeccable.
The sashimi and tartare were very good. Compared to other similar restaurants, however, the scampi, raw shrimp, and oysters were missing.
The restaurant's real strength is the rolls, which are truly well-made. The grilled shrimp are also excellent.
The first courses and some second courses are weaker, however: I found the first courses, in particular, to be lacking in flavor.
The bill is on the high side.
I'd need a few more reasons to return.
05/05/2026: We stopped by chance, we got a bao with salmon but it disappointed me, the salmon was dry and the bread seemed industrial. The rest of the rolls were not exceptional, they seemed prepared hours before, especially the rolls with the shrimp temperature inside, rubbery and lukewarm. I will not go back

15/03/2026: Ordered takeout for 9pm (arrived promptly) and had to wait a good 45 minutes before it was ready.
12/02/2026: Hagakure is always a guarantee! The nigiri are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the quality of the fish from the first bite. The rolls are also truly delicious, with balanced flavors and meticulously prepared.
Don't just stop at the sushi: the dishes are also worth trying, equally thoughtful and delicious.
A place to definitely return to! 🍣
