13/12/2025: Looking for really good, authentic food in Polignano a Mare? At the traditional trattoria Comes you will find absolutely delicious food along with genuinely friendly and attentive service!! Not fancy, not designer decorated but honest, great dishes. The best octopus we’ve ever had!! The house wine was amazing and the prices are affordable. The owner and chef is a true character who makes the experience even more enjoyable. Don’t miss this gem!!

04/11/2025: Excellent panzerotti made to order, sometimes with a long wait as customers patiently wait in the street for their panzerotti to be prepared. They are incredibly fresh, fried with a generous and very rich filling. All this for a very reasonable price: between €4 and €5 depending on the filling. A must-try unless you're allergic to fried food!

25/11/2025: A truly delicious and original place on a side street off Via Sparano! We'd been wanting to try this place's cuisine for a while, and there it was! After a stroll downtown, we found ourselves in front of U'Kor. A fusion restaurant and bar, a mix of Korean and Bari. We ordered five truly tasty and unpronounceable dishes: Kimchi geon (kimchi pancakes), Goki-Mandu (meat dumplings), K-Fried Chicken, Japanese CIE, Bulgoghi Bibimbap, and finally two pieces of Mochi - chocolate and green tea. Everything was delicious, and the staff was really friendly. If there was one thing that didn't particularly impress me, it was the atmosphere: in my opinion, the decor and the music choices were a bit lacking, which I think should reflect the theme of the place a little more.

He was attentive, gave wonderful advice, and it was truly enjoyable to learn how to make homemade pasta and tiramisu. 14/10/2025: Absolutely amazing! I had the pasta with truffle, and it was honestly the best I’ve ever eaten — perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. The aroma of fresh truffle was incredible. The restaurant itself has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who clearly care about what they serve. A must-visit!

09/12/2025: Terrific place with all the delicious staples. Various salads, meats, pastas, second plates. Great beer selection and lots of Puglia wines. Comfortable interior with enclosed, heated patio lets you look out at the foot traffic in the square. Reasonable prices. I feared a tourist trap because of the location, but no, it was a solid choice right at the edge of old town, with many locals stopping in too

07/12/2025: It's hard to say... After sitting at a table for 20 minutes and waiting for the waitress (who had already brought us our menus and a box of drinks), we were told we could only order sandwiches and drinks because it was too busy.

02/12/2025: At Scinuà, if you come in hungry, you leave hungry. Experience: for two, one orders macaroni with white pork ragù (hard macaroni, a meager amount), the other braised beef with vegetables (the waitress mentions chicory when ordering, and upon arrival, unannounced, there are sparse white cabbage florets, with three slices, max 100 grams, of meat... Want to save on meat? At least give me more cabbage)! The bread? Not soft! We proceed with profiteroles with cream, not dairy, for one, and panna cotta with fig vincotto that overpowers the flavor of the panna cotta for the other. A glass of wine, a bottle of water. The bill: €57 STOLEN! This is compounded by the rudeness of the lady who served us and prepared the bill. When we told her that this wasn't the restaurant for us given the type of service we'd seen at other tables (microscopic portions of everything), she replied that she hoped never to see us again.

19/11/2025: On the website it says open.. after having walked all the way with the children and in the rain when we arrived, the place was closed.. that's why the negative review.. then maybe the food is also good but update the website if you are closed for your own reasons!!!

11/10/2025: Excellent experience. I had lunch at this delicatessen with a kitchen. The smoked and unsmoked burrata were excellent. The table service was pleasant, friendly, and provided excellent information about the dishes. I had a truly delicious Parma ham, cut into chunks. I finished with a traditional Bari-style rice, potatoes, and mussels. It was my first time trying this dish. Good.
