Excellent service. But above all, Natale: a name that speaks volumes. An experienced chef who carefully selects the ingredients, creating delicious flavor combinations. Super-fresh fish and raw seafood you wouldn't expect in the countryside. A well-stocked wine cellar with fair markups. If you're in the area, perhaps for tourism, avoid the hustle and bustle of crowded and noisy places and seek refuge at "Falco Pellegrino" for an excellent food and wine experience at a fair price.

13/04/2026: An excellent experience in Noci at Al Boschetto. Convenient location and excellent service, with friendly, prompt, and honest staff who warned us about the generous portions. The appetizers are the real highlight: plentiful, varied, and absolutely unmissable, a true immersion in local flavors. The meat is also excellent; the large rib-eye steak is truly spectacular in size, yet still quite thin. Prices are absolutely fair for the excellent quality and abundance offered. It's best to book well in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.

Special praise also goes to the service: the staff was kind, professional, and always attentive to our needs, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. 01/07/2026: A truly positive experience! The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. During lunch, he even offered us the opportunity to sample some of the house specialties, a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates great care and passion for his work. The place is very charming, welcoming, and in a great location. The dishes were excellent, and the value for money was truly exceptional. Every detail contributed to making the experience enjoyable and memorable. A place definitely worth a visit, and one where we will definitely return. Congratulations to the entire staff!

10/07/2026: My wife and I spent a week in Bari, which, along with its surroundings, we absolutely loved. But our most cherished memories are of Casa Da Paolo. We went for dinner the first night on the recommendation of a friendly local, and incredibly, we ended up going back for lunch and dinner every single day. (Why change something that's perfect?) So much so that after the second dinner, we didn't order anything; the head waiter, Nasir, simply served us whatever he thought appropriate (drinks and dessert included). He introduced us to dishes and desserts we wouldn't have otherwise had the chance to try. The family that owns the restaurant made us feel right at home. The young people who work with Nasir in the dining room were incredibly polite and friendly. The chefs were incredible, and no wonder (all kinds of pasta with unforgettable sauces, fish and seafood so fresh it reminded us of home, the Basque Country). I know I'm rambling on, but I can't help it. Thank you to everyone at Da Paolo, and a very big hug to Nasir. You'll always be in our hearts. Martin.

09/05/2026: We tried the stuffed mussels based on recommendations of the head waiter. It was tasteless and just mega doughy, like polenta. Sea food pasta was just ok. Too bad also no elegant music. Only the decor is really nice. But don't understand such high rating.

10/05/2026: I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Alberobello. Recommended by hungry_travelers Armando, Caterina, and Matteo
