28/12/2025: Excellent experience. Meticulous attention to detail, with a beautiful open kitchen. Warm welcome and impeccable service.
All the dishes, starting with the fried polenta cubes offered at the start of the meal, were delicious (fried meatballs and fava bean puree with fried octopus were top notch). The dishes were beautifully presented, without unnecessary frills or decorations.
The price was perfectly in line with the quality offered.
27/12/2025: One of the most incredible food experiences I've ever had in my life. Fantastic service, cozy atmosphere and the food, can't really describe how good it was. A must visit if you're around, you won't be disappointed.

21/12/2025: Amidst the alleys of Locorotondo's historic center, decked out for Christmas, lies the "Ai Tre Santi" restaurant.
Appetizers, first courses, and second courses... absolutely delicious. The photos demonstrate the meticulous presentation of the dishes and the excellent ingredients.
The result is simply superb!

10/04/2026: We had very good cocktails here today, a Negroni and an Americano. It was self-service at the counter in the early afternoon, the friendly, passionate bartender was great. We sat outside in the little square, lots of seating at simple tables.
05/03/2026: We stopped for a coffee and loved it. It's a small bar with delicious coffee and a large, inviting terrace.
Plus, the staff was very friendly.

28/03/2026: There was a problem with the sewer pipes, causing a terrible stench. And yet, the restaurant still served customers food at tables that reeked of that stench. It's simply awful.

02/01/2026: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars!! This little restaurant is a real gem! Beautiful, cozy, and with the best service I found in Italy. Plus, the food was spectacular. We had the steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes, orecchiette, and a baba for dessert. The rosé wine from the region was also spectacular.
Simply perfect!! Congratulations to the team!!!

03/05/2026: We ordered two thin pizzas, but they arrived thick, raw inside, and rubbery. We told the waiter, who replied, "Sorry they came out like that..."!!
We left them on the plate, but we charged them all in full, with a €3 cover charge per person for sitting out in the open with two placemats!!
We're not even close!!
There are much better places.

17/04/2026: We went to this restaurant with some friends; they'd raved about it, and I have to say it confirmed that opinion.
The appetizers were very good, but the highlight was the refrigerator-aged meat. We had a Polish cut aged for seven months, and a Polish rib-eye steak. It was cooked perfectly, but the flavor was even better.
The desserts were also truly excellent; some were homemade, and others, as is only right, were not.
Try it!

Quality meat with premium cuts. Wide selection on the menu, a nice wine list.
I recommend it to everyone.
21/02/2026: We were greeted with warmth and kindness by a husband and wife team who do their job with such passion. We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine! I highly recommend it if you're passing through, but it's also worth a short detour! Good prices 👍🏻

07/04/2026: This grill restaurant in Locorotondo is very busy... reservations aren't required, but there's usually a good turnover and you don't have to wait long... the atmosphere itself isn't great... the place is a bit rustic, but more of a shabby chic affair than an authentic one. The meat deserves special mention; I had the Angus beef stew, which was truly delicious and delicious... the service also follows the same philosophy as the place and is a bit casual; on the other hand, the prices are very reasonable.
06/04/2026: Wonderful experience. I know this rotisserie well but hadn't been there in a while. I had a pleasant Easter Monday lunch with excellent food and attentive, very relaxed service. The breaded bombette were delicious, and the house red wine paired everything perfectly. I also really appreciated the attention given to my friend, who doesn't eat pork, and the variety of options. I can't wait to go back!
