23/04/2026: A very welcoming and, above all, complete location; location, food, staff, all these elements come together seamlessly. It's been a long time since I've found a place like this. Top-quality food, all fresh and freshly prepared by Raffaella, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on explaining the dishes. Valentina, the barmaid, is excellent in her wine knowledge, and she makes spectacular drinks 🍹.
Super knowledgeable and confident in their work, which they love.

19/05/2026: The place is quite welcoming and not monotonous. The staff are knowledgeable about the various pizza combinations. The pizzas are more than good, with various combinations. The only drawback is the shortage of beers. I must have been there on the wrong day, but some items on the menu weren't available, and others were in short supply.
17/05/2026: Excellent pizza, nice toppings, and a light crust. I recommend the azz. It's a shame it was so crowded, we could barely talk, but obviously on a Saturday it couldn't be any different. A great find.

27/06/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would! We ordered a rib-eye steak, which was very smelly and therefore inedible. We replaced it with a boneless one, which was inedible because it was very sinewy. Friendly staff and quick service.

22/06/2026: We dined outside, and it was inconvenient due to the steepness of the road. The pasta dish, the braciole with sauce, and the stew were excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't try anything else because, from the beginning, I personally found all the side dishes (vegetables in oil, bruschetta, olives, and much more) too much. They filled me up, but I ended up having to take everything away for those who like it the next day.
20/06/2026: Everything was excellent. Exceptional meat, very fair price. Excellent service. Highly recommended. A good rule of thumb is to sit at the sloping tables. 😅

24/05/2026: Excellent place, good service, generous and delicious dishes. Very good price compared to other cities we've been to. They serve good wines by the glass.
17/05/2026: To secure a table, we arrived before 8:00 PM because reservations aren't possible, and we were quickly seated. The place is pleasant and perfect for a quiet evening where you can chat without the hustle and bustle of the more trendy bars. We ordered the spaghetti all'assassina and thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices are fair.

20/06/2026: The place is nice, but the service was terrible and slow. The place wasn't crowded, but the staff was clearly understaffed. We waited about 40 minutes just to order; you can imagine how long we had to wait for the pizzas: about 2 hours in total.
I strongly recommend asking for the actual wait time before booking or ordering pizzas.
Furthermore, the owner was particularly rude: after coming to take our order more than 40 minutes late, she seemed annoyed and annoyed that we had repeatedly asked her. Considering the wait and the inconvenience caused to customers, we would have appreciated greater courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a decidedly negative impression.
18/05/2026: Horrible, if you go on Monday you'll be left hungry, booked the day before, arrived there we ask for the menu, but it's not possible to have it because you only eat what they have... 2 choices of first courses and only one second course... Plus a nice free hair on the plate..... Never to return again.

11/06/2026: A simple place with friendly and helpful staff. The prices are super fair and the ingredients are excellent.
They also have a few good beers on tap.
I recommend asking for the Bari-style dough if you like thin, crispy pizza.
19/04/2026: The trend for "canotto" pizzas with their puffed crust—you know it's only a 10-year-old fad, and you also know that the true Neapolitan pizza isn't that, but rather the "cartwheel" pizza, gigantic and crustless. You might think you can make Neapolitan pizza dough with life preservers. That's not the case.

08/03/2026: In 2026, it's unthinkable to be served on plastic plates and paper tablecloths.
If I go to a restaurant, I want to pay the cover charge fairly.
To be honest, I don't remember whether we were charged for it or not.
The quality of the food wasn't good enough for me. For such a renowned establishment (they say), I would have expected much more.
16/01/2026: I'm not from Puglia, so this "fornello" was a real surprise for me. Everything was good, and the price was really good. Highly recommended.

24/06/2026: Everything is as good as ever, the sandwiches are always fresh and delicious to eat, the same goes for the croissants, you don't have to wait long.
18/06/2026: Ordered Wednesday evening, so not even Saturday in the end and they brought me 2 piadinas with 1 sauce missing, both cans of drinks missing and I didn't have enough change, frankly the restaurant, the service and the food are excellent only on the croissant side

30/05/2026: What can I say? My happy place. The owners are wonderful, very kind, very knowledgeable, and the staff is efficient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is comfortable, and despite being always busy, they always find a way to make you feel at ease. The food is excellent, and the drinks are top-notch. Highly recommended.
