03/03/2026: We went to Vindo' in Santeramo with friends. The experience was simply excellent! We started with a high-quality cheese platter, varied and beautifully presented, followed by a truly delicious roasted caciocavallo, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pan-fried cheese was also excellent, fragrant and flavorful, prepared with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The bruschetta was perfectly balanced.
All accompanied by a rosé wine served at the perfect temperature, which enhanced every dish. The atmosphere was welcoming, with attention to detail and great customer service. A place definitely worth a visit... we'll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: In 2026, it's unthinkable to be served on plastic plates and paper tablecloths.
If I go to a restaurant, I want to pay the cover charge fairly.
To be honest, I don't remember whether we were charged for it or not.
The quality of the food wasn't good enough for me. For such a renowned establishment (they say), I would have expected much more.
16/01/2026: I'm not from Puglia, so this "fornello" was a real surprise for me. Everything was good, and the price was really good. Highly recommended.

10/11/2025: An exceptional experience, with a rustic atmosphere, but true to local tradition... But the most important thing is the food! Spectacular. Plus, if you add the friendliness of the owners, it was a real hit. Highly recommended.

18/12/2025: A particularly pleasant place, excellent food, top quality, 10-star ambiance, 10-star staff. Congratulations. We ate an antipasto, a lot of food, then the paccheri first course came. The girl who served us asked us if we wanted a second course. We gave up because we were already too full. Again, compliments for everything.

Hotel Murgia Ristorante

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service.
The rooms are very clean and well-maintained.
Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello.
The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry.
The staff is courteous and very friendly.
So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place.
I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again.
