18/03/2024: Siamo stati accolti calorosamente al nostro arrivo dalla responsabile Anita, la quale ci ha guidati per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza senza mai tralasciare alcun dettaglio. Location stupenda , sale ristorante ricavate da una vecchia stalla rimessa a nuovo e adattata all’uso. L’ambiente raccoglie una serie di oggetti antichi, vecchi attrezzi da lavoro che rendono gli interni molto affascinanti. L’esterno invece offre ampi spazi al sole e alberi secolari. Il servizio è stato sempre impeccabile , personale gentile e sempre attento. I piatti proposti, be’ che dire, non penso di poter descrivere a parole la loro bontà. Qualità delle materie prime , varietà di piatti , quantità, tutto davvero di alto livello senza mai trascurare la tradizione pugliese eccellentemente rappresentata dallo chef con le sue creazioni. Il servizio è stato veloce, ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta ( e siamo stati anche piuttosto esigenti, devo ammetterlo). Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Tutto davvero impeccabile e per questo consiglio vivamente di andarci. Un grazie speciale ad Anita che ha dimostrato una grande professionalità sotto ogni aspetto. Da viaggiatori posso dire che è una delle pochissime persone mai incontrate ad essere riuscita ad abbracciare tutte le qualità che un bravo host dovrebbe avere per poter portare avanti una struttura del genere. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Torneremo sicuramente!

06/04/2024: We ate excellent pizza. It's been a long time since I counted only disappointments: a good base doesn't always correspond to a satisfying seasoning but also the opposite. This time I found a perfect pizza between dough, cooking, seasoning and, what is most difficult to find, originality in simplicity. I ate a peasant pizza with the most basic typical Apulian products but revisited by a gourmet. Excellent judgement. I would like to point out the kindness of all the staff and in particular Michele. I will be back soon. Average price but excellent value for money.

16/01/2024: Ci siamo ritornati dopo la ristrutturazione del locale ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, come sempre d'altronde. Consigliato!

10/01/2024: Accogliente, organizzato, alta qualità per tutto ,in primis la carne sempre ottima fino ai dolci e caffè , si nota un' accurata ricerca dei prodotti . Il banco carne straordinario già alla vista immaginate al palato. Ho la fortuna di aver fatto varie cene è sono state tutte un'esperienza unica. Il proprietario sempre cordiale e attento al cliente.

Pizza c'è di meglio .,ma francamente per la maleducazione di questa signora non ci siamo goduti la serata nei migliori dei modi !! Grazie Chiara a mai più !!
