We started with the house appetizers: a variety of authentic, fresh, and carefully presented flavors that perfectly prepared the palate. ​The real star of the evening, however, was the main course: we ordered the flambéed meat. It wasn't just dinner, but a true spectacle! Seeing the preparation at the table adds a touch of charm and skill that makes the meal memorable. The meat was incredibly tender, of the highest quality, and cooked to perfection, with that unique aroma that only the flambé technique can provide. ​Strengths: ​Quality of the ingredients: from the appetizers to the selection of meats. ​Atmosphere: warm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a special evening. ​Highly recommended for those looking not only for excellent food, but also for an added experience at the table. 07/04/2026: Sent by an acquaintance from Gioia del Colle... Coming from Milan, I've eaten at several restaurants, all of them good... but here I have to admit, the quality of the products is truly excellent. It's worth a visit... it wasn't crowded because it was around Easter Monday. So everything we ate was carefully prepared and well-made, the cured meats definitely worth trying. It's a shame it was closed on Easter Monday. I would definitely return.

18/12/2025: A really cute place, which you'd never think of finding next to a gas station. That's precisely why it's so convenient: just outside Gioia, you can arrive and park easily. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff very friendly. The food is good and refined. As for the desserts, one time I found them fantastic, the other time not so good. Definitely worth a try. Reservations are recommended.

08/05/2026: Truly a top-notch butcher shop. The quality of the meat is evident right from the counter. Tasty, well-cooked meat, and fresh ingredients. A friendly atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff. Excellent choice for both buying meat to take home or stopping for a delicious meal on the spot. The prices are fair for the quality offered. An experience worth repeating. 😄

14/04/2026: WE ATE LIKE GOD!!! We landed late from Milan to Bari, we arrived at the hotel and found this pizzeria/trattoria in front of us. It looked closed, and perhaps because it was so late, the owner wanted to close it given the area, but he obliged, saying, "Let's see what I can do." We were nagging at the guilt, but the owner treated us to a feast reminiscent of a Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner. What can I say? He was incredibly kind, everything was good for us. These things don't happen in Milan, and I say this as a Calabrian. The welcome was amazing, and the food was super delicious. I think the place was typical, the welcome was top-notch. I repeat, we ate like never before, the ingredients were sublime, and expectations exceeded our expectations.

01/02/2026: Comfortable, welcoming, and above all tasteful, for those who appreciate the small details and their artisanal products, displayed inside the bar at the entrance, are an excellent calling card. It continues with comfortable seating around tables, well-arranged to optimize space. The excellent wine list, available for sale in the characteristic cellar, can be paired with a simple yet tasty pre-dinner aperitif. Or paired with something more serious for dinner, with their succulent dishes composed of refined products and presented in an elegant and contemporary manner. Compliments to the owner and his management, which certainly demonstrates a great deal of research behind the scenes... highly recommended.
