07/06/2026: We stopped for lunch on our way back from Calabria to Abruzzo. A truly pleasant experience. Authentic, top-quality products, prepared with care and meticulous attention to detail. The chef is a wonderful person, capable, along with his wife, of conveying their passion for cooking and respect for the ingredients in every dish. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly service and a family-like feel. You can sense their commitment, professionalism, and love for their work. A place where you eat well and feel at home. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. Excellent cuisine.
Every dish was a 10/10. The burrata was the best in Italy.
The wine by the glass was very expensive, €10 a glass, and warm, but very good. A common problem throughout Italy is serving wine at room temperature, which is illogical when the ambient temperature is around 30 degrees Celsius. Something that needs improvement.

Each course was rich in flavor, and the generous portions completely satisfied us. The quality-price ratio is absolutely in line with what's on offer—a real bargain. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an excellent culinary experience. A top recommendation!

While I can't comment on the food (we didn't have lunch or dinner), it seems like a well-run place with a wide variety of food options.

11/08/2026: Every time I go there, it's always a pleasant discovery... a confirmation of the quality, the deliciousness of the products, and the friendly table service that makes Il Cavallino butcher shop truly unique.
I can't wait to bring my friends and share so much deliciousness with them.
The carpaccio is magical, as are the donkey chops, the stew, the meatballs in sauce, the roasted sponsali, the potatoes cooked in ashes, the tagliata, the zampina... the desserts... everything is delicious and, above all, without artifice.
I recommend it...for me...number 👍🔝😋

01/02/2026: Comfortable, welcoming, and above all tasteful, for those who appreciate the small details and their artisanal products, displayed inside the bar at the entrance, are an excellent calling card.
It continues with comfortable seating around tables, well-arranged to optimize space.
The excellent wine list, available for sale in the characteristic cellar, can be paired with a simple yet tasty pre-dinner aperitif. Or paired with something more serious for dinner, with their succulent dishes composed of refined products and presented in an elegant and contemporary manner.
Compliments to the owner and his management, which certainly demonstrates a great deal of research behind the scenes... highly recommended.

Tip: Better not accept new customers than make them feel unwanted!

19/08/2026: I find the restaurant excellent not only for its extensive, flexible, and comprehensive menu, but also for the welcoming and responsive staff. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
The only flaw is probably the service times for certain dishes, but since I'm not a regular, I can't give hasty judgments; otherwise, it's truly excellent.
18/08/2026: Overall, a nice place. Good pizza. Lots of seating, and consequently, long wait times. That's why I'm not giving it 5 stars. A place that wants lots of seating needs to be able to handle it in a timely manner. You can't wait an hour to start eating pizza. Otherwise, everything's fine. The outdoor seating is very nice.
