25/03/2026: An excellent experience at Gulp: Quality and professionalism in the heart of Bari Returning to Gulp is always a guarantee, but our latest visit confirmed why this place remains one of the city's favorites. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for both a dinner with friends and a more relaxed evening. We started with their charcuterie and cheese platter, and it was a memorable experience. The quality of the ingredients is evident, but the real touch of class was the accompanying truffle honey: a perfect combination that enhances the flavors without overpowering them. A tip: don't miss it with their torta al testo, served warm and fragrant, perfect for accompanying charcuterie. I highly recommend this combination to anyone looking to start their dinner off on the right foot. Regarding the meat, the tagliata was exceptional: incredibly juicy and cooked to a rare finish. I really appreciated the decision not to serve it on the hot stone; I much prefer enjoying meat at the perfect temperature without it continuing to cook at the table, losing its juices. Special praise goes to the staff. In addition to their renowned friendliness and professionalism, they were extremely kind and understanding in waiting for us despite an unexpected delay in the arrival of some diners. This kindness is not a given, especially on weekends. The restaurant is always immaculate, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The only small downside is parking, which can be tricky, but that's completely understandable and expected for a Saturday evening in Poggiofranco. The menu is extensive and varied, suitable for every taste. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars. We'll definitely be back!
