02/05/2025: Personale molto gentile posto molto tranquillo con una passeggiata dal centro in 10 min si arriva cibo ottimo. Abbiamo preso la pasta alle vongole, l'agnello e frittura di pesce. Consigliatissimo!!

06/06/2025: Disappointed expectations. We take a pizza with unleavened and raw eggplant that we return. They apologize and offer us some of their products. A few seconds later we see that they sell a piece of the same pizza to two foreign tourists. Two errors in the receipt complete the picture (doubled bottles of water and a dessert).

07/06/2025: Reservation for second round on Sunday evening at 10pm, there was a lot of traffic even at that time ... we tried Bombette and Tagliata Di Manzo With side dishes The Primjtivo wine of the house Amabile fresh and drinkable The service was kind. But a little inattentive is what happens at the end of the evening perhaps!? We had to ask several times for water that was not brought or for forgotten appetizers or for bread The quality/price ratio is good the raw materials are of quality In the overall experience we liked it

20/05/2025: Buonissima pasta e creattiva ma il servizo per una ragazza era effettiva ambiente totale🥲 It's ok that she didn't understand well about vegan and still asked pasta with polpo(octopus) after I explained, and I understood that she was extremely busy bee typer person and trying to defend from everything seemed to be attacked her, but una signora elegante tried to help you since she was watching what’s happened….you rejected signora’s help then after that you kept trying to take everything under your control by ignoring customer’s needs(a bit of space to breathe) and crush the atmosphere of elegance from the restaurant and foods had,,, I became really uncomfortable with her attacking attitude so we went to check without having limoncello since we didn’t wanna be in that atmosphere anymore. At the check with other signore and asked for coffee at the bar out of her site, she still followed us and kept saying “why didn’t you tell me limoncello has not arrived? why didn’t you tell me to bring coffe at your table?” lo sai, questa cosa il cliente non dice a lei direttamente, non è solo italiano ma dappertutto non dice a te, te impari quello che successo come esperienza per tua vita. Mangia bene, non è mangiare dalla bocca, è sentire atmosphere non è solo gusto, tutto insieme come meditazione. Se ambiente non è gentile ne calma, come clienti possono concentrare i gusti molto buoni e sentire atmosfere ? Spero che alla prossima la signora italiana o altra persona chi impara bene questa filosofia fanno camerieri, non è da persona chi tenuta comporta attacca/prende male ambiente per ristorante😌 Per bella figura per mia pasta buonissima e caffe..😋 Pasta assassina was great with particular “caviale(caviar)" but vegan made of yellow bell pepper and peperoncino paste! La signora elegante explained me well to satisfy my curiosity and a bit worry as a vegan even if a bit salty😇 Also il signore at the casher offered us coffee from what happened which was a bit tirarci su, but unfortunately it's not removed our bad memories of her attitude🥲Hope other signora elegante or a person who learned a bit of "reading atmosphere" serve us next time😌

24/05/2025: Spring dinner indoors, the environment, which is not large but not too small, is kept in excellent condition, with beautiful paintings on the walls. Excellent quality cuisine, with a variety of appetizers: focaccia, meatballs and potatoes. The pizza is high quality, the desserts as well and are made by them. I recommend booking well in advance and I strongly approve of the pizzeria.

01/06/2025: Very authentic place, you can taste the real Apulian countryside. Enrico (waiter and griller) number one. We were there on a Sunday for lunch when they do a fixed menu with various appetizers, first course, second course, dessert and fruit at a fixed price. Da Emiliano I'm sorry there aren't any more sincere places like this in my land, highly recommended

18/04/2025: I have been frequenting Birbacco for years and every visit is a special experience. The owner is a wonderful, kind and generous person, who makes every guest feel at home. The quality of the food is exceptional, both the meat and the pizza, with particular attention to healthy products, also ideal for those on a diet. The value for money is excellent, the service is fast and the staff is always courteous and attentive. It's my go-to for a safe, delicious dinner.

03/06/2025: A quiet little restaurant near the provincial road but without being subjected to its noise. We were placed in a trullo, there were practically only us (5 of us). Very kind waiters, not invasive who, which is rare, explained, as they gave the dishes, what they were about. Excellent food, endless house appetizers and then upon arrival they gave us fried broad beans, olives, bread, taralli and focaccia and halfway through lunch a crudité that was good for 10 people, all "courtesy". Highly recommended.

29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)
