11/04/2026: You immediately feel at ease with a sincere smile upon arrival. The place is spotlessly clean. I chose the tasting menu and was delighted with every course, from the presentation, which was explained in detail by the staff during the tasting. I asked for advice on the drinks to accompany each course, and the waiter never made a mistake in pairing them. Compliments to the entire staff.

07/01/2026: On the first day, access was literally blocked by a dense, cheerful Italian crowd, patiently waiting or enjoying their focaccia in a wonderful atmosphere… despite the icy wind. We gave up.
The second day, exactly the same scenario. Another attempt, another failure.
What's the mystery?
On the third day, finally, we understood the reason for the crowds. The focaccia and the bread were simply exceptional. Of remarkable quality, they fully justified the wait: here, patience is richly rewarded.
07/01/2026: A unique place that reeks of history and serves delicious food even during siesta, when all other restaurants are closed. A big plus for that! You can sit across from it, in the stone gateway, and still soak up the history while savoring a delicious pizza crust by the pound.

10/05/2026: Everything was delicious, but the only flaw is that when I call, the owner tells me 10 minutes. I expect my order to be ready within 10 minutes. But last time, they told me it would be 15 minutes, and I came in 15 minutes later... and I waited 40 minutes!!!! You can't do that; you have to be on time.
Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The food is excellent, one of the best places in Gravina.
28/04/2026: A tourist trap to the extreme: our food was cold and poorly prepared, and the service was unpleasant. Extremely expensive: €25 for a small plate of pasta as a first course, followed by a cold beef carpaccio with mushroom sauce, and for the other diner, a small pork sausage without sauce on a tiny bed of undressed green salad. A disgrace!

12/05/2026: I am a local (from Puglia ) and I must say that the food in this restaurant is amazing. We had the appetizer with 5 dishes, the risotto and the cavatelli with seafood, the wine of the house. The dishes are abundant and you won't be disappointed by the quality. The owner is super friendly and nice. I strongly advice this place if you are a local like or a tourist, I will definitely come back again if I'll pass by Polignano.
11/05/2026: We came on the recommendation of a local, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The pasta was simply amazing. I would definitely return!

07/06/2026: We had a reservation for 8:30 PM on Saturday evening, and despite a 20-minute delay, we were seated immediately, which is far from expected on such a busy evening.
We ordered appetizers, pizza, and dessert: everything was delicious and carefully prepared. A special mention goes to the desserts, which were truly excellent, especially the ricotta pizza, which is worth trying.
The staff was exceptional throughout the evening: kind, attentive, and always attentive to the guests' needs without ever being intrusive.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A place that perfectly combines quality food, organization, and customer service.
Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
03/06/2026: A historic, traditional, and landmark restaurant. A safe haven for informal dinners, takeout pizzas, and gatherings with friends. The kitchen is open late. A lifesaver.
