09/12/2025: Maperò is a real gem, right in the heart of Corato. It's a three-dimensional meeting place where beautiful things happen. It's a bistro, an American bar, and an open space. Enjoyable atmosphere and friendly service. Malidea recommends!

09/02/2026: We had dinner with friends at this grill restaurant. The quality horse meat and beef were well-prepared. Special cuts of Italian meat (Podolica, Chianina, etc.) and foreign meat (e.g., heifer) were available. I found everything to be good, except for the house wine, which was acceptable but not amazing. The place and service were good, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend it again.

02/01/2026: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars!! This little restaurant is a real gem! Beautiful, cozy, and with the best service I found in Italy. Plus, the food was spectacular. We had the steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes, orecchiette, and a baba for dessert. The rosé wine from the region was also spectacular. Simply perfect!! Congratulations to the team!!!

31/12/2025: I hate to give a negative review because the food was actually excellent and made with love. Our experience fell short of expectations, and I was the first to be disappointed. We were in Bari on December 24th at 12:00 PM, waiting for a train, coming from Turin. We were quite hungry as soon as we landed. I suggested to my companion that we grab a quick bite. I'd heard about this place from Instagram, and I was very happy with the choice; I finally wanted to try it! We asked a waiter if we could grab something to eat and, if possible, sit outside. We sat down, and for a few minutes, no one brought us a menu or anything else. All was quiet... strange, the place was empty. The only customers. Okay, we waited... after a while, the same waiter finally arrived, and we asked him if he'd kindly bring us the lunch menu. He brought us a sheet of paper with the prices, which I found unclear, for the various types of aperitif. He left. Since we'd specified we were planning on having lunch, we waited for him to return to ask for a menu. He arrived after about five minutes, asking, "Are you ready?" Um, no, we were expecting a menu. A little surprised, he took the paper away from us and brought us the QR code to scan. The menu: in my opinion, it's excellent and full of very unique fusion choices. But damn, the prices are so high... not even justifiable given the portions that arrived. Okay, the dishes arrived fairly quickly, but all this wasted over half an hour. While we were eating, we could hear the owner yelling for some reason, which wasn't very pleasant. Anyway, once we went in to pay the unfortunately hefty bill, we realized they were preparing a rather expensive takeout order. Now, I understand the busyness of the moment, but we're still two paying customers, and it wasn't the best of first impressions. It all seemed very improvised and without concern for the customer, even if, yes, we were just passing through. We are two people who love Korean culture and seek it out, even in food. There are many Korean restaurants in Turin, and U'kor certainly holds its own in terms of quality, but it still needs a lot of work on the service. The prices are actually similar to those of a city without fresh fish nearby, which is why I was really surprised. Oh, I didn't find any allergens. I would have liked to congratulate the owner on her idea and courage to bring Korean cuisine to Bari, but alas, it seemed like two orders had arrived at the wrong time. Too bad... I say this because customer service is important, always. Especially when the place is empty and it's December 24th. Maybe a couple of people visiting don't make a difference, but I don't think that's a core concept of the restaurant. The kimchi was excellent, and my companion's soup was too. Congratulations.

15/01/2026: Recommended! A superb trattoria for its hospitality, its ambiance, and above all, its tasty, high-quality food. My fava beans and chicory were out of this world, as was the original and delicious vegan burger, made with vegetables and legumes. The price was very reasonable.

05/01/2026: There are restaurants where you eat well. And then there are places like Quarto Storto, where you eat and feel. We arrived there helpless, defenseless, and we left enriched. Rich in authentic flavors, sincere gestures, the kind of cuisine that doesn't need to amaze because it tastes like home. The signature dish is spaghetti all'assassina. Crispy, intense, direct. But it would be unfair to stop there, because every dish tells the same story: that of a family-run trattoria where time slows down and the heart accelerates. We were there with Elena and Pietro, sitting at an ordinary table that, for one evening, became the center of the world. Pietro tasting, Elena smiling, me believing that certain moments shouldn't be explained... they should be treasured. And then there's a detail that makes the difference, the one you don't find on the menus: it was their closing day, and yet they opened especially for us. Not out of duty. Out of kindness. For that rare form of hospitality that makes you feel awaited, not just served. From Quarto Storto, you don't just leave feeling full. You leave feeling moved. Because it reminds you that happiness is simple: a dish made just right, the right people by your side, and someone who decides to open the door... just for you. Thank you. Truly. ❤️

08/02/2026: Total disappointment over a focaccia I never picked up. I had ordered a focaccia without tomato sauce at 12:00 PM and was told to pick it up at 2:00 PM. At 2:10 PM, even though we were already at lunch, I got up from the table to pick it up. At the counter, however, the woman couldn't find my name among the reservations and told me they no longer had any without tomato sauce, offering me a focaccia with tomato sauce. Shortly afterward, a colleague intervened, checking a messy sheet of paper covered in crosses, found my last name (crossed out) and speculated that "perhaps it has already been picked up." Perhaps by someone with the same name as me? The problem, however, remains theirs, not mine. The reservation system is clearly disorganized, and as reputable as the restaurant is, leaving a customer without anything after a specific appointment is unacceptable. I went home disappointed, angry, and without a focaccia, even after having interrupted my lunch. It's a shame, because from such a well-known business one would expect a much higher level of seriousness and attention.

03/01/2026: I'm very sorry to say I was completely disappointed. Not being local, I chose this restaurant based on the beautiful photos and reviews. Unfortunately, I made a terrible impression on my friend, my dinner guest, who was also disappointed. The dishes served are BEAUTIFUL, and there's nothing I can say about that. The problem is the taste. We didn't like anything! I'm all for paying a lot for a gourmet meal, but it has to be worth it. I'm sorry, but it's all show here! Not to mention the waiters, who were sick and tired of it, you could see from a mile away, and a lady—I dare say the owner, perhaps—who couldn't hide her rudeness behind a fake smile. The atmosphere was therefore not very pleasant. It's a shame, I had very high expectations. I won't be back. IN RESPONSE: I didn't take advantage of the menu; I ate à la carte.

Borgo Antico is one of those places that immediately makes you feel right at home: an elegant yet warm atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest details, and a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to enjoy your time and food without rushing. The cuisine is simply excellent. Refined, well-balanced dishes, with evidently high-quality ingredients and beautiful yet never overdone presentations. Each course has meaning, a precise balance, and you can clearly sense the skill and respect of the ingredients. The service deserves a special mention: attentive, kind, professional, always present but never intrusive. They make you feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered in the right way. A restaurant that leaves its mark, ideal for both a special dinner and a moment of true gastronomic pleasure. I will definitely return. 5 full stars, well-deserved. ✨ I know when a place is truly good… and this one is indeed. 💫

11/02/2026: We had lunch with one of the best assassins I've ever tasted. Delicious dessert. While waiting, homemade fries and delicious shrimp skewers. All this in a welcoming and comfortable environment: cozy lighting, wooden table and chairs, quality background music that was absolutely appropriate and pleasant, allowing for conversation at a gentle volume. The atmosphere was quiet and attentive. By the way, the dish was incredibly generous.
