It's been many years since I've been to Gioia del Colle (6 or 7), but I have fond memories of this place. Last night, five adults dined, and I made a reservation at Borgo Antico: everything was excellent! Traditional cuisine, revisited for the better, with great touches and a satisfying palate. I remembered it well! Compliments to Ottavio and his wife. We'll be back as soon as possible.

07/06/2026: We had a reservation for 8:30 PM on Saturday evening, and despite a 20-minute delay, we were seated immediately, which is far from expected on such a busy evening. We ordered appetizers, pizza, and dessert: everything was delicious and carefully prepared. A special mention goes to the desserts, which were truly excellent, especially the ricotta pizza, which is worth trying. The staff was exceptional throughout the evening: kind, attentive, and always attentive to the guests' needs without ever being intrusive. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A place that perfectly combines quality food, organization, and customer service. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
