21/03/2024: The starters were exquisite: first the cured meats, then the dairy products... the onion jam was very good. I honestly didn't like the pizza at all; the mass was rubbery and the crust wasn't as crunchy as I prefer, even the mozzarella wasn't that great... it looked like chewing gum: the more I chewed it, the more it stuck to the palate, I just couldn't swallow it. In my opinion the pizza base was frozen. For the rest I ate quite well, they told me that the first courses are spectacular and I will most likely return to taste them. In conclusion I think that this restaurant has potential so for now it would be better to focus on the raw materials because even those leave a little to be desired.
07/03/2024: I'm in Bari for work...I won't look for another place to eat for my entire stay! Everything was delicious and the prices were amazing!

The right place for an evening with friends who have a passion for burgers :)
Every course was delicious, from the sandwiches to the dessert.
The prices are also really reasonable considering the size and quality of the portions. I recommend +

But the bread......so good.

Clean, friendly staff and wide assortment.
The bread is fantastic; delicious croissants and husbandzzi; the taralli are definitely good (I love the ones with anise and sugar).
They also prepare pucce and pinsa (they sell like hot cakes!).
The peculiarity is that you can also find products WITHOUT DAIRY AND DERIVATIVES!!!
Visit it if you are in the area...

23/03/2024: Beautiful and well-kept location, delicious fried panzerotti (I highly recommend the one with speck and pumpkin), friendly and helpful staff and very honest prices compared to the quality offered. We sat down at 8.45pm (there were two of us) and after 10 minutes we received our panzerotti. Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: Wonderful place, fantastic owners! Easter Monday in the company of friends, with excellent food, high quality products and cooked to perfection! The flavors of the past in a family environment! The fireplace, the scent of the sauce and the meat... what a spectacle!!! Highly recommended!!!

12/03/2024: Very nice place, located in a new area of Triggiano which overlooks a nice square, with an external gazebo beyond the internal room, in the gazebo they make tables with a few people, closed and with mushrooms for the winter.
Before you sit down you have to order the meat.
It is advisable to book.
Very kind and helpful staff, who whatever request you make during the evening, immediately brings what you ordered to the table.
Very good bombette and sausage.
I expected more from the piece of paper I got.
But we waited a long time to receive the cooked meat, after ordering, over an hour, fortunately we had taken appetizers.
Accepts credit cards.
Average price for high quality venues.
12/03/2024: Locale molto carino, situato in una zona nuova di Triggiano che si affaccia su una piazza carino, con un gazebo esterno oltre la sala interna, nel gazebo fanno tavoli con poche persone, chiuso e con funghi per l'inverno.
Prima di sederti devi ordinare la carne. Conviene prenotare.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile, che qualunque richiesta che fai durante la serata, ti porta subito quello ordinato al tavolo.
Bombette e salsiccia molto buone.
Mi aspettavo di più dal pezzo di scottona che ho preso.
Però abbiamo aspettato molto per ricevere la carne cotta, dopo l'ordinazione, oltre un'ora, fortunatamente avevamo preso degli antipasti.
Accetta carte di credito.
Prezzo nella media dei locali di alta qualità.

23/12/2023: I remember when Elena had the place in Cellamare and I played with her daughter Bruna, who to my great pleasure I found in the shop.
Going to Triggiano was certainly the winning move: a larger reality better connected to the city, the possibility of growing, new customers.
It's all very good. I unlocked a very beautiful memory that I carry inside me.

Classic Bari pizza, thin and crunchy, very fresh and quality products, a vast choice of pizzas, from simple red ones to the most refined white ones.

25/03/2024: Very rustic and spartan place, with few seats but well managed.
We found a place without booking on a Saturday evening, and the service is lacking: you have to get the receipt first and then sit in the room, and then be called to get the pizza when it's ready.
The pizza is served directly on the cardboard, it is Barese style (thin and crunchy) but with the advantage of not "sagging" towards the center. The ingredients are good and the prices are competitive for the period

14/02/2024: Ma come può una pizzeria storica, che lavora da anni, avere in sala un personale del genere? Veniamo accolti da una battuta a dir poco agghiacciante di questo cameriere che dopo anni che frequentiamo il locale ci ha fatto pensare al " mai più ". Dopo il graffiante gesto, ritorna a dirci che stavamo facendo chiasso e che disturbavamo quelli della saletta accanto. Piangeva un neonato e non era nemmeno al nostro tavolo!!!! Ma vabeh ci teniamo anche questa. La serata continua con battute di questo personaggio non richieste e non gradite , a finire al conto sul solito foglio volante strappato, consuetudine diciamo. Scontrino? Ah ah ah
24/01/2024: A truly MISERABLE capricciosa pizza!
If I could give you a ZERO rating I would give it to you without any hesitation.
A pizza little more than a margherita passed off as a capricciosa costing 8 euros (among other things, no pizzeria in Triggiano, and I believe in Bari too, charges that much!). Mushrooms, artichokes, cooked ham, ALMOST INVISIBLE! Salt and tomato puree ditto ((it looked like an anemic pizza!). Pitted black olives, the only ones in abundance, but they tasted of nothing. SO POOR.Teasing people like this is truly THIEVEFUL!
Cold room (the mushroom was VERY LOW FLAME) and positioned near another table. Put it in the center of the room and raise the flame given the cold these days, right??
P.s. Receipt showing only the total to be paid (without any details of what we had taken and the related costs). Receipt that I HAD TO REQUEST several times in the past.
