Go straight for the pizza, because the starters, although good, are too expensive. The pizza is excellent, the dough very good, even the desserts are not bad. The real flaw is related to the service, this is the real extremely sore point. By improving this aspect, the overall rating could certainly increase. Ample parking availability, the nice and well-kept place remains in line with those of the place.

They have a range of truly special pizzas, gourmet as they also define them, which are an excellent, varied and exotic alternative to the classic ones that can be found everywhere. Furthermore, the dough is very soft and delicate, you would add the crust even if you usually leave it on the plate. On the other hand, you have to book to get a seat and even then you have to wait a bit for a seat. Friendly and helpful waiters, nothing to complain about the service.

Alberobello, where the limestone stones chipped and worked to compose the typical dry stone walls rise in a conical shape to create typical homes of the area: the Trulli. A little out of the way from the more touristy area, we discover the "Basilico Rosso" pizzeria. The gourmet proposals herald an invitation to dance for the palate.... and reality confirms expectations. The eye can hardly overlook the "Pasqualino". A base of melted caciocavallo, islands of burrata flavored with caper powder on which bars of seared tuna glazed with honey sail with their sails of dehydrated salami. Among the many, there is the "Inedita" with fior di latte mozzarella, courgette cream pour, Martina Franca capocollo arranged in a basin which collects the burrata flavored with dried tomatoes. Then a poem, the transformation of a popular saying into a culinary work, "Don't let the farmer know..." ...how good cheese is with pears: fior di latte mozzarella, pear chutney, gorgonzola, herb lard with valerian garnish and dehydrated pears. To close, a surgical touch to a classic dessert. Deprive Tiramisu of its backbone of ladyfingers and give it a heart of Brownies. The intervention is perfect with its result: “Tiramisu Brownies”. Returning is a given.

Abbiamo mangiato con amici, abbiamo preso pizze al centro tavola per gustarne diverse. Alla fine abbiamo mangiato più di una pizza a testa.
Prodotti di alta qualità danno un gusto altrettanto eccellente.
Pizza digeribile, dessert della casa molto buoni, superalcolici ricercati e non commerciali.
Non è stata una pizza, ma un’esperienza da fare nuovamente
