I've been coming to this place since it opened, and I returned today after a long time. It was difficult to improve, but they succeeded. Everything was delicious, the ingredients were exceptional, and the owner was always courteous and kind to everyone. If only it had a location on the sea, it would be unrivaled... but who knows, never say never.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated place, friendly staff, food a poor copy of the competition, rubbery fried food, fried mussels that tasted like anchovies, overall menu a dish without ambition.

12/05/2026: I am a local (from Puglia ) and I must say that the food in this restaurant is amazing. We had the appetizer with 5 dishes, the risotto and the cavatelli with seafood, the wine of the house. The dishes are abundant and you won't be disappointed by the quality. The owner is super friendly and nice. I strongly advice this place if you are a local like or a tourist, I will definitely come back again if I'll pass by Polignano.
11/05/2026: We came on the recommendation of a local, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The pasta was simply amazing. I would definitely return!
