The place is not bad, it allows you to choose the meat both at the table and as soon as you enter, where you are presented with a nice display of choice of meats which I appreciated. The staff is quite fast, helpful and friendly. Meat is the highlight of the whole evaluation. We tried quite a few things so we could test the quality of the meat on several fronts, and on all fronts we were satisfied. With a really good cut, very good cooking of the meat and a very pleasant taste. I recommend it for anyone near Palo who wants to treat themselves to a bit of meat, at a modest price.

The only things I didn't appreciate were the lack of a drinks list, or at least we weren't given one, and the service. Let me explain, the service was so fast that when we finished eating the various sandwiches and appetizers, even though we still had drinks to consume, they literally took away our placemats, glasses of water and napkins, making us understand that we had to leave. Something like this has never happened to me, absurd.

The butcher shop with cooking service format is quite widespread in the village, there are several, but on the advice of a friend we went to Rubio's. Once we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile by a nice crew, behind the meat counter there was a gentleman who very politely and politely explained to us the different cuts/types of meat and how they were offered and the different specialties. After the selection we sat down at the table and in the space of a few minutes they brought both drinks and food to the table. We liked everything we chose, cooking and seasonings spot on. We spent the right amount in relation to the quality of the meat, the venue, the service and the format. If I return to Corato we will return.
