20/04/2026: We had a divine dinner on the outdoor terrace, under a beautiful wisteria and with relaxing music in the background. A truly rejuvenating atmosphere. The cuisine is a true discovery: the chef offers sophisticated dishes, using spectacular cooking techniques that showcase excellent ingredients. The menu expertly blends Piedmontese tradition with international influences, creating a balance of flavors that is surprising and never boring. A place where technique meets the heart of the region. Definitely worth a try!

08/03/2026: Another great culinary experience from Chef Rao. A unique journey through traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited in a Chiana fusion style, with influences from the cultures the chef encountered in his explorations of the world. Piedmontese ravioli become wonderful ghioza, tiramisu becomes a sushi roll, and so on. The sliced ​​beef steak was, unfortunately, perhaps the least successful dish.

I must compliment them on the treatment they gave us: - Without our asking, they offered to reserve parking for our vintage cars; I thank them sincerely for that! - Despite the restaurant being full, the service was impeccable, and the wait times were truly perfect. - All the dishes were excellent and plentiful, satisfying everyone. - The courtesy of the staff is a feather in the cap of this restaurant: they are attentive and attentive to every request. Perhaps it was the company, but also the professionalism, that surprised us all, looking at the clock, that it was already 5:00 PM. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back. 29/12/2025: Excellent experience. I'd like to offer a few suggestions that, in my opinion, would improve everything. Warmer and slightly more subdued interior lighting would create a less self-service atmosphere, given that the food is excellent and served by professionals. It would also be appreciated if there were background music, not just soft background music, but above all a tour guide, at least to point out the highlights to help understand the tour we're taking and describe what we're seeing. Otherwise, we'd feel like we're on a spinning top, and those who don't know Turin can't figure out where they are. I hope you appreciate the criticism, which is meant to be all positive. Thank you all for the experience. Oh, and I forgot, a bottle of bubbly in the galley doesn't ruin anyone's experience, because it can happen unexpectedly to those who want it!

21/03/2026: There were seven of us and we had a fantastic time! We chose to stay at the location and within minutes we felt like we were among friends. The staff was simply fantastic: welcoming, helpful, and super friendly—we even took photos together! But the most important thing is the product: their gluten-free pizzas are truly WOW. The dough, the flavor, the variety… everything is top-notch. Honestly, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Italy. Congratulations! 👏🍕

04/03/2026: Always a confirmation. The Chef's culinary experience is Michelin-starred. The sommelier always knows what to pair best with the food. The service is attentive and fast. The atmosphere is quiet and absolutely not noisy. One of the few places where you can chat while dining without having to shout.

The location is strategic: it's just a short distance from Parco Ruffini, and, a very positive note, it's not difficult to find parking nearby. The ambiance is its immediate strong point: the restaurant is extremely bright, well-kept, and clean. This brightness not only creates a pleasant atmosphere, but also allows you to appreciate every aesthetic detail of the dishes and the attention to detail they put into the decor. The staff was professional and very friendly, including the owner, who made us feel immediately at ease. Regarding the food: • Cuisine: I tried the restaurant (not the pizza) and the quality was excellent. • Surprise: I tried their focaccia, which was so good it immediately made me want to come back for the pizza. • Bill: The prices are absolutely fair and proportionate to the type of dishes offered. In short: a well-kept place where you eat well and are greeted with a smile. I highly recommend it!

11/01/2026: We celebrated my daughter's birthday at this beautiful venue. Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, and the staff was friendly...I highly recommend it. The only downside was that I paid for the cake as per the booking, but the cake cutting wasn't included (plates, spoons, and one sparkling wine per 10 people were provided).

06/01/2026: Very cute and original place, the food was good but not exceptional: my spaghetti cacio e pepe was sticky and a bit dry, but the pinsa was very good. Service was inattentive: after clearing our plates, no one came to ask if we wanted to order anything else, so we had to call the waitress ourselves. Overall, not bad, we'll return.

For appetizers, we chose rosé steak with tuna sauce, tomini cheese with sauces, and for main courses, orecchiette with sausage, turnip tops, and burrata, and agnolotti with ragù. Everything was excellent, with generous portions. The staff was very kind and attentive. I'd say it was an excellent choice, and we'll be back. Recommended!
