The flavors of the south in the foreground, everything excellent from the appetizer to the dessert to finish. I tried the fish tasting, spectacular, each course delicious and cooked to perfection, raw materials of excellent quality. I will return to celebrate my 50th birthday🥳🎂

20/05/2025: I wanted to try the Piedmontese mixed fry again and here it is really good and plentiful. The staff is kind and available to satisfy every request to meet the "cravings" of the customers. Excellent Piedmontese mixed fry served salty and sweet. Excellent flan and the chef's tasty appetizers. The only thing I don't recommend is the sorbet....but you can live well without it :-)

22/06/2025: Excellent restaurant mainly based on fish. We recently had dinner, I with a fried fish, my wife a mixed seafood appetizer. Fried food is a seemingly easy dish, in reality, like many simple dishes, it is difficult to do properly. I must admit that, in my memory, it is one of the best fried foods I have ever tasted. No hint of frying oil, very well distributed flour, without flour stalks, perfect calamari, shrimp, anchovies. Worth the cost, also for the generous quantity. The mixed appetizer should describe my wife. I saw her enthusiastic, both for the variety and for the quality. Compliments to the staff.

02/06/2025: My Italian friend and I were simply delighted. First, because the people who served us were SO EDUCATIONAL and FRIENDLY! Saudade, you really get the people who work for you right. We left delighted, and I had tears in my eyes because I felt at home at a family lunch. The food, as I expected, was wonderful. The Italian raved about the cuts of meat and said that when his family is in Turin, he will treat them to lunch at Saudade. I would like to thank all of you, especially the waiters who are the soul of the place. Everything was delicious! Thank you, I will always come back!

08/06/2025: Restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful garden in an interior courtyard. Very responsive staff and excellent food. We will definitely return. The tagliatelle al tartufo is succulent.

02/07/2025: Service takes a little longer at lunchtime, but the quality of the food is excellent. We had pizza, gnocchi, salad, and a riccota flan (which was excellent!).

07/06/2025: Stepping through the looking glass, we were transported back to a charming 1960s interior. The food was absolutely delicious — authentic, honest, and full of flavor. The service was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience for anyone who appreciates honest Italian cuisine served in a truly original and inviting setting.

26/05/2025: Very good pizza, huge, arrived hot and on time. The freebie was also appreciated!!! We recommend and will come back here...I struggled to find a home delivery pizza of quality like this.

09/07/2025: I've known Piero since I was little; it's practically a part of my childhood. I've always enjoyed his appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. My grandparents have been frequenting the restaurant for many years, even when it was located in the adjacent Rodoretto.

10/07/2025: We passed by on our way home from the market and decided to lunch there. Friendly service from the Bangladeshi Chef-owner who has been working with Piedmontese cuisine for nearly 2 decades. It was helpful having a few options for one of our vegetarian kids and the food was nicely presented and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. We were not planning on having dessert, but his tarte Tatin was made with reinette apples so we decided to give it a try. A nice address for the neighbourhood.

17/07/2025: The food is excellent. The wait is a bit long, but it was Sunday lunchtime and it was packed.
