Recommended by friends the first time, and then a frequent destination the following times, this restaurant allows you to appreciate Piedmontese cuisine cooked with skill and awareness, bringing out the tastes and flavors of the foods offered and prepared with 0 km ingredients, satisfying the palate and the eyes for how they are served at the table. The atmosphere is very intimate and intimate, and if you are lucky enough or pleased to book during the Christmas period, you will feel even more immersed in a fairy tale, surrounded by elves, "Santa Clauses", lights and decorations masterfully placed between the entrance and the dining room. Packs of fine wines, both national and French, create warmth and harmony with all the furnishings present. I would like to underline that in this restaurant you not only enjoy excellent food and refined wines, but you are literally served by the kindness and good manners of all the staff present: Mara and Samuele are always ready to fill your glasses with wine, change the cutlery for each course and to bring you excellent homemade bread, while chef Francesco is always available to recommend the ideal dish to enjoy. If you then want to treat yourself to the pleasure of an abundant and "glittering" breakfast, I advise you to book a room in the intimate hotel on the upper floor, always managed by them, without worrying about having to return home before midnight like Cinderella, but remaining immersed in the atmosphere of this fairytale place from times gone by, all night long!

13/01/2025: Due to unexpected events we had to stop in Carmagnola, and we opted for this pizzeria near the station and without a reservation, on a Sunday evening, we were lucky enough to find a table for two, thanks to the very kind and friendly staff. The environment, which does not appear from the outside, is fresh and particular, and the golden cutlery gives a touch of chic. Good pizzas with the possibility to choose between white and wholemeal dough. Even though it was practically full, the service was fast and within half an hour of ordering we finished the pizza and beer. The convenience of the proximity to the station, in our case, was really high.

18/12/2024: I suggested this place for a dinner with "foreign" colleagues and it was a huge success. They were all satisfied with the food and enchanted by the environment. Very nice and fast service. Honest prices and adequate for the quality of the products.

03/12/2024: Different offer of various types of brioches, even the vegan ones are excellent (coal-filled brioches, papaya and mango, pomegranate, apple parcel...). We also had a cappuccino and a soy latte. Advise!

29/10/2024: Good coffee but with Jlly coffee it is practically discounted, shame about the extra 10 cents for the staining, I consider it a "little thing". I'm certainly not going back and to you coffee latte consumers, bring your milk with you🙂

08/01/2025: They are truly special, all of them, very kind, super courteous. Since I live in Borgofranco, I go to them most of the time. Especially for important events, in fact my son's confirmation years ago was a huge success. Relatives and friends from Aosta, thanks to word of mouth, stop by for lunch or dinner.

02/01/2025: Characteristic place, excellent food, kindness and professionalism. We booked for New Year's Eve dinner and had a great time. The warm and welcoming place, wonderfully decorated with nativity scenes of every shape and size, plentiful and quality food, delicious starters and crêpes with toma cheese and ham, the agnolotti and the second course were also very inviting, but I just couldn't eat them , I had to leave room for the desserts, and I did very well because the panna cotta and tiramisu were really good. I will definitely be back soon!!

22/12/2024: It was truly a wonderful experience. The staff is very welcoming and the food reminded us of tastes linked to our grandparents' cuisine. The platter with cured meats and parmesan enriched with thin slices of pears and jams is superb! Pumpkin ravioli rich in flavour, a true delicacy!!

19/12/2024: I went to them for a business dinner. What can I say: exquisite people, like the delicacies they offer! We all ate very well and even though there were 14 of us, top service! Five stars also for Vittoria, super prepared, friendly and helpful!

01/12/2024: We had a wonderful dinner! The location was beautiful, the staff very qualified and attentive and the menu was a real discovery! We opted for the Piedmontese tasting menu and were surprised by the refinement and goodness of the dishes. Highly recommended!

30/11/2024: A heritage of food and wine not only of Lanzo but of the entire Piedmont. An absolutely surprising cuisine in combinations and techniques. If we combine all this with the first-rate cellar, competence and enormous kindness we have this wonderful Bistro.

23/12/2024: Disappointing experience: interminable waiting times, even though the place was semi-empty when we ordered. The quality of the food left a LOT to be desired and the prices were definitely too high compared to what was offered: 3 sandwiches 1 ramen 2 simple ravioli All with the beauty of 2 hours late and for the modest sum of €40 I don't recommend it.
