04/04/2025: Truly a great discovery!!! Small but very welcoming place, there is still a nice outdoor area in the courtyard... the staff are really courteous and friendly and the food is of excellent quality and very fresh with excellent alternative dishes! I absolutely recommend it!!!

16/02/2025: Locale apparentemente piccolo , ma con un dehor e un ampio giardino, nella bella stagione deve essere uno spettacolo, arredato con gusto, ma soprattutto ti permette di conversare con un tono di voce normale. Menù vario, cambia ogni giorno, perdonale attento e molto cortese. Prezzi più che onesti. Ve lo consiglio.

16/03/2025: Excellent restaurant in Sant'Oreste, a beautiful village in the province of Rome located a few minutes from the very famous Monte Soratte bunker. The place is really very nice, each room has its own very particular style, very kind staff, really excellent fixed menu formula, with 30 euros you can have a gentleman's lunch with various dishes that are truly particular in combinations and flavours, everything was really excellent, delicious desserts, especially the tiramisu. I really had a great time, perfect for those who want to visit the bunker and eat very well without spending a fortune.

23/03/2025: We had dinner for two, both choosing the omasake menu. Menu, which from what you read, gives carte blanche to the chef on the choice of dishes in order to surprise the customer. Considering the final cost of 150 per person, we thought of something much better and unfortunately we were surprised in a negative way. Of all seven courses, only one dish surprised me. The other dishes on the menu seemed to me to be up to par with a common Japanese restaurant, where at least you don't spend this much money. We also chose to try the wagyu sirloin and on this there is nothing to say, up to expectations. From reviews and notoriety I hoped for better.

15/03/2025: Tried the Kensho Omakase (120 Euro)...but was not worth in term of experience considering the price paid... while food was not bad I did not feel any particular taste or some memorable taste I will remind. Also wine list super expensive....

20/03/2025: Locale rinnovato da qualche anno (ex Drago Verde) sia nell'arredamento che nel menù, mantenendo un eccellente qualità per le pizze tradizionali che per le nuove proposte in menù, ottime anche le birre nuove artigianali. Personale come sempre gentile. Servizio veloce. Prezzi adeguati.

02/04/2025: Today I left the museum inside the Mole late, and I had read good reviews of this tavern, so I arrived there around 1:40 pm. Greeted by kindness and friendliness and surrounded by the aromas of the typical northern tavern, I had lunch with a plate of spaghetti with seafood that to call exceptional would be an understatement. I also had the classic dessert of Turin, the bonet. But it was so inviting that there was no time to photograph the dish. I will definitely have to return to Sinella in Turin.

30/03/2025: I don't understand why they try to sell fish! The meat was excellent, both lamb and raw tartare. Unfortunately they do not use raw materials for quality fish. All frozen fish impossible calamari (looks like a Chinese restaurant). They should focus on Piedmontese cuisine in which they are strong but insist on fish where they are truly poor

12/03/2025: Beautiful Liberty location in the heart of the mountains around Usseglio. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. We had a very good dinner, with homemade preparations and in the morning breakfast with desserts prepared by the kitchen. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth returning.

02/03/2025: Today, for my birthday, I chose this restaurant and I'm really happy about it. The place is welcoming and well looked after, and the staff was very kind and very professional. When they saw the cake I had brought, they immediately recognized the pastry chef (one of the best in Turin), a detail that struck me. The Hally pizza was a real surprise: it is not the classic pizza, but a creation studied down to the smallest detail to find the right balance between ingredients, flavour, consistency and aesthetics. The result? A unique and truly fascinating pizza. Another dish that I absolutely recommend is the mixed fry. The portion is generous and includes a large variety of seafood, which is already a plus. But the real peculiarity is the batter: well seasoned, crunchy and perfectly adhering to the ingredients, a rarity compared to many other places where it tends to fall apart or feel heavy. Plus, the addition of fried vegetables helps balance everything. The steak was huge, perhaps too huge, but the quality of the meat was excellent and the price was definitely affordable. The orecchiette were also very good, both in taste and presentation. We also got the fries, but after all these courses we couldn't finish them. Note of merit for the spicy sauce made from olive oil and habanero pepper, truly exceptional. Finally, for my birthday, they offered us two glasses of a slightly alcoholic drink similar to muscat, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, but which was very pleasant.

06/01/2025: Enchanting, almost fairytale-like place, in the middle of the mountains of the Lanzo valleys. Breathtaking panorama as a backdrop to typical local cuisine. Fixed menu lunch consisting of 3 starters, a bitter sweet main course and coffee. The appetizers consisted of cured meats produced at km 0, tomini with caramelized cabbage and pumpkin pie with toma melted on top. As a main course, an encore of polenta that melted in your mouth... one with sauce and sausage and the other with seasoning. For dessert we had an apple pie and a panna cotta with pear compote which, in its simplicity, released such authentic flavors that I almost think we had forgotten them (the cream tasted like real milk). They are those places to write down in the "I must go back" notebook.

15/02/2025: Quick working lunch. There is a menu of the day and there are various proposals. I took a fassone steak with potatoes. Well served and correctly cooked. Smiling waiters. Current price. If I come back I'll stop.
