12/10/2025: I found this little place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and smiling, the location comfortable and welcoming, and the food delicious. The "cit ma bun" appetizer was truly special, an explosion of flavors and textures. Highly recommended!

14/10/2025: Superb caponata, excellent lobster agnolotti, remarkable goat and guinea fowl, and unforgettable cassata (pictured). In addition to what we ordered, they brought us a delicious complimentary appetizer of savory pastries, followed by a small glass of semifreddo as a pre-dessert, and finally an assortment of pastries to accompany our coffee. Delicious!

29/08/2025: I've been there several times recently and I'll continue to go there because, in addition to eating well, you'll find a top-notch welcome from the staff, very kind, friendly and willing to satisfy you in whatever you desire....in the Pinerolo area they're the best.

01/10/2025: We felt particularly comfortable in this restaurant. The staff was excellent, and the dishes we tried were high-quality. The atmosphere appears a little dated, but it's welcoming. The prices are absolutely reasonable for what we ordered.

01/10/2025: La Stadera is truly a little gem in San Salvario; one of the few restaurants I know that still embraces concepts like seasonality, wine research, and old-fashioned attentive service. Water is served, not just poured; the waiters can explain the wines as well as list them, and depending on the season, the dishes always feature seasonal vegetables (always amazing). This last visit began with a waltz of mushrooms, both fried and on tartare (very tender), followed by a pan-fried tuna and exceptional caponata, and an excellent pizza. A small note also goes to the desserts, which are strictly homemade and truly special, especially the tarte tatin (the best I've ever had). A final note goes to the owners, who have been incredibly sweet and warm ever since we've been frequenting the restaurant, and the waiters, who for countless reasons, including their superb preparation, have both remained dear to my heart.

03/11/2025: The dishes are delicious and plentiful. Don't make the mistake of gorging yourself on mussels at the beginning and then not being able to finish the main course. I heard someone complain about the wine, but I generally can't stand it, so I'm giving it the maximum number of stars. The paccheri were exquisite (and rightly so 🤣) edit - THE RETURN: Compared to last time, I found the oil less intense and came on later, almost as if it were watered down. The lemon sorbet had a strange aftertaste. But there were those gnocchi alla sorrentina that alone are worth at least eight stars. Damn, I've never had gnocchi with such a good sauce.

31/10/2025: A lovely place with generous first and second courses of meat and fish! Reasonable value for money. Recommended, but book early!

09/09/2025: Good food but nothing amazing. But the wait time was way too long.... And they forgot our order and ignored us for 45 minutes.

29/08/2025: A trattoria—or rather, Piola—that perfectly reflects Turin's culinary tradition. I have to give it four stars because I didn't find anything exceptional in the dishes I chose, but they leave me wanting to return and try their entire repertoire. Approved, see you next time!

03/11/2025: Honestly, it's been a while since I've been feeling comfortable, both me and those who are with me, because they almost always get the order wrong and also they never remake the sandwich but only remove the wrong ingredients. It's clear that 1. The meat absorbs the flavor of the ingredients you don't like and 2. if reheated several times the sandwich becomes inedible. Furthermore, if you are intolerant to cheese and they put cheese in the sandwich, they don't remake it but only remove the cheese, asking after having eaten half of it if you have an intolerance... slow service even when there are few people... it used to be better before

14/09/2025: Highly recommended for those who want to try a variety of draft beers. The beers on tap are always different, good quality, and not found in other pubs in Turin. The food is good, but I find it a bit pricey compared to other similar establishments.

20/08/2025: It's always a confirmation. Unfortunately, due to the distance, I can't go often, but when I can, it's pleasant. Different beers for different tastes. The food doesn't disappoint either. Obviously, when it's crowded, you have to be a little patient to be served, but that's part of the deal, and the wait isn't very long. Anyway, it's worth it. The prices are average. The staff is very kind and helpful. They explain the flavors and quality of the beer so you can choose the one that suits your tastes. Don't forget, see you there.
