16/05/2025: We went to dinner at this restaurant on the suggestion of a friend, I must say it was a real surprise, being gluten intolerant I was already ready to eat the classic things that you are absolutely sure you are not in and instead I discovered from a very kind, super helpful and prepared waitress that the restaurant is certified gluten free and offers fresh pasta, bread, breadsticks, desserts all gluten free and all very good, (those who eat gluten free know what I mean). We ate very well and without any consequences, traditional dishes presented in a very pleasant way (the eye also wants its part) the grand finale was the zabaglione made on the spot a spectacle, good value for money, we will certainly be back.

07/07/2025: Very beautiful place, with charming people, in a typical Italian Alps town. The hotel also accepts dogs. We had a great time. The breakfast was really good, and homemade! We wanted to visit "il Valli di Lanzo", and they gave us good advice. Thank you!

29/06/2025: We were traveling by motorcycle. After two nights in France, we wanted to go to Italy. Upon arriving in the village, the hotel owner was already waving to us. The garage for the motorcycles was already open. After a cold local beer, he very accommodatingly organized dinner, reservations, etc. After checking into our room, we were so pleasantly surprised that we spontaneously decided to stay a second night. The breakfast was simply fantastic. Homemade cakes, fruit, and yogurt with honey, all lovingly prepared. Of course, they also served ham with scrambled eggs. We even received a suggestion for a day trip by motorcycle when we asked for recommendations and viewpoints. We all felt very comfortable and can 100% recommend the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

10/08/2025: Our Sunday lunch at your restaurant was undoubtedly an EXCELLENT CHOICE. The owner was friendly and courteous, and the service was prompt and attentive, even though the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was spectacular, with a special mention for the vitello tonnato, the best we've tasted since living in Piedmont. The house staff were truly attentive and not cloying. The portions were generous. My only complaint would be the location, which is intimate but a bit too dark. Nothing that curtains on the window, less dim lighting, and light-colored tablecloths can't fix. Otherwise, highly recommended. EXCELLENT CHOICE.

14/09/2025: Chosen as a quick stop for a bite to eat between the stalls at the Balôn, this restaurant turned out to be practically a kidnapping: an hour's wait for two Milanese men with fries and a plate of calamari and scampi (calamari never arrived). Shares are halved: we saw the shock on the faces of other customers as well. Perhaps it was just a bad day; the waiters apologized.

08/09/2025: It's rare to find places like this. We used to go there often when I had a house in the Aosta Valley (about 10-15 years ago), and since it's on the road from Milan, we'd stop here every now and then. Well, today (September 8, 2025), we went and found exactly the same courtesy and quality as before. For those who don't know, Marenda Sinoira is a Piedmontese tradition (for more information, look it up). The restaurant also serves first and second courses, but their forte is the appetizers (like tapas or pinchos). Three or four of these small dishes per person will fill you up; you can share them. If you don't like one (impossible), you have something else to try and then finish with a dessert or a sweet fried dish. I've attached photos of the dishes, some taken after we've already started eating—we couldn't resist.) The presentation is also very thoughtful and appetizing.

30/07/2025: Excellent piadina, tasty and well-filled. Vegetarian options are also available. The hard part is choosing, considering there are 60 different types! 😁 The place isn't big, but it's well-organized and can accommodate a good number of people. The owners are friendly and professional. A perfect place to eat in the center of Turin.

18/05/2025: There are those who have always dreamed of having a tree house and those who lie. Parco del Grep is one of those experiences to add to the list of things to do at least once in a lifetime. Immersed in the woods, peace and tranquility have absolute dominion. The sound of the leaves moving in the wind, the singing of the birds as a sweet awakening, the orchestra of crickets accompany the evening, far from the traffic of the city. The rooms are beautiful, equipped with all comforts, but always respectful of nature. Francesco is a very kind host, he welcomed us and his story about the birth of the structure really moved us, the fruit of his passion. Also recommended is the breakfast basket, with typical local products.

Molti piatti della tradizione canavesana che oltre il nome portano anche il loro gusto e sapori. Ricerca nelle materie prime. Una infinita selezione di vini proprio del territorio, la fa da padrone l’erbaluce. Un pranzo di passaggio che ci ha propinato in una nuova realtà … ci torneremo … dimenticavo, il tutto anche da asporto
