then we leave the cold food alone, but it is the least in front of the cockroaches free to roam around in there and on the counter

01/10/2024: Ordered at 6pm with home delivery at 7.20pm. They call me at 7.30pm saying they don't deliver to my area because it's too far away and they have too many people. Too bad they had already come twice to deliver to my house. Terrible service and zero professionalism.

11/02/2025: Ci sono stata per acquistare qualcosa di dolce. Ho optato per una scatola di pasticcini (circa 500 gr.) Prezzo al kg. 55,00 euro. Buoni ma proprio niente di speciale, sono rimasta piuttosto delusa, mi aspettavo un'eccellenza che non ho trovato.
09/02/2025: Esperienza. Che esperienza...fatto 70 km per un marittozzo edizione limitata..alle 15 finiti tutti , ripieghiamo sul classico. Finiti. Il personale che nn sapeva più che mansione avesse...chi era in cassa nn guardava più la fila ma serviva ai tavoli...nn venivi neanche più considerato..troppo intenti a. Lamentarsi.. per la qualità nn so nn ho assaggiato nulla.. la vetrina classica di una pasticceria dozzinale.. nn penso ripeterò l'esperienza

28/12/2024: Unfortunately, as a vegan I have to say that like most places in the "provincial" Chieri, there is no commitment to embracing non-violence and kindness in food. An aperitif where you can't offer anything that goes beyond a very sad, tasteless focaccia with the usual grilled aubergines and courgettes. I would say that it's time to adapt to the changing world. It would take very little. Extremely rejected!!!
28/12/2024: To make a vegetarian aperitif they have practically nothing to choose from, I believe that by 2025 we need to open our minds a little and innovate, thinking of those people who don't want to have suffering and cruelty on the table to feed themselves.

08/01/2025: Nice and renovated place but prices too high. A drink for €4 seems excessive to me...
26/09/2024: Stop for a quick lunch, at 1.40pm the kitchen was closed and they had almost nothing left at the bar, I took a sandwich which arrived practically charred, I asked for the previous customer's dirty table to be cleaned and the waitress was almost annoyed... At the moment to pay the lady was talking to a friend and after several minutes her partner intervenes, I think, to ask her to make me pay, I pay by card and ask for a copy of the receipt and she goes away without giving it to me. I recommend changing jobs.

We need patience with customers especially in catering.
First and last time we will go to this place
If, as he says, "he's not there, I can't do it anymore", he's in the wrong job
I don't recommend it…

19/01/2025: Locale molto bello, prezzi alti (131€ 3 raclette, 3 Dolci, 1 acqua e 1 birra). Ci si aspetterebbe maggiore scelta di contorni con la raclette (servito patate, fagiolini, alcuni salumi e cetrioli) e senza anche il vincolo del minimo 2pp per i piatti tradizionali scelti (altrimenti ulteriore sovrapprezzo)

20/11/2024: Eighth wonder of the world, but one thing is certain: it is not open 24 hours. At 4:30 in the morning you find it closed and you end up in trouble.
21/08/2024: Noisy and poorly looked after place. We order without entering, sitting on the outside sofas. After consuming, we head to the cash register to pay and there we find a sheet indicating that the POS is not working. We find ourselves unable to pay, we threaten to call finance and the barmaid gets angry with us. We decide not to call because I didn't have time, so I decide to come back the next day to pay, obviously always by card. Try to guess? The POS worked, but the sign was still there.

02/02/2025: Locale semplice ma ben curato. Trattasi piccola gastronomia con pochi posti a sedere ed il menù tipico della tradizione torinese. I piatti sono di carta ma non banali si vede che c'è dell'amore in quello che fanno. Servizio semplice ma si vede che la cortesia è di casa. Abbiamo mangiato molto e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
25/01/2025: Posto semplice (è una sorta di enogastronomia in cui ci sono un piccolo numero di tavoli) ma ben curato e cibo buono!ma la cosa che più colpisce è la gentilezza del proprietario e la cura che ha nel cercare di accontentare i clienti!

(5.50 each) and 2 coffees are real madness! No local price list from the 80s with almost all the lights turned off (to save money?) toilets a disgrace...truly disgusting!!!
