02/01/2025: New Year's Eve evening with friends, I had a negative experience with both the service and the dinner. Cold first courses only tasted which also remained on my stomach, second courses and starters all in minimal quantities, negative experience I do not recommend it to anyone and I will never return more

01/01/2025: Mai più ristorante da dimenticare,ho messo una stella perché di meno non si può mettere,ieri sera capodanno 2024 servizio pessimo lunghe attese, mangiare ancora peggio, antipasti, lasagne e ravioli solo piccoli assaggi e freddi, più della metà del nostro tavolo lo ha pure lasciato nel piatto,siamo usciti da questo posto e siamo andati a prenderci un panino caldo in quei furgoni che si trovano per strada, non torneremo mai più.

09/02/2025: If it weren't for the location of the restaurant, in one of the most characteristic squares of the city, I would never have returned after the first negative experience. The staff (particularly one of the waiters) treated us with a very rude, arrogant and unhelpful attitude.

09/02/2025: Arrogant and rude staff, especially the waiter.. There were four of us sitting outside on a very cold evening, practically inside they have no seating except for 4/5 people. Besides us there was also another table of 4 people. Kindly and even with a smile we asked the waiter to light a second stove to warm us but he with dislike and rudeness told us: "are you out?!..you can't turn it on because you spend money!" (The “are you out” was to say “are you crazy?!”) Having joined the table a little late, I went to order a glass of Barbera inside, noting that I had joined the table with friends, but the owner immediately made me pay because he didn't trust me after realizing my Neapolitan accent, honestly, a natural wine that could go well on a salad. It's the third/fourth time I've come back to this place because a friend of mine likes it and it's not the first time we've come across their arrogance and this time they've crossed the line. For 3 years in Turin it has been the only place where I can confirm the clichés that the people of Turin hear about southerners, things that have never happened in other places. We will never return!!

04/09/2024: Good, kind and nice. Excellent value for money. Exceptional breakfasts and excellent lunches. You always feel welcomed and heartened even during long and intense working days. Highly recommended.

20/01/2025: The restaurant attracted us because it seemed high quality and we decided to try it. Upon entering you already have a different feeling because the room is nice (even though we had a place next to a fridge for drinks and in such a large place it's not clear why it would be appropriate to put a fridge near the tables) but there is a dark and unused part (perhaps the hotel breakfast room?). The menu is rather limited. However, both the veal with tuna sauce and the mixed boiled meat are good, and the sliced ​​meat is also good. The wine list is completely inadequate for the type of structure (only one prosecco and not of excellent quality). Of the dining room staff, only one very knowledgeable young waiter survived who explained the dishes to us and was able to give useful information, the other two not suitable for the type of structure. We expected a lot but were very disappointed

02/01/2025: I'm very sorry to leave a negative review, but I hope it can be useful for the property to make serious improvements. We are talking about baked lasagna, which I would dare to define as "embarrassing" if I think that it was produced by a pasta factory called "Bolognese". I go to buy it on the morning of December 31st and I see that in the refrigerated counter there are two trays of lasagna already hermetically sealed. I purchase and only discover at home that they need to be cooked. I read on the packaging (which did not provide any indication of the packaging date) 30 minutes at 200 degrees. I execute. Result: the pasta was completely raw and compact, it was impossible to cook it more because the ragù (if we want to define it that way) was too dry to provide the right cooking humidity. Ragù and pasta completely without salt, only the parmesan was the only salty note, but not enough. Meat and tomato condiment (I don't dare call it ragù) of dubious freshness. I won't add anything else, except that I invite the owners to taste it and draw the necessary considerations. Scandalous. I won't buy anything else. I strongly advise against it.

04/01/2025: I'm sorry to give a negative review to this pizzeria as I've been ordering pizza for 11 years. It's not the first time there have been problems with delivery. Estimated time 8.15pm, if we didn't call at 8.35pm to find out, they would have brought us the pizzas at 9pm taking it for granted that the delay would have been accepted. A phone call was enough to let us know and we organized the evening in another way. Three quarters of an hour late (or more) without warning is not good. There were two children waiting for pizza. It can happen, of course, but warning is never wrong. And it wasn't done. I'm really sorry.

11/01/2025: I waited over 30 minutes for a piadina and a portion of mozzarella and fries. Having a scheduled commitment, I had to ask the staff not to heat up my piadina and I had to cancel the fried mozzarella balls without receiving any refund, apology or gift. I would have given the food more stars if only I could have tasted it. Recommended only if you have time to spare.

11/01/2025: We entered the venue at 8pm (half an hour later the show would begin at the nearby Colosseum theatre). The two piadinas were delivered to us at 8.35pm. One of the two hadn't even been cooked: we had to throw it away. All for the "modest" sum of 20 euros. I can understand the crowds on an evening at the theater show, but this is a joke. Terrible service.

13/02/2025: So it had to be a sung dinner, so we had to have fun and it was a bit distracting because the tables further back, far from the console, were not given much consideration. Our waitress was very nice and kind so to speak, she served the area in front of the bar counter. Instead The sore point for another waitress because she brought me the plate with spaghetti with clams, the bottarga was expected, but it wasn't there. When I made the remark, he exclaimed “what should I do?”. Having said this, the price was too excessive, because our friends took a steak and charged €30 for it without a side dish, the side dish aside, in short we had a spaghetti with bottarga clams, four slices, five baked potatoes, an octopus, a pizza and a second course, a bottle of wine, there were eight of us. €413

28/12/2024: Location meravigliosa, personale gentile e simpatico, formula del brunch perfetta MA risultato non soddisfacente: uova strapazzate mal eseguite, bacon poco cotto, flan di zucca non saporito, waffle e pancake abbastanza insignificanti. Buono il succo di arancia. Spero che la cucini migliori perchè il resto basterebbe a renderlo il brunch migliore di Torino

09/10/2024: Palazzo storico ed elegante dove si respira aria di altri tempi ed arte e cultura si incontrano. Ottima la qualità dei piatti. Personale professionale e cortese. Location unica.

16/12/2024: Premetto che é da circa 40 anni, da quando sono nato, che la mia famiglia ha preso qui le pizze al padellino e la farinata. Peccato che, da qualche anno ormai, la qualità non sia più la stessa di una volta e soprattutto non ho apprezzato alcune gravi disattenzioni nei confronti dei clienti. Già un paio di anni fa mi ero ripromesso di non comprare più nulla dati gli aumenti applicati (del tutto ingiustificati). Questa sera, con la volontà di tornare da Dessì e con buone speranze, sono andato a comprare della farinata da asporto, specificando "morbida", che è l'unico modo che avete per farvela dare decente ormai...perché altrimenti ve la danno secca e tutt'altro che buona. Al momento dell'ordine, un ragazzo alla cassa mi fa il conto e la cifra non mi torna (3,50 Euro a porzione). Ho fatto gentilmente notare che il prezzo non corrispondeva a quanto indicato sul loro sito web (3 Euro a porzione). Anziché preoccuparsi di questa imprecisione, e scusarsi magari, mi ha detto con fare piuttosto sbrigativo: "Tanto l'importante è il prezzo esposto qui nel punto vendita". Bene, la conclusione è che ho fatto male a tornarci. Ho preso la farinata e segnalato di cambiare le indicazioni dei prezzi sul loro sito web, perché in questo modo i clienti arrivano pensando di spendere meno e poi gli si fa la sorpresa, di certo non gradita da nessuno. Per di più, la farinata che mi hanno consegnato non era "morbida" come l'avevo richiesta, bensì la solita secca. E pensare che l'ho ricordato una seconda volta anche alla signora che si è curata di impacchettarla. Dessì non mi vedrà più, come non vedrà più la mia famiglia. E pensare che sono un nostalgico, ma farsi prendere per i fondelli così: NO GRAZIE. Consiglio inoltre al ragazzo che ho trovato in cassa di curarsi maggiormente dei clienti. Degli altri, perché io non lo sarò più di certo.

04/11/2024: Luogo molto curato e pulito, posto piacevole dove poter pranzare. Noi abbiamo mangiato le loro pizze al padellino, qualità degli ingredienti ottima! Personale cordiale e disponibile. Un esperienza che sicuramente rifaró!

WE ORDERED A BOTTLE OF PROSECCO FROM THOSE PROPOSED BY THE OWNER, 1 BOTTLE FOR 25 EUROS AND 1 BOTTLE FOR 30 EUROS..(PRICE TELLED VOICELY) WHEN CHOOSING THE 25 EURO BOTTLE, AFTER HAVING SERVED US... HE RIGHTLY ASKED TO SETTLE THE BILL AND AT THE END HE RECEIVED 30 EUROS FOR THE BOTTLE... WHEN WE KINDLY ASKED HIM IF HE WAS WRONG IN COUNTING THE 30 EUROS... ' WAS RESPONDED "IT HAS CHANGED PRICE LIST". BAD. BAD. BAD
