05/02/2025: I went to this restaurant twice because the food was quite good, but today I was disappointed because the atmosphere was cold, in the tourist menu water is included in the price and instead I paid 3 euros for it and I didn't find the staff very courteous, in fact rather pissed off...I'm very sorry.

26/01/2025: I found this restaurant by chance while walking one afternoon and returned for dinner with a friend. If I had read the reviews I probably would have avoided it. It's a shame because we had a good meal, good wine and the waiters were very kind. The negative reviews probably don't entice customers to come in, but if you want home cooking and a quiet environment I recommend giving it a try.

24/01/2025: We went on the eve of the epiphany, we have always appreciated the restaurant, but this time we were very disappointed with poor quality food starting from the cold cuts, low quality raw ham and the rest too, due to the chaos of the entertainment we were unable to talk to each other, From this experience I don't recommend it.

27/01/2025: On Friday evening, I came to eat, to try something different, and take advantage of the all-you-can-eat offer of the wings, and I had a very good time. I ate a lot for cheap, and the staff was friendly and helpful in asking me if I wanted more rounds. I think I'll come back.

20/01/2025: I'm sorry to have to give a negative review, because I ate very low quality meat, cooked just as badly with endless waits despite having booked the table. Prices above the norm compared to the quality offered!!! The slow and unprofessional service, as a first and last experience as far as I'm concerned, I don't feel like recommending this place. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

24/01/2025: Nice self-service restaurant, spacious, with a wide choice of hot or cold dishes, including vegetarian ones. Perfect for a lunch break. The staff is very kind.

26/01/2025: Top bar, top service and top prices. The waitress Alessandra is top, she always finds a place for us even when there are 16 of us and the bar is full. Very nice, she always gives us special treatment.

07/11/2024: They do not provide cutlery with dishes other than those established by them (....), even specifying that they are pregnant (for hygienic reasons I would have preferred to use them), napkins given with a dropper at the time of payment and then removed again... I don't want to continue because this is too pathetic and embarrassing to continue.

07/11/2024: Non forniscono posate con pietanze che non siano quelle da loro stabilite (....), persino precisando di essere incinta (per motivi igienici avrei preferito usarle), tovaglioli dati con il contagocce al momento del pagamento e poi nuovamente tolti di mezzo... non vorrei continuare perché tutto questo è troppo patetico e imbarazzante per proseguire oltre.

03/01/2025: Personale poco cortese , poi per un bicerin servito fuori al freddo ( senza neanche i pali riscaldati come usano tutti i locali in inverno ) , pagato 6 euro , quando seduto ad un bar alla stazione di porta nuova al caldo lo paghi 3,5 euro , e inoltre cigliegina sulla torta i bicchierini dell'acqua che puzzavano di uovo marcio 8 cosa constatata piu' volte ). pessimo da evitare.

01/01/2025: Personale molto scortese . Il bagno impossibile poter portare il bimbo di 4 anni pieno di sporcizia. Attesa per un gelato confezionato, una cioccolata calda più di 20 minuti .

16/01/2025: Horrible experience, between seeing the staff working on the floor cutting onions to people coming in and walking by... I asked for a sharoma, and they gave me a sharoma all greasy with oil and curry, I wasn't even able to eat it, I just gave it 4 bites but then the roll collapsed on itself and inside the bag, I'm sorry that The previous owners were much better than the ones we have now

03/01/2025: How to start the day well. Ahead of the start time for work, I went to the Rugantino pastry shop for a croissant. Not only did the very kind sales assistant open the shop for me 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but she was courteous, smiling and friendly. I will soon have two croissants which are among the best in all of Turin and he also gave me a little chocolate tree. Adorable. I will definitely go back and I don't understand what pleasure people get from writing negative reviews that seem totally false to me.

24/09/2024: How nice it is when customers aren't counted.... Sitting at the table and no one takes a shred of orders.....after years I come back here, and I no longer feel at home.. do series A customers exist? or is it a new type of service?

25/12/2024: Location carina, ma sovraffollata. Cibo ottimo, polpo eccezionale, linguine particolari, dolce discreto (tartetatin). Servizio da migliorare. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

20/12/2024: La qualità del cibo devo riconoscere che è buona, a parte un vitello tonnato con fette praticamente trasparenti talmente erano sottili ! Ma non si possono presentare primi piatti con 4 tortellini di numero, metterne qualcuno in piu non andrà ad intaccare i vostri profitti, ma avrete un ritorno in soddisfazione del cliente che probabilmente tornerà.... Sono infine tornato a casa ed ho continuato a mangiare. Consiglio per i temerari che andranno a prenotare un tavolo in futuro, di moltiplicare x 2 il numero delle portate.

30/01/2025: Famous, for some, for coffee with freshly whipped cream.....nothing like that, cheap cream, half a spoonful in a huge cup. Cold environment. Very bad experience.

18/12/2024: Sono stata piu' volte in questo locale con delle amiche e ci siamo trovate sempre molto bene. In questo periodo producono anche dei panettoni ottimi e non solo! Gli ingredienti sono di qualità e la scelta e' molto varia (anche per vegani). Consigliato vivamente per la tenacia della titolare e la gentilezza della mamma e dello staff.

11/06/2024: Eravamo già stati molti anni fa e così abbiamo deciso di riprovare. Confermate la buona qualità degli ingredienti e la preparazione dei piatti. Personale cortese e attento. Prezzo allineato alla qualità dell'offerta, forse solo i dessert sono cari rispetto alla loro qualità / varietà. Buona cantina. Peccato che quella sera il tempo non fosse bello, altrimenti si gode una vista spettacolare.

05/06/2024: Alla ricerca di ristoranti che non siano sempre tra Langhe, Roero e Monferrato ho trovato questo. Situato sul cucuzzolo della Rocca di Cavour, gode di un'ottima vista e di una piacevole arietta fresca. Due le possibilità di parcheggio, non indicate da alcun cartello, come pure il ristorante stesso...non è proprio semplice da trovare. E la strada è molto stretta e impervia. C'è solo da augurarsi che non arrivi qualche auto in senso contrario se no è retromarcia sicura. Non passano due auto... Il menù comprende anche piatti di pesce (onestamente non capisco come si possa andare in posti simili per una cucina di mare...) ed i piatti piemontesi sono veramente pochi. Tonno di coniglio, battuta di fassona e ravioli al ragù di agnello (solo tiepidi) buoni e impiattati bene. Anatra laccata all'arancia buona ma troppo asciutta (e tiepidina...). Lista dei vini molto ampia con prezzi un po' sopra lo standard. Il cameriere che ci ha serviti è stato molto gentile.
