07/11/2025: We often buy take-out from the restaurant but today the filling in the piadinas was non-existent, the Nutella piadina was empty and I paid for 4 of them finding 3 in the bag.

05/11/2025: Good morning, unfortunately, since I'm lactose intolerant, I was given a piadina with mozzarella even though I'd said no to cheese. I realized this while I was already eating it. I notified the staff, but apparently they didn't care, and while I was sitting at the table eating, I noticed that they'd repeatedly misplaced orders for other customers. It would be a good idea to have highly trained staff in the kitchen. Luckily, I had my tablets with me, because otherwise I would have risked becoming seriously ill, given my high lactose intolerance and other health issues.

21/06/2025: Great bakery. We lived in the same building, and the smell was fantastic every day! We tried all sorts of croissants, and they were truly delicious and highly recommended.

07/06/2025: We went for an aperitif on Saturday at 6pm. We ordered 2 proseccos, 1 iced tea and 1 iced coffee with some snacks. We brought the drinks to the outside table and we started off badly. After 5 minutes, 2 small savoury croissants cut into pieces and a bowl of crisps arrived. At 6.40pm a girl started to clear away the whole outdoor area, removing chairs, tables and closing the umbrella.... making us understand that we should have gotten up... So we did... I went in to pay... 28 EUROS FOR AN APERITIF THAT WAS WORTH HALF.... I brought everything to the table, there was nothing to eat and you gave me a prosecco for 10 euros???? NEVER AGAIN..... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

15/09/2025: A lovely dinner for my sister's bachelorette party. Excellent food and a perfect place for a fun evening! We discovered this place by chance, and we were truly delighted, both with the food and the friendly, prompt service. We'll definitely be back!

24/07/2025: My kids and I happened to stop by this bar for some ice cream. We're not from the area. The guy at the counter greeted us with an incredible smile and even said good afternoon. We felt welcomed, and you could tell he loves his job and interacting with the public. Thanks, the snack tasted better.

06/07/2025: Civico 12 is always a guarantee. Simple and good food (super fried fish!), welcoming environment near the Po, availability and kindness in advising and dealing with customers and, last but not least, attention to the little customers who can play happily in the outdoor spaces. Well done!!!

09/05/2025: I didn't know the place, some friends brought me there and I have to say I was very satisfied, the location on the Po is splendid, the open kitchen is very well kept and clean, the food is excellent and the price-to-price ratio is very interesting, the staff is efficient and kind

15/08/2025: A welcoming restaurant with a beautiful view of the mountains in our valleys. We ate there on August 15th and everyone had a wonderful time. They were always available to accommodate our requests and were always kind. And the menu is truly exquisite—not the usual fare, but a carefully curated selection of dishes and truly high-quality ingredients. Congratulations. 15/11/2025: I've been to Paolo Bistrot several times for both lunch and dinner, both to eat in and take out. Excellent home-cooked food, varied, tasty yet light and easy to digest. The staff pays great attention to their customers and welcomes them with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the gnocchi with tomato sauce, the rice with vegetables, the stewed meatballs, the stuffed cabbage, and the stewed cuttlefish with potatoes and peas. An excellent option near the Mauriziano Umberto I Hospital.

26/08/2025: While I was having breakfast with my girlfriend, the waitress and her friends started chatting about past incidents, presumably involving an African man who had stopped by the bar, constantly using obnoxious terms like "NO" and so on. It's a disgrace that people like that have the opportunity to work with the public; it was a terrible experience, never again. Furthermore, the food was poor quality and stale. Highly discouraged.
