We've known this place for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality and the simple, friendly service, both familiar and authentic. The farinata is excellent, with a thickness that's perfect for us, not to mention the pan-fried and peel-baked pizzas, which are more than delicious, with a wide selection and quality ingredients. What can I say? Excellent pizza, both pan-fried and regular, and what can I say about the stratospheric farinata? A very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are fantastic people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR PIZZA PAN AND FARINATA. One of the few pizzerias in Turin that still knows how to make good pizza. CONGRATULATIONS 😊

12/03/2026: The ice cream is always excellent. Elegantly crafted flavors and balanced flavors make Nivà special every time you visit. The store is also beautiful and very welcoming.
11/03/2026: I tried Nivà one afternoon in Turin. The place is small and very beautiful; it feels like being in a museum! The menu is very simple and varied, with interesting flavors, but not one that would waste half an hour choosing. The monitored payment area is excellent. I chose a cup with three flavors for €4.50: stracciatella, salted butter caramel, and marron glaces. The gelato is delicious, creamy, and just the right amount of cold. The experience was excellent, and I think it's one of the best gelatos I've ever eaten in my life. Final rating: 10/10

03/02/2026: This place isn't recommended for dinner (better for after-dinner drinks) due to both the limited options and the high price. The idea of ​​using "psychological prices" (e.g., €6.90 - €5.90...) is a terrible one, as they sound like a joke. However, €6.90 (that's €7, to be clear) for a medium beer is expensive; you can find the same beer for much less. The only positive note was the very friendly waiter. Beware of those unfamiliar with Pinerolo and using GPS to get to the pub: you risk entering the historic area of ​​Pinerolo, which is a nightmare from which you'll have a hard time escaping.
